Great service. Cory was very polite and courteous. The cost of the tow waswell below all other tow companys that I had contacted. Highly recommend them. More bang for the buck $$$$.

Called them for a tow, car broke down. Google search for towing near me took me to their web site. They told me they only do repos.Then why does their web site say they do towing? Advertise you only do repos then.Save your time DONT CALL THEM !!!So the owner responds to me a couple hours after my review. Says sorry we didnt wait around for you to break down.Well then , why didnt whoever answered my call just say they were busy and wouldnt be able to help me within a reasonable time period??I (or any reasonable person) would have just moved on. I guess if the owner wants to reply with a negative statement, he must feel real confident in the way he runs his business. More people will pass along a negative experience , and here is his negative comments right out there on full display.The POWER of the internet experience.

Corey was quick to get someone there to pick my vehicle and I up...on a Sunday evening. Chris the driver was knowledgeable and friendly, making the 30 mile ride enjoyable despite my vehicle being towed. Affordable, quick and friendly service. I hope to not need a tow again, but if I do, Ill be calling Corey and Chris at American Towing.

My Tahoe quit along the a Mn interstate, 35 miles from home. I needed a tow back to Wi. After calling two other tow services, Corey from American Towing was able to respond the quickest. He is professional, customer friendly, and affordable - as far as towing goes. Highly recommended!

Yesterday my car went off the road on the way to the Orpheum. American Towing got my car back on the road quickly and checked ahead on his smart phone to see if we could still make it to the show given the conditions and traffic. When we missed the show and needed documentation for ticket insurance, it was sent right away. The driver was knowledgeable, friendly and kind! He made a bad situation so much better!!

Worse experience I have ever had !!! American Towing does not have a location in Hastings they are using another business address so you think they actually are in Hastings. Very unprofessional, driver could not even give me a receipt because he conveniently was out and when I called to get one sent to me owner would not call me back and wasnt coming to Hastings because it was to far to drive to give me a receipt. It was out of his way and wanted me to drive to Lake Elmo to get one when his tow trucks should all have receipts in them at all times. If I could put negative stars that would be my rating !!

Amazing! Got stuck in a snow bank and they came in pulled me out in 10 minutes!
