4 stars only because 1. I hate a haggling worker immediately started haggling me as soon as I pulled up ! 2. Left soap on my car. 3. Needs to slow down too fast. But besides all that I really enjoyed the vaccums and air sprayer! Cleaned up well!

Food was trash. Missing half my order .. stuff was cold. Will not return... That was for taco bell lol.I WAS AT THE CARWASH TODAY. THE NEW AIR GUN WORK GREAT.

Paid $5 extra for the 3x ceramic buff and shine and it didnt make any difference and barely anything came out of the machine when I went through it also it left soap on my car i and the one in front of me as well.

So worth the money! Basic wash for $6 then the vacuums are free and very powerful.

If you dont want to have damage to you car dont go to rainforest car wash it cost me 300 dollars to have my tps monitors change on my car plus 85 dollars to tow it to a tire shop....

The only carwash Ill use. I use the $13 wash. Lots of soap suds which is a pleasant difference from most others.

Personnel are very helpful.Fly in the ointment: we have a venza crossover and the wash didnt get the dirt off the back of the vehicle.Perhaps the more expensive wash will be better.

I was there for a oil change an they said I could come back later for a free car wash. However when I return with the only paperwork they gave me it was not enough I also needed a ticket which I never received but for some reason they think I was not been honest. This will be the last time I give them my business.

On 12/2/18 at this location, the brush guard violently hit the front side of my car upon entering the wash and damaged my vehicle. It scratched the paint off of the front bumper where the corner meets the front tire and it also made 2 deep gouges in the rim. I immediately informed the assistant manager Juli of the damage. As I waited for her assistance, I witnessed several cars enter the tunnel and the same brush guard hit the front corner and wheel (all the SUVs that entered were high enough off the ground to miss the yellow guard). I tried to show the assistant manager what I was talking about and she wouldnt even turn around to look! She completed the damage claim and stated someone would be in touch in a few days.I just got off the phone w/a woman that stated my claim was denied because there was no evidence that their equipment damaged my car. She states the equipment was checked and that it is working properly.She also stated that I could come back out there and review the equipment with a member of management to show that what I said happen did not occur. Hello??? I did my due diligence as a customer. I reported the damage as soon as it occurred and witnessed the equipment hit other cars after mine. Ive been a faithful customer of Rainforest for several years now (since the old wash on Hardy St was converted to the automatic tunnel) and I have had the monthly membership since the Hardy St location was rebuilt.Im not asking for a new car. Im not asking for anything unreasonable. Im asking for the damages to be repaired...thats it. Im certain that your company is well insured for these types of instances as it should be and from time to time things will happen.Shame on you Rainforest! You should take care of your customers...

Been threw it twice with a brand new truck bought the everything wash tailgate and bumpers didnt even get touched, wheels were about half clean, truck it self was about half clean had to prewash when I got home bc of all the spots.. but you get what you pay for I guess!

$9.95 a month for unlimited wash. You cant beat that
