Arrived to ship some small arms ammo. I knew it had to have the black and white diamond shaped sticker on it as such. The attendant said we dont have em and dont know where you can get them. ??? Shouldnt this be your companys responsibility, like the US Post Office? I do have to say though she was understanding enough to where she just drew the stickers on with a sharpie! Next order I found some pics on the internet and printed a bunch out. Makes me wonder though what I wont be prepared for next time!?

You guys are terrible at costumer service. One of your representatives told me that I would be able to pick up my package knowing that y’all would be closed! Additionally, I was told that you guys would call me to schedule a time to pick it up, when the store was actually open, but I never received a call. Not only was I misinformed, but I was blatantly lied to! I was expecting to have my package Friday for a wedding Sunday, and after several discouraging conversations with representatives, I was told that I would have to wait until Wednesday! That’s unacceptable and I will not be using your services again! How are you supposed to be customer service and you’re closed more than you’re open! I’m disgusted!

I literally had a representative tell me I was lying and argued with me about a package pickup. Very very rude. I agree with a prior post, fire everyone who interacts with customers.

I only give it a three because I have a package sitting there ( well I hope it is still there) and there is not a munitions reach the staff. Or if there is I didn’t see it! Anyways, I have not been able to go get my package, my ball joint is broke on my truck unable to drive it. They have very limited hours. I am sure the staff is friendly it is UPS. They usually are super nice!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Driver noted online that “customer not in on first attempt”. I was home all day. Customer Service representative (who was also the supervisor) stated the package wasn’t delivered because of dogs. Okay well I could easily understand that, but the driver didn’t even stop by. He could have honked. Then the CSR “attempted to reach the driver” and after 2 additional hours of waiting the driver final stated he didn’t even attempt to stop. 🤯 I’m sorry what?! Since when was it okay for us not to do our paying jobs? She then gave me an “option” of MEETING the driver or I wouldn’t receive my package. Not much of an option. I will be taking this issue as far as I can because I’m not allowed to decide to do my job or not, and neither should he.

Not perfect, but I get packages from them all the time, usually through Amazon, and have had only a few issues. Ive never had anything broken in shipment. I have had a package mix up right after Amazon Prime day, but everything turned out fine. I have much better luck with them than USPS. Given the amount stuff I order, I think they do a decent job.

This UPS is horrible. In July I order a package from a vendor in California. I received the package without hesitation in less than a week. I went back on eBay and reordered and didn’t change anything. The carrier reported that isn’t a good address. Sent my package back. I go to the location post office and get the physical address for package delivery. Ups didn’t attempt the address at all. The address is changed on the website....I’m so upset with this entity of UPS...Horrible. No one never tried to call me

I tracked a package online it showed received by this store, I then called customer care to find out when I could pick it up and the computerized voice said it was there. When I got there the lady behind the desk said it wasnt there, she looked at me like now get out of here I asked where it was she told me the order of shipping facility but couldnt tell me where it was. She acted as if I was bothering her so I left.

Very terrible customer service! Manager Alonzo was very rude and assisted very little. Told us that our package that was showing to be in Hattiesburg was actually still in Lousiville, Ky. only for us to receive it less than 20 minutes later. This manager had a very nasty attitude the whole time he was on the phone. Usually would not waste my time writing a review on a particular store, but seeing as how there is no where to complain on UPS website and almost impossible to talk to an actual person on the phone when calling any other number I had no other choice!

Absolutely worthless customer service, with hardly any hours available to pick up a package they had previously lost but somehow found and are going to ship back to sender rather than redeliver. No manager or supervisor supposedly on site to speak to according to drivers.

Fed Ex has been holding packages for two or three days when it arrives cause they stay so far behind which really sucks for businesses in the area waiting on parts for job UPS is more reliable!

Think they just skipped me today then brought it back to the warehouse because I have been at the location requested all day. Now it says couldnt deliver. Call to find out what the deal is and the lady wont even let me talk saying they have till ten to deliver. When she finally quit talking I said maam my package says cant be dielevered. Very rudely she says whats you tracking number when she pulls it up she says oh its on hold here at the facility for some reason I said uh yeah! Im sure they are dealing with a bunch of people but damn, do your jobs right and I wouldnt be calling

I would never use there service it is 345 at ups customer center in Hattiesburg Ms coming to pick up a package and I counted 10 people in the office laughing and joking seeing you out there. Then a supervisor walks out and I said all those people in there and nobody can atleast help it is 48 degrees out here. He said go to the side door they will help you go in there they look crazy at you when walk in the door. Told them I was here for a package they said it aint 4 yet. Very ignorant dont have to worry about me anymore. And I even have pictures to prove it

You are in Hattiesburg, MS - how in the world do you not know where Camp Shelby Military Base is. How in the world can you not find an address to one of the biggest bases in MISSISSIPPI - Not sure if it is ignorance or lazy!!!! RIDICULOUS

These superstars signed my package over to the wrong person with the last name Thopson....Now have lost my package and its been almost a week since Ive started my claim fiasco. How hard is it to verify the address and name of the person theyre signing it over to? Sounds like a bunch of people who just dont care.

Worst UPS shipment facility. They fail to contact the receiver by phone or email or even a notice before returning packaging to sender. Even something as simple as an apt # being left off of an otherwise COMPLETED address will have them send the shipment back. They have no communication with their customers whatsoever.

Absolute garbage. did not give me time to even get to my door to get the package before leaving with it, I called the corporations customer service which said that this location would contact me within an hour, as this is a time sensitive matter i called after the hour was up aand the line rang and rang for at least ten minutes with no answer. i am going on a trip tomorrow and if i do not have my parcel by then i will be very angry and i will do everything in my power to get retribution. this is the only time ive ever reviewed anything on google, but im just so angry i had to warn others

The worst ppl Ive ever had to deal with.. First, the drivers lie, obviously getting paid to do nothing. Cheating the system. Mike, whom works at the facility, lies also.. customer service is the worst.. if there is some one, willing to help, they cannot get you a driver, they dont know when, what time your package will arrive.. EVERYONE working for ups is cheating their out dated system, and seems as if the company Id allowing this to go on.. THERE IS NO QUALITY CONTROL NOR INTEGRITY IN THIS COMPANY; I will NEVER use them again..

Horrible! I order the bulk of my supplies from amazon. I opt in for 2 day shipping, our packages always arrive AFTER 7 pm on the second day. However, the tracker shows that all the packages are received by this UPS around 7 am. On their latest fiasco, I ordered a part for my lawn mower with one day shipping (which costs extra!) The part was delivered to the warehouse at 7:40 am on Tuesday, delivery was supposed to be guaranteed by 8 pm. It is now 9:00 pm and I have no package! Get it together UPS, hire more drivers, do whatever it takes. At this point I would gladly pay extra to bypass your crappy service altogether. Horrible, horrible service.

The driver for my area just marks our address as wrong so he doesnt have to deliver it. Call them and they say they dont know why he is doing it. Then they dont call you back when you request to speak to the supervisor. WORST UPS FACILITY EVER!!! Would give it ZERO stars if I could.

I’ve had problems with them actually delivering my packages- the tracking will say that my address is not correct when it is and then the local ups will just deliver to my old house which I don’t even live at anymore- I’ve contacted them several times in the past to fix this and they continue to do it
