I love this location, its always clean and fast, and I feel safe taking the time to detail my car after a wash. The oil change crew is very professional and fast as well as thorough, and they keep you up to date with what is going on with your vehicle while they perform maintenance.My only reason for not giving a five star rating is 1. The oil change has a policy where the employees cant talk with the customers. I understand this is to remain professional, but I like a sense of the business getting familiar with the customer, and if it isnt causing work to slow down, why not allow the employees to be friendly with your customers? A employee who was waiting for the oil change to finish before he added more oil was just talking to me because he couldnt work on my car yet, and someone there chewed him out. This isnt a regime, its a business!2. My second reason is because of the very rarely seen rude car wash attendant that doesnt motion for the conveyor system properly, which has caused me to come off of it once. Proper hand signals avoid this issue. I dont see this person very often so it usually isnt a problem, and everyone else is friendly.

They seem good but, the lack customer satisfaction. And seem to make u feel like ur here now n thats it n they will see u next time. N management is just poor n inexperienced.

I scrub my vehicle bf going thru the wash... my car is still not clean and theres still soap on it... my back windshield is still wet ....

After they did the tire shine and I drove home its sprayed black stuff all the way down the rocker panels on the on the bottom of the car all the way to the where the back entry door is.

Rain forest is one of the better automotive service businesses in Hattiesburg. Their prices are a little higher than other locations for service, but you get a free car wash and access to vacuums after the service. For example, the oil change on my 14 F150 with Castrol Magnatek 5w20 was $67; you can find other locations to do this for $50 to $55, but you wont get a wash or a thorough vehicle inspection. I would recommend that you know your vehicle and the condition of your air filter, wipers, and other wearable items. They can be a little overzealous in replacing these items or recommending they be changed, and it could cost you more money when it may not be necessary.

I got a car wash. I paid $16 for the most features. And I came out with a dent on the hood of the car, chips in the paint, and it didn’t clean the dirt off!!!! DO NOT go here! Wish I could give zero stars.

Paid $14 for a car wash and the only spots that were clean were the spots I washed with the brush before going through the car wash

Oil changes are fast, friendly, and inexpensive. Attendants talk you through the whole process and offer complimentary drinks while you wait. You never have to get out of your car. Oil change price is comparable to anywhere else, but Rainforest includes a complimentary car wash.Automatic car wash is high-quality and relatively inexpensive. Even the basic $3 wash is fantastic. Unlimited vacuuming is included.Rewards program (through Thanx) pays off quickly.

Dont forget to retract or remove your antenna before you go through!!! I would have given five stars if I hadnt just switched from a car to a small truck. The washing system did not do a good job on cleaning off my back window and it wasnt wet enough when I got out of the automated section to clean it myself still. I recommend going before 10 am for the early bird special and then doing a nice job vacuuming out your car with the provided vacuum parking spaces. If you have a small car it will be great for you.

Was on a road trip and needed a car wash so I took in my 2017 Car, came out with a broken mirror, scratches all over my car and a broken rockguard. Not acceptable at all!

Everyone was extremely friendly and the oil change was super fast. The best oil change experience I’ve ever had honestly, it was a nice change from what I was use to.

It was a very well organized and streamline car wash service. It was set up very much like an assembly line and the employees were very helpful in directing all of the customers when it was their turn to go through the wash. The employees seemed happy to be there, which created a nice environment and the wash itself was very nice, just be sure to remove your vehicles antenna before you go through it.

Was $4 for a wash now is $6, however, the vacuums are great!! Overall its a good place to clean your car!!

If I could rate a negative star amount, I would. I normally try not to leave negative ratings because I know how badly it can affect a business, but I have waited two weeks now for someone to resolve my issue and nobody will. I purchased a brand new 2019 Hyundai in September 2018. It had 0 miles at the time of purchase. It had been raining for a few days, so I wanted to wash it at Rainforest, whom I have used for years now with my older vehicles. I trusted Rainforest to wash it with delicacy. When I got out of the car to blot the water off of the mirrors, I noticed scratches all over my vehicle. Scratches that I KNOW were not there. I immediately reported it to the manager who wrote a report and promised me that her manager would be in contact with me that following Monday. No one ever contacted me. I called Tuesday, once again, more excuses and not one call back. I sent a message on the website, and I got a call but at that time I was at work and could not step away so I asked that they deal with my fiance who was there with me when we went through the wash. The gentleman said he would call him. He never did. So I have waited another week, trying to give them a chance to make it right. THEY STILL HAVENT CALLED. I called in today, trying to reach the gentleman that was SUPPOSED to contact my fiance, and apparently he called off of the accounting number and the man that I spoke with was confused on how I got the number. I explained, he was nice and said since Ive been bounced around repeatedly, hes going to make sure the GM calls me back in an hour. Here it is, many hours later and I still havent gotten a call back...This is not a 2017, this isnt even a 2018. This is a brand damn new car that hasnt even been in production except for a few months and it now has damages EVERYWHERE from this car wash and no one cares enough to contact me about the issue. I have done THEIR job and tried to follow up many times to no avail. I will NEVER use their services again and I will do my best to make sure that everyone I know does the same. It would be far more different if they acknowledge the damage and offered to buff it, or SOMETHING, but I cant even get a call back. If this is how they treat their customers, I dont understand how they have stayed in business this long...

Pulled in to get a price for an oil change. I told them that I didnt want anything done until I had a price. They said that they would have a price after they finished. They started working without my permission. I stopped them and left. Never again! They are not managing the facility like they once did at the carwash anymore. Seems to be a bad way to get return customers? Good luck with that place.

Ive been using this location for many years this past weekend I took my new f150 In for a wash this was the second time ever driving the vehicle, everything seemed to go routine unroll we exited the other side of the wash bay. Now my truck has two foot long scratches down the drivers side cab. I have more than a half million safe miles pulse as a driver trainer for a respectable trucking firm so Im here to say I feel offended when the management isnt wanting to own up to their errors. They have no issue insulting loyal customers well ex-customers. I will never use rain forest again and hope that anyone else that isnt driving a beater car or truck to avoid them like the plague or you to will be dealing with major damage to your hard earned vehicles

I love this place. They are quick and efficient. They always check everything out for me, air pressure, filters, wipers, everything. Theyre great. In and out in 20 minutes with all that plus a car wash.

I will never visit this establishment again. Didnt clean my van, and removed the rags when they saw me using them. Dont waste your time or money here. I should clarify that my visit was about six months ago, and I was just in town visiting relatives. Service may have came up since then.

We are from outta town and needed a carwash and this is by far the worst experience...first of all the attendant looked like he didnt wanna be at work, next after the wash was over my van was still dirty and black on the back,on it and soap everywhere so my husband had to wipe it down with the paper towels they had then the attendant saw him wiping the van off and took the box of paper towels....So we wont be visiting this carwash ever again....

They used the wrong oil filter on our van resulting in no oil pressure. Almost caused catastrophic engine failure. We’re done doing business here.

Dryer didnt work great and wheels werent completely clean. Otherwise it did a good job and was a nice place.
