Im writing this review just for Maggie! She took such great care of me, took her time and made sure that I was satisfied during my whole time here. The place was super clean and sanitized. I was also really hesitate to get my eyebrows waxed, as I’ve had bad experiences before but she discussed what shape would look best for me. She took care of me like family, I couldn’t ask for more! ❤️

The service is top tier. This was my second time going there and now Ill be a forever customer. Also the foot/leg massage was awesome.

It wasnt my first time going and I was greeted as soon as I walked in as always. Everyone was very nice and very professional. The Salon is very clean and appealing. As soon as I was seated for my pedicure I was offered a beverage. The massage chairs are top quality and the selection of services is very nice. My nails and feet look and feel incredible. Its worth the extra money to get a massage with your pedicure. I would absolutely recommend this nail salon and I will be back again. I would say also the level of quality and consistency is always there.

This was my first time coming to this nail salon. When I walked into the salon I was greeted immediately! Upon me checking in they asked for my Info that included my DOB, everyone then said Happy Birthday to me! I was very shocked and I felt extremely special ❤️. They were so professional and very Attentive to their customers.The pedicure chairs were so relaxing and the foot massage was a plus 👌 I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and I have found my new Nail Salon 💅

Just experienced the worst pedicure. Feels like I just received a toe polish service. Informed the front desk lady no response. Not a word. No I’m sorry, just a blank stare. Says no manager available. These people don’t value the money you spend for their service and I’m a customer that always tip. Poor customer service today

I came in here with my God daughter/friend. I did not partake of any of the services. When I return, I will definitely do so. I am from Chicago. What is visible, is how clean the bar is. The professionalism of the receptionist is outstanding, she has a nice smile, is informative, and communicates well with customers and staff. The staff is uniformed and on point.

I always go to this place for pedicures because they give the best massages but last time I went I left without really liking the way my nails (Dip/Acrylics). I went yesterday to remove them and meet Maggie who spoke and made conversation with me which I really appreciated. They said it was her first day there. Thank you Maggie for the fast process and the great chat!

I got the gel manicure and classic pedicure. They were very friendly, thorough and professional. My toes and hands look beautiful and feel relaxed and soft.

Helen & Tony make a great team. I appreciate the detail pampering Helen gave me. Tony know a firm massage. I almost feel asleep. Made my day!

They do really well on you nails. I love the deluxe pedicures. I will say some of the techs do not speak the best English so its a barrier at times.

Phenomenal customer service and the work is great. I went to Ivy with a photo and she made my nails even better than I asked for, I’ll always be back!

Pedicure was nice. The lady who gave me the massage was AWESOME. Usually it’s not that long or much pressure, she was great should’ve asked for her nail.

We had a wonderful time. Staff is very friendly and on top of everything. The foot massage is amazing, the chairs are comfy, and the place is beautiful. My nails and toes look fabulous!

The receptionist is the sweetest young lady. That’s where it stops though. They take walk ins yet after an hour and 30 minutes I still had not even had my nails started. No one seemed particularly concerned except the receptionist. The nail techs just kept Slowly working on every one else they had in front of them

I had a wonderful experience today! Everyone was friendly and I was so comfortable. Since COVID I was nervous to go to the nail salon at all and this experience was great! Thank you Tony (loved my leg massage) Nina on the nails and Ana on the pedicure! Y’all are awesome! Thank you again!

Great atmosphere and choice of services, but there is polish left on the sides of my fingers and polish on the inside of my hands. Everything else was wonderful except the polish completion. Received spa manicure.

I always get Lannie to do my mani and pedi, she never disappoints when I come. She does a fantastic job! The place is clean and has a very friendly environment!

Ann was very nice, personable, and answered all my questions. She seemed very knowledgeable an explained to me the differences in products and was easy to understand. Very gentle, good quality and great attention to detail. She took her time and did a great job with my nails. A little pricey, but I dont mind paying more for great service and a good job

This nail salon is wonderful. They were a little busy tonight I did have an appointment but we’re so accommodating when they were running a bit behind which normally never happens so I had no problem being patient. The young lady handling the front desk made me feel so welcome and checked on me while I was waiting, honestly most places will just let you sit there and only say something if you try to leave but not here she went above and beyond to make sure I was ok! She was so kind to everyone she spoke to and really has a great personality interacting with customers! I believe my nail techs name was Sandy. I will request her every time I go! She was so gentle and as someone with very sensitive cuticles and fingers it was a welcome (from other places) change. My fingers weren’t sore at all and it was truly relaxing experience!! My nails look amazing. Highly recommend. My only suggestion would be the manicure chairs are a bit uncomfortable they are worn in the front from people leaning forward on them ..may not be easy to get in and out of for some I was sliding forward a bit my legs were going to sleep lol. HOWEVER Not a reason to stay away what-so-ever just helpful suggestion :) I look forward to returning and will recommend this nail salon to all of my friends.

