Hello, this is my very 1st public review. I just want to express and share my gratitude with the community about the customer service I have received from Elliot Raley Allstate Agency in Harvey, La. Ive been a customer @ this location for a few years now and Elliot, Josh and Ms.Sherill are the most understanding and empathic agents I have ever came across. Ive had a fender bender(my fault)and a recent car theft(recovered) and each incident I was treated as a human being. They always follow up and check to make sure claims are being handled properly and that things are okay with the customer; they check for savings and deductions without a customer having to inquire, which is AWESOME I may add. At one point after my at fault fender bender my rates were going up every 6 months and Josh called @ renewal time and before he could say hello I statedI know Josh, my rates are going up again I knowhe statedno theyre actually going down. Talking about elated. I love the rapport that we have build as far as a business relationship. I just want to put it out there, that no matter how much you shop around to save a penny with car insurance companies and my rates are pretty steep but thats because of my poor decision as a driver. Its worth every penny that I pay, for the SUPERIOR customer service that Elliot and his team delivers. I could go on and on but you get the idea. If I could give 10 🌟s I would.

I have been with them for over 30 yrs and I have had first class , professional service which goes above and beyond to make sure you know that you’re taken care of and don’t have to worry about anything in time of need, and I do speak from experience ! I was with State Farm for almost 40 years, but the premiums seemed to get higher every 6 months, so I asked around about friends insurance companies, and most had bad tastes in their mouths, but there were some friends who smiled and said they used EJ, and were very happy to recommend him. I now know why. The people in this Allstate office treat you like a friend as much as a customer. Sherrill makes you feel like youre sitting at her kitchen table visiting a friend, and is so knowledgable about the business. Josh always makes you feel like he has missed you and is very happy to see you again, and tries to find ways to save you money. EJ knows insurance and is on top of everything, and is willing to fight for you...even against Allstate!! Its reassuring to know you have a team fighting for and looking out for your interests. Flo, that lizard, and State Farm dont have anything on these people! I have EJ, and I would (and do) recommend him. Its reassuring to know they wish to do what is right by their customers. No insurance worries here!!
