My first visit was to get my moms ears re-pierced. The sign stated that the piercing price came with earrings and solution. I asked (and pointed out where) the lady to pierce the same hole that was already there. Lady missed the hole, so now my mom has two hole dots on one of her lobes very close together: one pierced (new hole) and one closed (old hole). Also when she asked us to pay, we asked about receiving solution and she poured a sample from the big bottle into a small squeeze bottle...not sure if this was sanitary but it definitely wasnt enough for the 6 weeks healing process. My second visit was for a full set on a Wednesday. Again reading the sign posted, it stated full set Mon-Wed $24 and up. I didnt realize the up meant it cost more for longer nails. i walked in with my normal short natural nails, so I couldve left with shorter ($24 nails) if i was informed. The only reason why my nails were longer is because the tech asked how long cut down and shape. The customer service thing to do would be to inform For the $24 nails, this is the shape/length...it will cost more for a different shape/length. I still feel bad about leaving a tip, because I was that unhappy with the service. And the nails started falling off before the following Wednesday anyway, so they did not even last one week. But you live and learn, so I wont return

Make sure you explain to them exactly what you want. And ask the price. They love to talk about you and they language and expect you to tip.

One of the ladies started screaming at three different customers. I had to walk outside and get the police officer.She started screaming at us about rushing her. I had told the other staff, before this, that I would come back tomorrow. The second girl said she would wait for her to get done with the lady being worked on to do her eyebrows. And the third lady was being worked on. It was her staff that didnt want a customer to walk out. Her staff that insisted we stay.. that they could get us done. Her staff that was directing the customers to her. And she made a scene like that to get sympathy from the Walmart customers checking out at the registers.She thinned out my nail bed too much. Ive NEVER had acrylic burn my nail bed before. The acrylic was burning my fingers when she put it on.I am writing the Better Business Bureau.

WORST SERVICE AFTER!! got Individual lashes done which normally last 2 to more weeks fell off the next day..we t back told them what happened just wanted them to put them back on told me they mot responsible once you leave there shop... NEVER again
