My car looks like Brand New!!! I love it. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean , I stayed outside observing the service. They all work hard and fast. Dont forget to tip them if you can.

It’s a great service. You can wash your car everyday for a month and pay a monthly fee that most people pay for 1 car wash. You just have to dry and vacuum which is not a problem. Love this place!!

Its fine. The drive thru quick service doesnt really get any bugs off & they dont brush or scrub the front. Tire service from the machine makes your car dirtier than when it went in. They advise bringing a rag to clean it off yourself. :0( On the plus side, the vacuum works good. :0/

The lady at the front (lulu) or something (not sure sorry!) she was the sweetest & took care of me. to be completely honest i was pretty skeptical about the full car detail (with shampoo rugs and seats. plus i added on a headlight restoration.) ($170 in total) my expectations were low, but, i got my car back and it was AMAZING. stains i thought couldn’t be taken out were taken out and it was just overall amazing, staff and all were great i 100% recommend!

My first visit was fantastic. Everyone was super helpful, professional and made sure my experience was great with the Ultimate package. My car looked amazing. I decided to go again today and get the Ultimate package ($34.99). The cashier was super sweet. The gentleman inside the drive thru was nice and helpful. The woman that started detailing my car wasnt very polite, but she wasnt rude either. I told her to let me know when she was ready to service my side (driver) and that I would step out, since it was a little hot today. Everything was going well until she handed me her microfiber cloth and said You do your side, please. Excuse me? She just stared at me, so I decided that if shes telling me to do it then she has no intentions of doing it herself. So I did it. My car looked good when she finished everything else, except for the inside of the rear windshield which she did not clean. I left a little disappointed because I just paid $34.99 for full service that I had to partially do myself.

When we first started here, we loved it. The last few months the machines to wipe the cars at the end have been broken every time we go. Finally cancelled our membership. Staff is friendly and helpful though.

The express wash is easy. Vacuum works really well. Love the air, thats awesome to blow out the hard to get areas. Wanna try the full service next trip.

Our favorite car wash for sure. Anytime weve had something go wrong, theyve always fixed it. For instance, we went through the wash and everything we were suppose to get with the wash, didnt come on. A small line to get into the wash (5 cars ahead). Lots of spaces to clean and vacuum. I just love the floor mat cleaning machine. You can use wet or dry. I used wet and my mats came out so clean and refreshed.

The young lady Blanca at the drive through entrance is so cheerful and professional. She makes it fun for the kiddos. I was hesitant to take my new car through the wash ,however Splash Express keeps their equipment in good, working condition and always leaves my car looking beautiful after a wash.

You know Ive been a loyal customer since two other popular car wash places did damage to my vehicles. Yes, vehicles! Actually, this is the best car wash place yet ever! Their honest and helpful, Im glad we have a great place here in Hemet!

This place is so cool. The employees are awesome! I wash my van about 3-4 times a week and havent had any issues.

One of the best automated car washes out there! They even provide compressed air so you can blowdry whatever their system could slightly miss. Very good with tall trucks as well!

I was going to this car every now and then until today. I know my car had peeling paint coming off, but after I got my full service wash I notice that scratches was on top of my car. The machine / brushes that they used was hitting my front window so hard that I told the guy, which I honestly believe that is where the scratches came from. They refuse to offer any compensation for my car. I took a video and I am going to report them to BBB. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR. HONESTLY, -0 IS WHAT I AM GOING TO GIVE THEM FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY SOUL.

I really like the services provided by Splash Express. Theyre pretty thorough about cleaning (I got the Managers service package this time), and the service staff were friendly and helpful. I did note their Membership promotions (monthly charges tho). I declined because I dont live nearby. But, I still have a paper card (from a year ago) where the staff stamps for each service you elect to get. I got my 2nd stamp (after 8 more, I get a free wash). I would definitely recommend Splash Express!

Staff is always helpful and attentive. Some of the vacuums need service since they are not as strong when suctioning. Have had a full year of membership with them. So convenient.

I go to splash almost every other day for a year now I have never had a bad experience whether it be car wash tunnel or full service its always been great but then Im the type to get up and keep my vehicle clean anytime I use it so when I do bring it in to get the full service Im not expecting miracles if I see a crumb left, I have no problem tipping well for there hard work.

Folks, Bring lots of towels because for months the drying system here is always broken. I dont get it, fix the dam things if you want repeat customers.

