Well.....first time ever to have a pedicure in my 60 years so I dont have anything to compare it to....went at my wifes urging due to some sore arches ... it was pretty awesome on my sore feet and I wil certainly be back....very clean, very safe and very thorough...

I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt to the best of my ability. I came in at opening for a manicure, they sat me down and basically chunked the color samples down in front of me. I sat for over an hour for people who came in after me to be serviced and left before they even came and asked me any questions. I went I ask an employee a question, she looked at me, and walked away, and I sat there for 30 more minutes. Once they started on my hands, they were very rough and ignored me. I tried staying in good spirits, but my nails are crooked and look like they need a fill in already, and I just went in this morning. Overall, I am never going to this place again and am very shocked by the lack of service.

I came in to gel nails (after being discouraged not to by them) and I feel like gel should last AT LEAST 2 weeks. My nails were starting to peel at the cuticle after 5 days. I went in to see if they would fix it and they acted like I was a burden. Rushed through redoing my nails missing steps like you would normally do when getting nails done (rinsing or alcohol cotton ball). I felt like they wanted me out. I left the salon with sticky nails. They wasn’t concerned about matching my nail color. They also argued with me about how long I felt it should last.

First time there and I had an awesome experience!! They were full, but still some an awesome job on my nails!!! Thanks!!

Ellie and Tom are awesome people and I have never walked out unsatisfied! This is by far my favorite Nail Salon around. And she did amazing on my Palm tree nails today for the beach!! All free handed art and awesome!!

I have been coming here since I moved to Alabama. I have seen several of the nail techs. All of them are great!!But I am always happy to get Tom. My first day in is today since they have opened from the Covid19 and I got Tom for nails and Pedicure. That was a bonus for today!! And bless him those feet 😬😬.Tom and Ellie you are the best!!!!!

Today was my first time going here and I couldn’t decide on my color for my nails they did not rush me and allowed me to take my time. My friends have been there and told me they liked it so that’s what made me try it out, I will definitely be back in the future

Had a pedicure here Ivy and Tom were wonderful. I have ingrown toenails and they take good care of my feet ..highly recomend them for diabetics and neurothpy foot problems

I think this is the best salon around! Everyone I know goes here and loves it and I always leave very satisfied with how my nails and toes look. Pedicures are amazing! And the staff is super friendly and welcoming. And they make a point to remember you and call you by name, which makes you feel like youre more like a friend than just a customer, which I appreciate.

I went and got a pedicure and unfortunately the next day my toe was swollen and red. I had to go to the doctor and she confirmed it was infected, most likely from unclean tools. Spent $50 here and then had to spend another 50 on the medicines she prescribed and the doctor appointment.

I love them , they are amazing people !!! I have been going here for 4 years every 2 weeks , I set down and ask for dip and they always have done them exactly they way I ask. So my usual place was closed and I needed my nails to happen. The people were very friendly but the pedicure was less than expected for the price and my nails are ok.. but still not up to par. All in all.. next time I will just deal with my nails as they are until my usual spot is open again.

I live in southern middle Tennessee and my parents live in Hartselle (I grew up in Hartselle) and came down on December 22, 2018 for Christmas week and had the dip done. A week ago I had full impact to the end of my nail/finger causing a fracture in my finger but my nails still there...not even a chip missing.This salon is awesome and does amazing work. I will be back in a couple weeks for a new color. Dont want any other place doing my nails.

I love this nail salon. I have been going here for several years would not go anywhere else. They make it a point to know and remember their clients. They are extremely professional and do excellent work.

The worst pedicure I have ever fHad .I still see the old polish that i had on .. and the new polish i she had to re do 3 time cause it was terrible dry skin all around my toes still and the new polish isnt all the way to the back
