We brought my wifes car in for an interior and exterior detail. Having been in the business of detailing myself, I really appreciated the thorough job the guys at Auto Doctor did on our vehicle.In addition, we scuffed a curb with our bumper and they buffed off the yellow paint at no charge.We will be returning and recommend them to anyone.

My car looked like new when I picked it up!! I was shocked how clean and restored the interior appeared after 5 years of wear and tear. Alex was super easy to work with and the quality of communication and level of detail was 10/10! Definitely will return!

Auto Doctor detailed my jeep. True Fact they did they did an amazing job. It was like a mirror. Looked better than the day I bought it new! 5 Star would recommend to a friend! Got nearly ever single dog hair out of the carpet!

I definitely feel taken advantage of as someone who doesnt know cars. When I asked that they look into why my ac didnt work I was told my air compressor was broken and Id have to buy a new one and with labor it would be over 900 dollars. So I said I cant do that and went 3 weeks in over 90 degree heat. My friend is a mechanic and checked it out and said my air compressor is running fine, I just needed a charge(wich they said they did and that it still didnt work). 20 dollars later, I have ac again. Never going back.

Very poor work done the front tires just about came off the vehicle because they failed to torture the front wheels after the work do not trust them any longer.....I have just spoken with the young man and had a great conversation with him about the past and he was very respectful and responsive to what happened and with new management 👍I will be having them do the Air-conditioned work on Tuesday and look forward to seeing and working with them again. I would like to thank this young man for taking the time to listen to me and he was very helpful and understanding. Thanks 😊

The Auto Doctor business changed ownership about one year ago. I had been a customer for several years and was hoping the same good service would continue. After two visits to the new ownership I can say I am completely satisfied.

Ken and his team are great. They are honest and upfront about the cost. They do great work, and they are the only ones I trust to work on my cars.

I am a person that is very picky on my car and how it looks I was questioning if they would do a good job because of how cheep it is but honestly they did a wonderful job my suv looks like I just bought it . I bought a van, it was very dirty, stains on the seats and console. I brought it here for detailing and when I can to pick her up I didnt think it was the same van. They did an amazing job, she is like new again.

Went to get my car detailed just the seats and carpets and they were able to pull out some of the nastiest grease stains I’d ever seen in a car I’ve purchased. Beautiful job, fair prices, and good customer service. Thank you Hastings Auto Doctors Detailing Crew! Hands down more than I expected.Also may I add that the cleaning products they use are not strongly scented - which is a huge plus compared to the perfumes products used at Paradise for example. My car did not have an overpowering scent when I went to pick it up.

Ive been going there for a little over 3 years and this is by far the best mechanic shop I have been to in my entire life. Prices are fair and Don, the owner, and his team is personable and can fix just about anything. I recommend this place if you need anything from an oil change to an exhaust repair, you cant go wrong.

Yesterday, I happened to be right next door to Auto Doctor when my tire unexpectedly broke down and went flat. I was stressed because I was going to be late for work, it was snowing, and I dont have a lot of money to drop on vehicle malfunctions, especially for brand new tires that should be working fine. However, Don at Auto Doctor was very caring and helped me get my tires fixed, explain to me what exactly happened, and even went the extra mile to check all my other tires and restore their sensors. He was busy and had a lot of other appointments to take care of, but moved some things around to help me and it means so much. So grateful to have had this experience with a knowledgable, trustworthy, and benevolent company. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Owner of this shop is a great Guy! Helped me out when I was stranded on a Sunday. Didnt ask for anything from me. I went to his shop two days later to get new tires on my truck. Price was right and while I was there I looked around and saw so many thank you cards from people and charities he has donated time and money to. Great guy, great service, got a customer for life!

Could handle our 1 ton dually for oil change and brake check. Doug was knowledgeable and excellent customer service! Made suggestions for preventative maintenance but not pushy at all! Would definitely go back again!!

Due to a frustrating experience with our tire pressure indicator on our Lexus and having it checked at 2 different tire stores with no results we stopped at the Auto Dr. and Don,the proprietor, not only immediately diagnosed the problem, but put the car on the rack, removed the spare tire, and repaired the problem. He cheerfully sent us on our way refusing compensation. Can’t say enough about a business man who would go to those lengths to help a customer!!

