Alicia R has provided the BEST service for me since the very first point of contact. She was pleasant, patient and kept me informed of everything that was needed to get the coverage I needed. Did I say she was pleasant? I’ll say it again…she was!! She is definitely an asset to this establishment! She definitely made my day with the quote I was given and I’m now saving $200 a month!!!!!

SOOOOOO horrible been waiting on refund 4months almost ND wen i did get it my name was missed spelled returned the check and still waiting almost 2 months later

I been requesting my refund of $422 since August and have yet to receive it. Alicia claims she’s working on it but have yet to tell me anything important. From the looks of it she seem to be lying and talking in circles. Dont waste your time here..at this location at least.

Ms Alicia @ the Harvey location on Manhatten blvd is absolutely great! She’s always fast, accurate, friendly, & extremely helpful. She explains everything out to you so there’s no confusion while making small talk during the process which is comforting. I really enjoy my visits there 👌🏼🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ariana helped me find a lower policy for the value of my car( which is way less than the price I was paying before with other competitors.) She is always positive and attentive! One of the best experiences Ive had while buying insurance. Mrs. Alicia was very kind and explained everything to where I could fully understand what I was going to receive with my policy. If your looking for insurance I highly recommend you shop with them.

Terrible service I spoke with a branch manager and she was so rude had a really bad attitude. I just wanted to upgrade my service.Im leaving them next week Ill try progressive.

Five stars! ***Update***Thought everything was going well until she failed to extend my due date as requested and cancelled my insurance before the date she said it was due. She apologized for not having the proper training, giving me the wrong information, and wouldnt give me a refund costing me $230.00. Between this office and corporate they are horrible and will tell you anything. Just stay away!

Young women in location that sits at the left work station when you enter in at location was on a personal phone call on her cellphone the whole time while setting up my quote and quoted me on a certain quote every month of 401 every month and i call in to do a payment and now i find out my address was put in wrong and my monthly rates is 90 dollars monthly above my orignall quote . the wait time in that location is horrible also . maybe if she wasnt on her cellphone and actually paying attention to what she was doing and entering in the right information , and had some assitance and not being present in the bussiness by herself i would ev had a better experience tottally unsatisfied and to find out my rate is 90 more then what she quoted me is outrages ive already called the company and informed usagencies directly new staff is required there