They do a good job cleaning and detailing your car. They close at 5pm though. The drive in car wash stays open til 7pm. Its cool.😃

Excellent place but the guy in the front that supposed to spray your tires and your windshield before you go start in the wash process does not do it all the time

The machines do a nice job at washing the dirt off of your car/truck. Truck in my case. The front, and back bumpers of my truck dont get clean well. Sometimes, the back windshield as well. But I do get free, powerful vacuums which in itself is great. Love the place, and recommend it.Update: 10/23/2020 11:48AM PSTI had to add this update because I just found out that this car wash location had a machine called Rhino-Mat thats washes your floor mats. Shut the front door! It has the option to wash with water if your floor mats are plastic, and without water if theyre not. And its all FREE.

Good place to wash your vehicle

Ultimate Wash ($27) was not thorough. Outside was not dried well and left water spots on windows and paint. They missed spots with the plastic treatment around the bumpers and there was still bug debris on the hood and mirror. Inside, again missed spots with the plastic treatment and only wiped upper dash. The second row seat was clearly not vacuumed at all and the floor was poorly done.It was done quickly; although, I wish they had spent a little bit more time doing it right instead.

Lost my credit card there (my fault) and the manager was super helpful. Also my truck looks great, thanks guys

Pleasant place to have your car washed they have free vacuum so you can vacuum your car the way you want also an air hose to clean out the areas of the vacuum wont get.

For $7 my car got a thorough wash. Then their powerful vacuums were just what I needed to clean the cars interior. Also, the employees seemed polite.

So I went to this place to get my car washed and ended up with a cracked windshield! I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that that is normal if you get your car washed on a hot day. I was hoping they would have helped me pay for the damage because I’m gonna have to replace that obviously but of course not the manager only offered to give me a free service. First of all I will never again put myself in that situation and secondly I could tell he’s given that same rundown before. I’m so upset because I will have to figure out how to pay for the repairs when there’s no work. So just wanted to warn people about my situation because if I would have known that could have happened I would’ve never used that carwash.

Great prices, love the free vacuums and the grounds are kept clean.Theres a couple of inconsistencies that do bother me ...I always get the $9 wash ot says wheel cleaning on the package and that is hit or miss I have had attendants that will spray my wheels with soap before sending me through and some that dont also my car has a rear wiper blade that some attendants will tape down before sending me through and some dont but when they dont the drying rags pick up the back wiper and bend it. Today was negative on both wheel cleaning and taping of the back wiper and this time there were pieces of rag caught on my wiper blade and I have to have the blade bent back into shape so it sits flush on my back window. But I am still giving a 4 star rating .....hope the consistancy improves going forward.

Stay away!!!! They stained the fenders on my new truck. It left streaks that are stained into the plastic that cant come out. New fenders are going to cost me $500+. Worst car wash place!!!

Best place in town to have your car cleaned whilst you sit in your car and relax for a few moments under a rich lather and disco lights flashing all around you. This ride is not for the faint people! All kidding aside, they also have the use of air blowers so you can air dry your vehicle and get all the nooks and crannies. Cuts down the dry time by half when used with a towel also. The also smog, tint, change oil etc....

I pay monthly for the car washes I get and it seems as tho... It never drys my car off.... Really is disappointing..

I love this place super nice and cost affective and I love the free vacuums.

If you wash your car yourself its okay the vacuum pressure is not that great . If you pay for them to wash it for you it is a waste of money they do a horrible job on the inside!

This is the second time I have gone to this place and it never gets my car clean plus you dont get a complimentary armor All wipe like the other place.

Tha car wash gets the windshield clean no streaks. None of the gas station washes have a clothe roller on the drying side of the wash. The detail people do a really nice job when Im just not feeling it.

Another first visit. This car washwas was well run and it gave you several good options to choose from to get you car cleaned. Somehow I got confused going out. I turned right instead of left, so I missed the vacuuming area.

Clean, quick (even when crowded) and also does a fantastic job. I love getting my car washed here and the vacuums are consistent and fantastic.

I’ve been a member since last year when I bought my new car. I wash my car once or twice a week, it was all good, but this year, I don’t know what happen but everytime I go there, I found a new scratch in my car, which I didn’t mind because they’re little and it’s convenient to me. But this morning, after work I went straight to the car wash, go home and dry my car in our driveway (which I usually do) and found a lot of scratches in my car, I mean a lot. My brother saw it too, and he’s a member also, wash his car the same day too and we both have the scratches on the right side of our car. We feel bad because we used to like it here. But now we’re thinking of just stopping our membership since both our cars has been damaged by the machine.
