A little pricy but it worth it. Its a nice place friendly staff that takes their time doing your nails n feet. Love the service I rate them 5

So I booked an appointment with Nail D Nola the beginning of the week for Thursday at 1145. I have been booking with them for months and have never had a problem. Up until today. They canceled my appointment because I did not answer my phone at 9 in the morning ( now understand I worked last night until 4 and set my alarm to be up at 11 to head over there). I called the number back to confirm only to be told that my appointment was canceled and already taken by someone else because I did NOT confirm when they called. I have never had this issue before with confirming. And when I spoke to the lady (Jenna the manager) to understand why, she was very rude. I should have answered and confirmed. Its their policy.  Not even an hour after calling to confirm my appointment; it was canceled. It was unprofessional. And it wont make a difference with me not going anymore. But I wanted to share my experience so it doesnt happen to you. Make sure you answer your phone calls or their cancel your appointment with no hesitation

TRIED to patronize this business today. I just wanted to leave a heads up for anyone that might think about going here as a walk-in. Don’t waste your time or gas. I tried today at 1:45 and was told “we have a 3 o’clock appointment if you want to have a seat and wait”. Clearly, they don’t staff for walk-ins. In my opinion, this should be posted EVERYWHERE but I’m here to let you all know. I didn’t get anything done, of course, because I’m not waiting an hour and 45 mins for a pedicure but I’m posting my experience trying to get a walk-in service. I’m going elsewhere.

Beware of what you are being charged!!!!!I have gone here on several occasions. But the services that I get consistently and that is on Tuesdays I get the $25 pedicure and full set of ombré nails. No extra designs or anything. The first time I paid $80. This time I was charged $90 for the same service. Each time I go I tip but I was overcharged this last time. I called and was told that the lady who did my nails was on vacation and I needed to speak to her. I’m sure their system shows the services I received but anyway, I will never go back here!!!! Just question your services and keep track of what you’re being charged

Man I’m so disappointed in this nail salon!!! After 3 years of living in Houston, I finally moved back and thought I would return to this nail salon! I made an appointment…had to wait an hour and 5 minutes, and then there was still incompetence. I drove from Metairie just to waste gas I guess. Never again. By the way, Grand Lux off Westheimer in Houston is my old nail salon! Check them out if you ever go!! I miss them so 🥺Without an appointment at Lux, I probably only waited 10 minutes if that. Ugh

Emily was able to get my nails exactly the length I wanted and all the ladies made me feel at home while getting my nails done.

They are always on point. Been thru a lot of places that ended up making me do my own for a while until I found them and been a steady customer well over a year. Highly recommend this spot! Worth making an appointment in advance. They have talented nail techs that do great work and they can all do a wide range of sizes, shapes and styles. From super simple to crazy complex- they got you.

I have been coming here for 2 years at least have referred a lot of people from the last two times I had to wait 1 hour after scheduled appointment never Acknowledge that I was sitting here could have said I’m behind and I’m sorry. Well for starters I got canceled an appointment that was scheduled three weeks ago 1 hour before I drove 35 minutes To sit for an hour and nothing was said to me they use to offer drinks nothing of that anymore I use to love this place I hope that they get it together cause I’m not pleased with the service I received

Great place. The receptionist can work on customer service a bit more.My nail technician was wonderful. I will go back just cause I love the way she did my nails. I have been here 3 times only because they are always booked I love my nail tech here but I had to find another shop that can do my nails on a regular because my nail tech is always booked and I work out of state si my time is when I need things done.Cons I hate when you book an appointment and you are sitting for almost 1 extra hour.Not good gor business

The service is great. You are offered many options for drinks. The nail techs are very nice. I recommend Mr. Billy, Ms. Fadra and Ms. Kim on the feet.

20 mins before my appointment they called and said they were 30 minutes behind. I got there when they told me and waited 30 minutes. I asked how much longer and they told me another 30 minutes. Smh I could have went anywhere in the city if I was going to have to wait an hour.

Always does a great job on my nails and I love that its appt based only.