Ehhhh! This place use to be one of my favorite nail places, however a lot of my favs no longer work there and there. Theu seem too rushed and not the best quality. I went in there the other day, prices listed on site was NOT what I was charged. The front desk claimed the prices changed, but were not updated online yet...WHAT?! Anywho, what he said the new prices were was not the total I was given.So they gave me a lower price but still not the price listed online. The salon is nice. My experience with the staff wasn’t in my opinion genuine. It felt as if they were acting. It was very chaotic at the desk in terms of the check out process. The person that did my foot massage was all but begging for a tip. The guy did my pedicure did a very sloppy job, and I paid for the volcano which was higher and was not worth it at ALL! The lady Sandy did my nails Beautiful!..

Clean and tranquil facility. Did an amazing job on my pedicure 😬 the dude at the front desk was kinda short, but I’ll give them the benefit of a doubt that it was due to it being so early.

The place was amazing and the nail tech was awesome but got home and noticed little bubbles in the polish. Kinda not too happy about that but over all nice place for my first time

I’ve tried and tried to go here but there is always an issue. They rush through services and even when you have an appointment they will either loose the ticket, check you in wrong, or flat out not actually schedule you.Today I called early and was told it was best to come late afternoon. Okay fine what time. I was told between 3 & 3:30. We arrived for an appointment for my daughter and I at 3:15. They took forever to check us in and they left us sitting for an hour with no comments. When I asked why the long wait when many other people came in and went straight back they said well you were late so we put you behind the walk ins and there are about 6 people in front. Of course upset I asked why no one said anything when we arrived instead let us sit for an hour? Well we didn’t see your ticket. They offer was to make us an appointment on another day with the comment that if we had been there at 3 they wouldn’t have made us wait. We left. I’ll take that we were a few minutes late but lack of communication and to then ignore and blame a customer is completely ridiculous.If you go to Avalon go with a lot of time and be prepared for a lot of attitude.

I have been going to Ivy for 3 years now & she always does an AMAZING job! She never disappoints. Couldnt ask for a better nail tech. Wherever she goes, ill be following! I went in at about 6:00pm, they were very nice. I decided to get a manicure with gel polish. I asked for black but instead it was navy blue. The next morning I woke up, 3 of my nails started to peel. I basically spent $35 for NOTHING!!

The staff is always kind and does amazing work. I always use the same person, Mrs. Ana because she knows my color and knows how I like my nails. This is a very professional and peaceful environment. This is the only nail salon I go to. I wish they had someone who knows how to thread eyebrows. Please work on having thread eyebrows services for 2021!!!

I walked in the salon about two months ago to get my nails diped. I had this nice, sweet person name Lannie. She was so gentle and nice t. She did an excellent job on my nails. I was well pleased. I have been going back every two weeks to get them done withLannie. The receptionist to the workers are all so kind and sweet! I am really pleased!

The nails were nice and pretty while they lasted, but there’s no way that my nails were lifting and coming off just 5-6 days later. never coming here again

Beautiful salon, efficient snd friendly staff. I had a pedicure and a dip with tips. Such an amazing job. I was in and out quickly feeling like a new person! Definitely worth the drive from the Bywater! I am a forever customer!

Made an appointment. An hour after my appointment time no one had started doing my manicure or pedicure. Told them I was leaving as I had another engagement I couldnt miss (hence the appointment). They charged me for the foot massage.

It was a VERY nice experience. I am a typical guy so I didnt really know what type of manicure that I needed, but the lady at the desk was very helpful and reassuring about what I was doing. The nail tech that I had was awesome. She was talking to me the whole time and taking my mind off of things. The hand massage at the end was exactly what I needed too.

Had an appointment. Was sat and received a foot and leg rub that lasted less than 5 minutes. Then sat for over an hour with no update. Water got cold. Finally got tired of waiting and went to leave. Ashley at the front desk has zero customer service skills and speaks with the intellect of an eight year old rudely insisted that we (3 of us) pay for a massage. We refused to pay for such terrible service and asked for management (because 8 yo minds). No management on site.My advice, Go elsewhere.

Everyone is following the safety guidelines! I called and got an appointment same day for me and my daughter. When I arrived, I used my phone to check in so there so no touching of a pen (minimizing spread at it’s finest. I got the milk and honey pedicure, dip nails and my daughter got acrylics. The massage was amazing, I think I would come just for that part. I was offered water immediately after getting into my seat. The staff in the front was super helpful explaining which nail swatches were for which services to make picking a color super easy for my daughter and I. All of the staff was super friendly and professional. We will definitely be returning!!

The decor of the place was beautiful but what and who they have in the place makes it not so friendly. The nail tech i had DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING!!! NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. AND IT APPEARED THAT THE EMPLOYEES WERE TALKING ABOUT ME and laughing at me as i walked out while they were SPEAKING IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE. They DID NOT PUT ME UNDERNEATH A DRYER AND WHEN I GOT HOME MY NAILS WERE SMUDGED AND MESSED UP. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSOLUTELY A WASTE OF MY $$$$. IM NEVER GOING BACK!!! MYSTERY SHOPPERS

The staff at the Nail Bar is great, especially Miss Thu! I have been a customer for over 2 years and I enjoy my experience every time I go there. Tony gives the best leg massages too! I am so glad Ashley is back. Good to have a pleasant encounter with her when I walk in the door and when I make appointments. The Nail Bar is also very clean as well.

First time getting my eyebrows done here but the place is super clean. Not crowded at all, plenty of social distance space. They also have the plexi glass when doing nails. I will definitely come back and get my nails done.
