This printing place is worthless, the agent did not want to do an effort to help me. I wonder how they get jobs with this sort of attitude.

Customer service is terrible. Took forever for someone to come over. The workers dont even pay attention to who is in the store. The associate that finally come to speak with me acted as if it was an inconvenience. Asked about a display computer that I was interested in and the response was we dont carry that one. Then after choosing another and get to the check out I had to ask do you sell a protection plan for that? Cashier response yeah if you want one. Sorry, but Hattiesburg location will not get anymore of my business.

Customer service is horrible my prints are never ready. When I arrive at the store Im always told everything is backed up everyone like they dont care. The printing department is terrible.

Would leave no star I was very very rude to by a woman who works in the printing department told me a lie that they do not print pictures for you at all you have to do it yourself with no help at all very disappointed in this store. Will NOT EVER BE BACK THE STORE HASA GONE DOWN HILL AND I MEAN DOWN HILL... and the works was all talking to each other and not doing their job at all just acting like no one was there to ask if they needed help or anything....

I recently went into the store. I was feeling desperate because I needed some Personalized labels printed ASAP. I went to the printing section and the young lady was so helpful. She told me what I needed and created the design for me because I was jut going to put a name and a date and call it a day. I was just so happy that it could be done the same day with no waiting. To the young lady In Hattiesburg MS with the purple curly thanks for all your help!

Upon entering the store every employee looks at you but yet does not speak! Not only do they not speak or address your presents they do not even ask if you need any assistance! Being one of the four customers in the whole and several of your employees talking amongst themselves.....this concerning why this would even take place! After I had to ask if I could be assisted, three of your employees looked each other like who is going to get her. I left and took my service somewhere else, where I would be greeted, waited on, and valued as a customer!!!!!!!

If I could give a zero I would. I have called and messaged and done everything i can to get someone on the phone. I called the Hattiesburg store and I sat on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. You better hope your package comes and works with no damage because you will NOT be able to return it by their TERRIBLE customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The customer service at this Office Depot was terrible. I was in line at the Order and Pick Up section for forty five minutes only to get told by the three workers there that they did not know how to print my stuff. They offered no help to me either. The worker even helped the person behind me before he helped me. Within those 45 minutes only two people got served. I don’t know why it took so long when there are three people working. Overall, don’t go here if you need quick and easy printing.

The associates are always going above and beyond to help whenever I go into the store. Job well done!!

This is one of my favorite places to shop! The staff is consistently helpful and I always find what I need. Recently I had to get some items copied and the copy print center staff was amazing. They were very helpful! Thanks for you good service.

Would prefer no stars! Four employees were too busy gossiping to actually wait on customers.

Poor management! Does not keep things in stock. I’ve wasted way to much of my time. I walk in and walk out without getting anything I went in for.

Every single time I have come in here to mail something it takes me at least 30 minutes because the computers are entirely too slow. It looks like an Office Depot would get newer computers to: Number one, make themselves have fast, good customer service and number two .. Maybe support yourself in that you have great fast-acting computers. Its very frustrating to say the least.

Wish I could give then 1000 STAR!!!! My husband, whos blind, called just to check on school supplies and the name he spoke with (so mad I forgot his name) not only explained their online process but went and picked the items so we could pick them up. His list was the wrong one, but when we went to get the stuff we needed, the folks there were there to help. AND THIS WAS THE NIGHT BEFORE SCHOOL STARTED!!!! Like old time shopping when you were valued. Get all our supplies there now.

This Office Depot is HORRIBLE. I came in to mail a small package/envelope and it took about 25 minutes just for me to be acknowledged (though there was only two people in front of me). Then when I am acknowledged, Im told to enter my OWN info and left for about another 10 minutes. Then, when they finally start printing the label, the computer is super slow and he does it wrong. So after wasting 40 or more minutes of my life, I decided to leave and take my money somewhere else. The customer service is awful and almost everything is overpriced. I am never returning for anything. They need to get new computers/appliances and new staff.

Slowest service I’ve ever received, I’m the only person at the business center and I’ve been waiting 30 minutes with a toddler to have 2 forms faxed, man behind the counter cannot deferintiate between a 7 and 1 it’s reallt concerning and terribly hot in here. I’ll probably go buy a fax machine to avoid ever having to come back here.

Store Associates were very cordial, friendly, and eager to assist me in whatever I needed.

Now I know why stores go out of business. I went to this store and no one had a clue about a question i had on a printer. Not very friendly and did not relly want to try.

I like shopping here for school supplies. The service can be slow, depending on who is working. I suggest going in the mid morning on a week day if you need service.
