Mia Nails does such a great job! You need to book appointments well in advance because thats how good they are! The quality of the products they use are great. They take wonderful care of each client. Great way to relax and leave looking beautiful.

Kaylee culwells appointment was canceled without reaching back out to confirm. They lied and said we wanted it canceled. My fiance is a nurse and has limited time to get to a salon. We will not be doing business with this salon again. In response to the poor customer service we contacted aquatic nail spa in Madison and was able to be seen immediately. Not only were they friendlier but they were able to offer a better experience with options previously denied at Mia.

I have only attempted to get my nails done professionally twice in my life due to horrible experiences. This salon has eradicated the fear I have with getting a mani/pedi now. I showed a picture of something that I had found and liked. They delivered EXACTLY what I was wanting. They were all so professional and very nice. It made me feel so welcome. I also didnt get a hassle about my latex allergy, which has been the case numerous attempts in the past when I showed up elsewhere to attempt getting my nails done. I have always left disappointed. Today, that has been completely turned around. My nails have never looked so good and this nurses tired feet have never felt so relaxed. I will be back and encourage everyone to come here. The two week wait for my appointment was WORTH it.

My daughter and I won’t go anywhere else!! They take the time to actually invest in their customers! We are always greeted by name and if my daughter is not with me, I’m always asked how she is. The level of customer service at this establishment is unmatched. Thank you for taking time with your customers! Went for a full set of dip nails and pedicure for my wedding.. I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and got EXACTLY that! So beautiful. Time, care, and attention to detail is what I received! 11/10 would recommend! And so many places rush through pedicures but you get your money worth here!

Super relaxing pedicures, haven’t had my nails done yet but I will definitely be back! Also if your worried about cleanliness because of Covid, this is the place you need to go. They are appointment only, and have shields in place at the nail stations. They also ask that you wash your hands as soon as you enter the building. I was beyond impressed!

First I want to start by saying this is the cleanest nail salon Ive ever been to. You walk in and its so clean and smells great. Everything is up to date and nothing thats falling apart. I had a full set put on and had to wait just a few minutes for one of the gentleman to be done with his previous client while waiting I was offered coffee or a soda which was a nice gesture Ive never been offered anything like that in a nail salon. When it was finally my turn I was not disappointed. The gentleman did such an amazing job and everyone there Was so nice. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Prices are great for the quality of work they do. Mia nail lounge knows what theyre doing and they do it amazingly.

Tommy and his staff always provide the best service. When I wanted a color change on the same day, Tommy and May made it happen. That was so nice and I really appreciated it. The salon is decorated very nice and its a calm environment. My husband and I have also gotten couples pedicures and they are so relaxing. Mia Lounge is the only salon I go to in Hartselle.

The best nail salon you will ever goto!!! The staff is limd and gentle and very helpful!! The nail salon itself is very clean!!!! At my last appointment I had a crazy nail idea and my tech sat down with me for 15 minutes just to make sure we had the right colors!!!

Absolute best place Ive found, I drive 30 minutes one way just to get my nails done here. Mia and Tommy do a great job. All the staff there is super friendly, and they have a huge selection of gel and dip powder which is hard to find around this area. Prices are comparable, but the atmosphere is far superior. Would definitely recommend.

I had a long wait for my appointment because of the after Christmas crowd. However, the staff acknowledged my long wait multiple times and apologized profusely. They even gave me two free treatments totally unprompted! My nails turned out wonderfully, and I will be back! This is a clean, professional nail lounge with a very talented staff.

Had a great experience here. Tommy did the S&S Powder nails for me and they turned out AMAZING. Great shape and not super thick or chunky like some places with less experience do. Had to make an appointment when I went, but this may have just been because it was only about a week and a half after it opened AND on a Friday. Will definitely be going back when these grow out and need to be redone. Paid $32, which is less than I have paid at other places and did include the cuticle care, shaping, and powder.UPDATE: A year later and I go to Mia every three weeks to get Tommy to do my powder nails again. I refuse to go anywhere else. Still the best manicure I have ever gotten.

Bought a gift certificate and it WAS NOT honored. I was not happy with this at all. The service area was not the cleanest and the pedi bowl was drain and fresh water added but not sterilized with the granules when I visited in Hartselle AL. Low score

Trust me ... best nail lounge in the area with over 200 colors to choose from. Finally a nail business that truly enjoys doing nails & pleasing customers. Tommy was the absolute best and the lounge looks amazing inside! I received the dip powder service and he reconstructed my nails to a true almond shape. I’m sold...new client!

Mia lounge is the place to go to get your nails done!! Everyone is super nice and they play a great selection of music.

Made appointment for three pedicures got us in and out in under an hour. Definitely going back the nail techs were very nice and the atmosphere was very soothing.
