It used to be great but now its lacking. I ran my car through the carwash and vacuumed it out. All seemed good but when I got home I had oil stains down the sides of my car that werent there before I took my car through the carwash. However, the employees are excellent. One young man went out of his way to tell me they had a floor mat cleaning machine.

We use the Rainforest Carwash and Oil Change drive through car wash routinely to keep our car sparkling clean. It always meets our expectations. They have a very large, well-lit lot with many stations, each one has a vacuum and waste receptacle.We have given Rainforest gift cards several times and the recipients have always been super excited. They were able to use that gift card for an oil change and quite a few car washes all throughout the year. It truly was a gift that kept on giving.

The car wash was good but the vacuum hardly had suction.

We had an oil change just before they closed and the two young men were personable and efficient! The car wash was includes in the package we bought but it didnt do that great of a job for the price plus soap was left on the car. We are used to Delta Sonic where workers wipe your car after for less of a price and can go back through if its not right.

Paid for tire shine... no tire shine... attendant paid more attention to female coworker than prepping my vehicle as I entered the wash. When I informed the manager that it appeared they were out tire shine, she didnt say a word... just nodded... normally these are great carwashes.

Yesterday and today again I visited this place. I just love it.

The vacuum hoses did not have very good suction to vacuum out my car.

This location is not as professional as the location on hwy 98. Attempted to get my oil changed today and the employees appeared confused about which line I should go into.....which was odd because I was the only car there. I just ended up driving away and getting my oil changed somewhere else. The employees were probably relieved to see me leave so they could get back to chain smoking.

Hands free car wash is what it is supposed to be and it do that very well. 4 out of 5 is because with out a shimmy. My back glass would would have water spots.

Wouldn’t take my gift on a Sunday for kids because it wasn’t next Saturday when the elf and crazy lady there or give me a car wash for free I’d have to do it all a certain day

The best place to get a good carwash in East Hattiesburg. It’s fast and very thorough. You can even pay a flat monthly premium for unlimited car washes. I also get my oil changed at the place next door which get me a discount on the car washes.

I ran my car through one time and it didnt get all the way clean. The employee was really nice about it and ran me back through . I appreciate the kindness that I received.

Rain forest is a very great place to go get your oil changed. It’s affordable and they are very quick and pleasant to deal with. There never pushy and I love that they offer you a drink while you sit and wait to have your oil change. You will also get a free car wash to use. I like that you can go get an inexpensive car wash and then vacuum your vehicle for no additional charge.

Equipment works great. The individuals that allows you to enter the car wash act like they could care less if you came to the car wash!!!!

It is not easy to get to but it is a good car wash, if you dont mind vaccuming and cleaning the inside of your car yourself. I wouldnt use anything other than the carwash personally. Bring a cloth with you to hit the spots that it misses.

Great car wash, but needs new extended vacuuming machines.

Used to be the absolute best, i could get an oil change, and my car would be immaculate, and that was with an older car, now i have a new car and they barely bother to vacuum or wipe anything down. i thought it might have just been that particular day, but the second time recently the results were poor. getting my oil and wash separately now.

Charge for service they dont do. Its just automatically checked on the bill. After washing my car it was still dirty, they did not prewash it, like at other carwashes
