Why they do not have electronic automatic machine for self-service, building looks cool and old but there is no reason why should it has the convince of been able to mail something when is after-hours

Says packages delivered but never truly delivered! No help when calling customer service. They don’t have a local phone number but only uses number for national USPS, so good luck speaking to anyone for assistance! Better off going in office to handle customer issues.

Worst service I have ever had. I would give a negative review if I could. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called over and over only to get no response. A blind and deaf infant could help you more than whoever these people working ‘service’ are. Don’t even try to call unless you like hearing the automated voice and ringing because I can promise you no one will answer.

This location steals from packages (money shipped from me twice, Valentines candy to me once) and marks packages delivered when they have, in fact, not been delivered and then when they FINALLY answer said they cant help you locate them. Ive had a total of three packages in five years disappear when shipped to me through USPS and they offer no help. Ive finally put the pieces together and this location is just garbage.

Has terrible service! I moved and did a address change i August of this year and filled out proper paperwork. Im still not getting any of my mail. The post master was very rude to me and argued me down saying i needed to check with the bill companies to see if they had a correct address, when i had to show proof of a lease to get a new water and power connection.. They need a new staff

Horrible. Literally never answer the phone. And their mailman that comes to our house is horrible and has abused my dog. He pepper sprayed him multiple days and we got it on our camera from our home security system. Our dog was barking at him but was never aggressive and never even growled. Our dog is in our fence, and the mailbox is on the outside of the fence, so the mailman does not need to even have contact with my dog. When I realized what was going on I co fronted him about it and he kept telling me to keep my dog away from my mailbox even though my dog is in my fenced in yard and the mailbox is on the outside he has physically and mentally injured my dog and the chief of police, mayor, and news stations have been contacted and reports have been made. This post office wont even answer my calls for me to report it to them- the local post office that this mailman comes from. I am furious, and charges will be pressed if nothing is done. We have tangible proof of multiple days he has pepper sprayed my dog for no reason, leaving burns on luckys nose, ears, chest, and paw. Please, citizens of Hattiesburg, watch your babies around these mailmen. I wish I had caught it sooner.

This location is a prime example of why the US Postal Service is bankrupt. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one at this location has any idea what going top extra mile to try and help someone is. If you need an important package shipped.......use Federal Express because if something goes wrong these people will do ZERO to try and help you. You are one your own. You would be better off to drive your package to its destination yourself.

I always have issues with this location when it comes to my packages. Today I received notice that a package had been placed in my mailbox went to get it and there was no package but there was a notice, cool. Then I get there and they bring out a package that I should have received a week ago and had no idea of it being there because there was no notice left for that particular package. The person helping me knew it wasnt the package I was coming for because when she scanned my notice it didnt match but she kind blew it off. So I step out of line to check the tracking number on the package I received and the package I was supposed to receive. After realizing that it didnt match I approached the counter again and this same woman told me my package wasnt there and I could come back in the morning but my notice had that I could pick it up on today 7/12. Now I have lost business because my package couldnt be found that I needed to do my business with. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!

The service I received from this location was amazing. In particular, I was helped by a woman named Tonya (maybe Rhonda) over the phone. Anyway, due to a error on my behalf I placed the incorrect address on a package and because of that it was lost. I called the Post Office and was connected directly to a human (NOT AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM). After listening to my dilemma, she informed me that she would reach the carrier and have it delivered to the correct address by a certain time. When I called back at that time, she informed me that the package had already been delivered to the mailbox. I was kind of skeptical, however when the mailbox was checked, the package was there. I am beyond satisfied with the customer service I received.

I would like to give 0, thieves and crooks I shipped a package for one ebay buyer on 9/09 around 10am. My package had not been scanned when I checked for updates around 10pm. I submitted a claim immediately it wasnt until 9:28am 9/10 that my package was scanned in and here it still hasnt left the post office. Ridiculous and unreliable.

I have waited since Tuesday the 26th for 3 packages to be delivered from Amazon. Today March 4th Im on my 4th redelivery. This post office still has never contacted me! Sunday the 24rd of Feb i recieved my packages covered in fresh/wet BLOOD! HUMAN BLOOD! Always check your packages before you reach for them. Again this Post Office NEVER RESPONDS TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!! I seriously pray nobody ever goes thru the nightmare I have endured this week. This Post Office needs SHUT DOWN!!!!!

Their delivery sucks. It takes months for them to resolve delivery issues. Mail men dont care about the mails. They twist em, tear em, throw em on the ground, put the mail in wrong mail boxes. Some mails get returned without even attempting to deliver. They need to better up with their delivery services.

I couldn’t have been more disappointed when coming here. The staff are ignorant and the mail carriers are obviously so over dosed on drugs, alcohol, etc... to even deliver the mail. I’m literally counting the seconds until I don’t live in the covered zone of this postal service.

This is the friendliest and fastest post office Ive ever been to in my life. Im from Houston and mailing packages for my eBay business used to be an absolute nightmare but Im in and out of here in 10 minutes or less every time.

Quite literally never answer their phone. The other location in Hattiesburg answers within two rings, so why cant you? Get your stuff together or find new management.

Got misinformation from the manager on duty. Made me ride all the way their just to redirect me to another location. Gave me totally wrong payment info. Didnt know anything that they were talking about except that they couldnt help me and the address of another post office. Waste of time.
