FedEx was late delivering my package, but it was at the holding facility. They simply refused to give us the package when we went to the facility. They claimed that they cannot let people pick up their own packages until theyve tried to deliver it to their home. They were late, and then refused to do a simple task to make it right. The package was supposed to be delivered by Friday, we triedto pick it up from the facility on Saturday, and since they refused to give it to us it wont be delivered until Monday or Tuesday.

First off, my packaged was delayed twice for no reason. When I called they did not even say there was a reason. They just didnt deliver it. They delayed it Thursday and Friday, but do not run packages on Saturday (apparently) so I have to wait till Monday because of.... Oh wait, there was no reason it was delayed. So I call the facility to see if I can just pick it up there because it is literally in the building. But they said I would have to call the shipper (AT&T - its a new modem because the storm fried or last one) and tell them to change the order to pickup at the location. Thats not a problem besides the fact that the representative told me it usually takes over an hour for the request to go through and they will be closed by then. Basically we are screwed without internet because FedEx has decided to not bring our package without reason. I swear I will never use FedEx again.

The lady working the counter at fed ex eas so super nice and proficient- i did have to wait as someone was being helped as i entered but it was not a long. Prices were reasonable, lil more than i pay at ups. On the other hand i would rather pay a few more dollars jus to have the better customer service! Thanks fed ex!

Been waiting on my package since Wednesday 9/22/21 and I still havent received it after being told it was on the truck and on the way to my home first 11:40 am then by 5pm and finally by 8pm for the pass 3 days ..oh and I paid for expedited shipping (2 business days) needed for today Sunday 9/26/22...Im irate

Never delivers my packages to my address then claims no one was home! Leave them at my neighbors or suggest I should pick up at FedEx location. Then why do they get paid to deliver if you wont deliver correctly. Going on for years fed up with calling customer service to have redelivery scheduled only for them to still not show! Even gave delivery instructions in the app! Been home all day and no one came down my driveway so lie to someone else!!! Dont know who hattiesburg site hires but they obviously get paid to drive around!

I have twice had a package that was supposed to be delivered from this facility although there are multiple facilities closer for some reason this facility handles my deliveries end it never can deliver them on time there’s a FedEx delivery facility not 3 miles from my house and a package of never there it’s always 100 miles away you can never call these people and get help they are of absolutely no assistance my package is always delivered late if it arrives at all it is not uncommon for me to never get my packageAnd yet get an update saying that it has been delivered I have cameras on my driveway I will get updates saying that FedEx have delivered my package when they absolutely have Matt this is fraud

Still awaiting package from that was supposed to be delivered on 9/10/20.Its 10/7/20. No answers available from FEDEX. Tracking package does not work, and put in several tickets to no avail. Customer Support has told me that they dont know if the truck ever arrived in Hattiesburg because the Hattiesburg office refuses to answer the ticket.I have never, ever had a single issue with UPS. I will be picking them when given a choice from now on. They never delivered my package as specified online. Then when they did come and leave a door tag they showed up 4 whole hours after the ETA when Noone was home. Called to get this worked out and they said that they would deliver my package for sure Monday. I waited on the front all day only for FedEx not to show up. Now its Tuesday and Im still trying to figure out wheres my package.

When I call a business, I dont expect to be asked WHY I wish to speak with a particular location.It obviosly has SOMETHING to do with a location or the given business.I dont need somebody in a cubicle asking me bullsh*t questions.I suggest each location put their local phone number in their google search resukts.

If there was an option to leave no stars, I would. I got a package delivered to me that was wasn’t my package. So I took it to the ship center. I told them they delivered it to me by mistake. They then told me oh you’ll have to take that to the ground ship center in Petal. SO YOU’RE TELLING ME, that because FEDEX delivered a stranger’s package to me, that I have to drive 45 minutes all the way to Petal just to give another FEDEX center a package that FEDEX sent to the wrong address? Right.....also no one was even at the front of the store when I got there. I had to knock on the counter to get someone to help me. Y’all are a joke company.

This establishment has given me countless problems. Heres a few of my favorite.Once they didnt deliver my package for unknown reasons and made me drive to a dollar store 1/2 mile away from my house to get it? Why couldnt you just deliver it? Imagine the headache trying to track him down.Another time we asked for the signature to be lifed and was told it was, it wasnt. Package not delivered. Mmm wonderful. I Call, they say we can drive into town to 126 mayfair drive. We Get there and the guy says oh yikes its not here go to the second location. Get to the second location they say its not here. My boyfriend and I started to get annoyed. PAY ALL THIS MONEY TO HAVE IT DELIVERED AND WHAT NOT. Anyway, the second location says go to the third which is the big distribution center, takes us a while to track someone down they look with no result, retrack it, call all the same places again, only to say its at 126 mayfair drive but hurry! they close at 6:30 and its 6:15! Mmm. Imagine the rage. We raced there and got it. After a 2 and a half hour escapade.And today paid Double to have something extremely important and time sensitive shipped in two days by 8:00 pm today and at 6:00pm I get a notification saying undeliverable delivery not attempted. What why. I Call just to get no answer why. Then get the news that guess what its 6:40 and 126 mayfair is closed.Rot. You know where.

Paid for one day shipping to not have to wait for the package over the July 4th weekend. Waited for the driver to drop it off, never heard a knock but found a note on the door that it would be delivered the next business day. Called to see if I could pick it up, The man said that they would be closing at 12 and the package will not be back in time so I can pick it up the next business day which is the Tuesday of the next week. I wish I did not have to deal with Fedex and the vendor would have used UPS instead.

FedEx usually gets you your package, but the guy at Mayfair drive was really rude, and he locked the door before closing time. Also the driver never came to the door to deliver the package, he just left a note on the gate.

Went there to pick up my package. Guy at the desk was polite, but basicly refused to do his job. I paid for one day shipping. The item shipped the day before, but was not going to be arriving at my house which is maybe a mile and a half from the fedex office, until that next monday. So, I figured: Surely, I can pick it up? Its at the facility right? I probably could, if I had gotten someone who wanted to do their jobs.

Sent a ground package via FEDEX to this Ship Center for Hold for Pickup. They refused to accept it from FEDEX Ground because the are an Express Center only. Nowhere on their website state this.
