As a woman it can be difficult finding an honest mechanic who educates you about your vehicle and speaks to you like a human being and not a bobblehead throwing about useless mechanic jargon bc youre female! 5 stars for Freddy and team.

Very helpful a bit pricey but worth it

My worst experience in an auto shop was here he charged me $1400 dollars and kept lying to me the whole time waste of time and money my car had transmission issue he kept changing the oil of it he said he fixed it he didn’t even open it the engine light was on the whole time I went to another shop the other was owner so good I explained the situation he called him and said we will sue you then called me again and charged me $200 extra finally he changed it in total I paid $1600 hundred dollars plus waste of my whole week going back and forth.

The person who answered on the phone, apathetic, we arrived at the place and had a workload, which is understood but he would have told us that on the phone, we arrived at 9 when they open and he told us that we could start doing the work until 4 pm .
