Over the past few months the quality has went down. I am a cosmetologist and I notice they reused tools without sanitizing. Sometime the pedicure is rushed, depending on who does it. The last time I went, I paid cash and I put the $10 tip on my card, she gave herself a $15 tip instead. The man gave my $5, when I went back. If you use debit, better double check. I am going to look for a new nail salon.

Best pedicure Ive ever had! We did number 4 and it was amazing! Kim worked on me and she was lovely and did a great job!

My wife and I got pedicures here yesterday and while that experience was great her nails she got were already cracking and leaking all over the night we got home. She was also heavily coerced into the 50 dollar nail package. Ladies or gentlesirs,do not be pressured to buy anything while in a business,walk out and dont come back.

We I first walked in was the best part of the experience. The staff was friendly. However, not only after 10 hours my gel nails began to chip and i was more then an hour away. I called and explained to them that i had chipped nails and i was not close and i could send pictures of what they looked like and i would like compensation and he said all he could do was fix it if i came in. He did not offer and else just to bad, i guess i am just out$80 dollars for a peel and stick nail polish i could do better at home

Called ahead of time so that I did not have to wait too long. I was told to come in right away. When I get there there were several people waiting and I ended up waiting for about 30 minutes. Then, Emily did my nails in such a rush and they were not done correctly. Some nails are thicker than others and the ombré technique that she did was not done correctly. You can see the division between the white and pink and the purpose of the technique is that it fades without any dividing lines. This was a $45 fill and it was not a quality one.

Received a pedicure there, they do a good job! We were told to choose our chairs for pedicure upon entering we sat down and they were with us immediately and helped us choose which pedicure to get. The lavender pedicure was interesting but enjoyable and my pedicure looks great.

UPDATE!!! The polish on my toes chipped within two days! I had only worn open toed shoes and the polish still chipped. Waste of money!Bellagio used to be one of the nicer nail salons in Hartselle. Not any more. Yesterday, I left with nail polish on my toes and bumps and ridges on my nails with the dip powder. When I told the girl that I only wanted regular nail polish for my toes, she kept insisting I get gel polish- which is higher. And again when I told her which pedicure I wanted, she did the strong suggestive selling on the next higher package. They rush you through and the quality of the service is poor. The last time I went, the guy didnt even trim the cuticles on my toes. When I asked about it, he said that he did, although Im not certain he even understood what I was asking. Im not 100% certain the tools used for my pedicure was sanitized between uses. She moved down from the chair when she finished with the previous customer and then started my pedicure. She even used the drill on my toes to push the cuticles back instead of trimming them. I have never had anyone to use that on my toes. Rushed and sloppy service. Salon is not as clean as it used to be.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! My manicure and pedicure look absolutely terrible. I tried to reach out to the store and sent them pictures of my nails and toes the same day I went in (01/17/20). They read my messages and never responded. For $35 my manicure should NOT have bubbles throughout the acrylic. They also started to lift up off of my natural nail at the top by the next day (01/18/20). My pedicure was sloppy and there are some toes that dont even have nail polish on the whole toe nail. Im extremely dissatisfied. I will never be back and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Fewer nail techs actually only 2 people, so your dealing with a much longer wait for services. They do great pedicures!

Very rushed services. Performed gel nails without cuticle removal and without trimming nails. Very sloppy and uneven. Pedicure was very rushed and she used same scrub Brush and tools on multiple people for pedicures. Very unsanitary. Sloppy polish on skin around toes. I would find a place that has more knowledge of how to do a proper mani and pedi. This place only wants money and volume.

This was by far the worst pedicure ever. The lady did the worst job painting them I had ever seen. I can do a better job myself. There was little scrubbing done to my feet and then when rinsing the scrub off my legs she burnt me with the water, that she didnt bother to check the temperature of before she pointed it right at my leg. Then burnt again when she wrapped the extremely hot towel on my leg without airing it out. This was a total waste of 32 dollars!

I had an absolutely relaxing time. I had a full-set done by the talented technician. Highly recommend these two wonderful ladies. The salon has a very nice atmosphere. It gets pretty busy, so I recommend definitely get an appointment!!

This place is about quantity not quality. If you want to be rushed around and treated like cattle than this is your place. I walked in with a pedicure that looked better than I came out with. Never again! Go to Mia Nails in Hartselle they are clean and take the time to do it right.

A friend and I went in to get manicures and pedicures for some reason if you were not getting a full set they did your manicure while you where in the chair....while my nail tech was dipping my nails into the bowl of water she was rushing and knocked the bowl into my lap soaking my pants. She just threw a towel on me then tried cleaning up. As I’m sitting there freezing she said I’m sorry and I continued with its okay. When she was finished I got up with my pants still soaked and went to sit for my toes and nails to dry. Over to the side her and another employee was laughing historically!! I’m furious at this point because I didn’t think it was funny whatsoever!! I will not be going back to this business.....