I stopped in for a car problem that happened while I was making a 2 hour road trip on a Saturday morning. Luckily, Hastings was on the way so I stopped in at Auto Doctor. The owner was working and got my car in to look at it right away. He quickly fixed the problem (for a very very reasonable price) and I was able to get back on the road.

They did my transmission, fair prices for good work. Always feel confident leaving my vehicle in their hands. Also gets the job done in a timely manner.

Terrible customer service. Called asking for a simple service and was given a run down about how I needed six different parts replaced. When I explained Id already eliminated those issues they went on to explain how I dont know whats wrong with my own truck and only their specially trained service technicians can properly diagnose the problem. Don, Ben and the rest of the team at Auto Doctor truly care about their customers and are the most honest and trustworthy mechanics that I’ve ever dealt with.A few years back I had an exhaust problem on my sons older Ford Taurus, and the first place that I took it to get a quote for the repair was $700. I brought it into the Auto Doctor and they were able to repair the problem for $150 by doing some welding on the manifold vs. replacing the part.I recently moved from Hastings to Woodbury, but I will continue to drive to the Auto Doctor for service needs on my vehicles.

I am so pleased with the service I received today! They told me what I needed and what could wait. I have an import, so when I initially brought it in for an estimate, they encouraged me to solve the problem today and saved me over $400 in repairs: all for $55! Wow, a car care center with integrity!

Would NOT recommend! They charged $449.64 in 2009 to put dual exhaust on a Chevy Silverado. As of today, it broke in 2 different areas. Auto Doctors words were, At least you got 3 years out of it! We can fix it, but we will charge you. Thats what happens when you live in Minnesota. Ive never heard of dual exhaust only lasting 3 years. Confused!!

Thank you Don...my husband an I have always been very happy with any service that auto doctor has performed on our vehicles. BUT today my world was rocked by don his knowledge and kindness.... In short at another shop they had broke a lug nut off my vehicle taking my winter tires off, sent me across the parking lot to have another shop get the rest of the lug nut out, at no cost to me.(HA) They had to keep my vehicle so gave me loner, a couple days later I picked my vehicle up. the next day coming home from work my muffler sounded terrible pulled back in to the shop they said they had nothing to do with that, but gave me a quote of 685.00 with tax to fixs it. waited for the quote about 30 min.. BUT today pulled into auto doctor Don was just pulling a car out an could get me in for a quote about 5min later Don comes back in, its all good (wait what) Don explained what had happened which sounded like it most likely happened during a struggle with a lug nut an tire, i was overwhelmed with joy and relief that Don had fixed my muffle and was sending me on my way with just note do you want us to fixs the blinking light on your dash WOW ....did i mention thats a savings of 685.00Don you have raised the bar here in Hastings for any other auto shop.a repeat customer for life, an any one in ear shot is going to hear about how wonderful Auto doctor in Hastings MN is

I would like to reply to the review posted by Tracy Christopherson. A customer of ours came in saying how he was being harrassed by a lady that he sold his truck to over 3 years ago. He stated how this lady wants a new exhaust because the one on the truck needs some work. At no time did Tracy ever contact or come to Auto Doctor, so I dont see how she can say what we might of said. I wish that people would put all the facts in first before bad mouthing a well established business in the community.But I guess that you can say anything on the internet.

I love the Auto Doctor! I started going there 12 years ago because I was sick of all the corporate mumble jumble from other shops where the employees would try to sell me anything and everything that my car DID NOT need, there is nothing worse than a 20 year old pressuring you into unnecessary services and spending more money than you need to! Auto Doctor only sells you what you actually need without the pressure! They have the most friendly staff and Don the owner would bend over backwards to help anyone. He is nice enough to give me a ride home after I drop off my car or sometimes he even will drop me off at the golf course! I have never ran into a problem with Auto Doctor in the 12 years I have been going there and would never think of going any place else! Great service, great product, great prices....a perfect example of why everyone should continue to support small businesses!!
