Russell helped to make our 2004 Honda Odyssey run like new again. At 155k miles we were in need of our second transmission and he took good care of us with a turn around in 6 days and at a great cost. Pristine is the best choice for Honda Acura. I’ve used them 3 times this year for my customers vehicles. He has the lowest price I’ve found, fast turn around time and stands behind his work. He drove out to me to help me diagnose a shift solenoid then back to his shop to get me one the same night to help me and my customer.

I rarely write any review. It is the first one I do for a car garage. I just did a Honda Accord transmission repair here. The job is great. The owner does really care his customer. The most most most important thing is that the price is much much much lower than the others. I just got the car back for one day, so far, it runs great. Has 1-year warranty, so will update the review again after one year. Overall, I am very happy with the service.

I brought my car in here to fix a scrape on it from someone hitting me while in the parking lot. The person who hit me offered to pay for the damages and I was fine with that. Pretty friendly guy actually. Not too much experience with bodywork, but it seemed like a good/fair price in comparison to experiences Ive had in the past. $650. They had it finished in a few days and even took care of some other minor blemishes that I pointed out for free. I did notice there was a very tiny remnant of the scrape on close inspection, but it is so small that I dont mind at all. The rest of it all looks brand new. You may want to check if their card reader is working – at the time that I did it it was not. So I paid cash. The staff and the main guy who works there seemed honest and friendly. Nice to have another quality place since the only other little shop I used to go to closed down.

I had blown my transmissions 2nd and 3rd gears and hobbled my car over to the shop on 1st gear. Good thing they were close by!After talking to Said about my Toyota Corolla, I was very impressed with his confidence and knowledge. He pretty much knew what the problem was right away and gave me best and worse case scenario and prices. Turns out that it was as bad as we thought and I agreed to have them work on it.I was so impressed with the communication and the quickness and efficiency with which the work was completed. When I went back to pick up my Corolla, Said explained the work that was done and their shops warranty (which is very generous) very thoroughly but in a way that was easily understood.Its been a couple weeks and about time for my 15 day recheck and I am so pleased with how the work turned out! Its like driving a new car.Ill be bringing all my future business here and recommending this shop to everyone I know!

The transmission in my 2006 Acura TL was failing, and needed to be rebuilt. I was searching for a good shop in the local area, and after seeing the reviews for Pristine Transmission, decided to take it there - a big plus for me, was the fact that they specialise in Acura/Honda transmissions, so they have a lot of experience in working with these transmissions.On Thursday, 9/26, I sent a txt message to the shop phone number, detailing my issue, and received a prompt response, and a very honest quote to rebuild my own transmission. I have to say that the quote that I received blew me away, and was the best quote that I had received (I had called 5 other shops).Rasul told me that it would take several days to rebuild; I told him that I needed the car to get to my job, and asked if there was any way that they could start on it on the weekend, so as to minimise the amount of time that I would need to make alternate arrangements.Rasul told me that he would look into it; he contacted me a few minutes later, saying to bring in on Friday, and that they would have it ready by Sunday evening!!! Now that is service!! There are not many places that I have come across which will offer to do that...Anyhow, I received the car, and after a weeks worth of driving (over 200 miles), the car is performing flawlessly.Rasul even wants me to bring the car back next year, for a free fluid change!!Due the exceptional service that I received, I would highly recommend Pristine Transmission if you are having any transmission issues with your Honda or Acura!

Dont ever use this shop, they will straight up rip you off, then lie about it the next day. If I can leave zero stars I would have. This place is a complete joke.I had to take my Acura back AT LEAST 8 times to get it fixed bc they didn’t do it the first time. After a while I just gave up. My car will never be the same. Why did I use this place?

I used to go here back when it was Schucks transmission. . . I just called to get a quote to rebuild a transmission I have all the parts and the Transmissions out of the car and he quotes me $1,500 bahahahahha yea no thanks. . . wish this was still Schucks an actual honest mechanic of the rare breed.