I’ve gotten both pedis and manis here on different occasions and they are never professional. I called 30 mins ahead of time to see if it was too late to come in and get a mani the lady told me if it’s before 5 i could come in wait and she’ll take care of me no problem, i show up 20 mins before closing (i know it’s inconvenient but she could have told me no over the phone) after i show up they then tell me i can’t get my nails done and they aren’t taking anyone else, and i was literally the only one waiting. Prices insanely high anyways. $$ not worth the experience.

Terrible! Spent the entire time being rushed around... the most non relaxing manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had! Will not be back! If I could give zero star rating, I would!

My mom and I went to Bellagio for dip/SNS manicures. We were both seated immediately and love how our nails turned out! Only complaint is that my mom received a cut on her thumb cuticle. The nail technician was extremely apologetic.

I am 28 years old and have never gotten a pedicure and only 1 manicure in my lifetime. When a co-worker suggested we have a girls afternoon of pedicures and coffee, I decided to be brave and go for it. With that being said, I have absolutely nothing to compare this place to, I can only mention facts.- They have massage chairs! While my toes were being clipped and painted, I got to enjoy a massage.I enjoyed my first pedicure. I have a thing with feet and dont like people touching them, but the lady was patient with me and I ended up surviving. I would recommend going to Bellagio nails & spa . 💞

Wow ! Ill never go anywhere else again. Knowledgeable, friendly and CLEAN. They were having so much fun! I will definitely recommend and come back to this place.

The owner is great and so is her staff. She gives you a great experience and makes sure her staff does as well. Keeps up with her technicians and checks on all the clients even if shes not the one providing you with the service your there for.

First time going here since its close to my house, and Im glad i did!I got a gel full set and slayed them. I love the shape and theyre completely even, which Im picky about. I also got a basic pedicure and I also enjoyed that.They have many, many color choices for gel polish and the staff is very welcoming.Definitely a place to try!💞

I had ask for a pink an white ombré wit the white sparkle. And the guy from table 4 could not make it he keep telling me that it was clear not white wen I show him the picture. Then they switch me over table 3 to try to do my nail am the guy started to talk in a high frustrated tone an I’m sitting right their. At the end I came wit a unsatisfied customer service an the nail design I paid 50 for nothing not happy at all.

Went in for the first time Saturday. I got acrylic with gel color. Best nail salon I have ever been to. Very clean, professional and friendly. I took my 8 year old daughter as well; she wanted a mermaid design and they did so good. It looked just like the photo from Pinterest. He was also great at making her feel special. I got my eye brows done as well and I have never had my brows done so well. I have thin light colored eye brows and I have never had them done so well. Davis is who did mine and I highly recommended him!!! I made an appointment already to have them done again.

@@I havent been to this place in a long time, but I visited quite often in the past. Not throughout college, but all throughout high school. I recently relocated to the area and may rekindle our relationship (as long as I dont rekindle any others if ya know what I mean haha). Last I heard they have a lot of the same people and what I remember of the times Ive been, theyre awesome. Their team is great at what they do and it doesnt matter who you get which is a rarity in nail salons. Id make an appointment because they get sort of busy. They have an excellent memory which is also nice!##

Soothing atmosphere and very clean. Solid selection of polish colors. Everyone was polite. They did the mani-pedi at the same time which was incredibly relaxing. They werent super busy, so Im not sure it is always like that. It was my first time going and I would definitely return.

Stumbled upon this place while broken down in Hartselle on a road trip. Went in as a walk in with my mother and they greeted us immediately. Were seated within the minute with one person working on feet and the other on hands. It was wonderful! Very friendly staff, beautiful work and out the door within the hour! Would go again if ever back in town!

I came here for a fill and technician was able to fit me in on a busy Saturday. I had a horrible set from another salon and she not only thinned and reshaped them but left me with what felt like an entirely new set. Literally perfect nails.Most of the time salons feels rushed, but she took her time to get them right. Im always trying new places but now I have no reason to go anywhere else!

Got a acrylic overlay on my natural nails! I usually do acrylic full set but now that my nails are long I wanted to try the over lay. My nails are brittle so even the gel polish wouldnt make it strong. But anyways I got that done and I am in love with my nails! My tech took her time with everything from beg to end. It took her about an hour to get my nails done. She was really good with the high speed drill which usually freaks me out because I got cuts before and that hurts lol. But she was so gentle. After each coat of polish she cleaned my cuticles up to make sure non was on my skin. Ill def be going back to her to get my fill!

All the nail techs here are amazing! They are friendly and do a great job with nails. I have a bad habit of biting my nails low, she was so patient putting on acrylics and waiting the few times for my natural nails to grow out. Now they look beautiful! They always help me pick out a color that is season and looks good. Definitely my go to place for my manis and pedis!!***

When I walked in, everything was very nice, very clean, the employees were all very nice and they did an excellent job on my toes and fingernails. They looked beautiful. However, if I had to improve on anything it would most definitely be the wait time, It took a long time to get both my nails and toes done, like nearly three hours. Also my shoulder and back had been hurting and I was really looking forward to a good back massage with those massage chairs but it either was not working or they just did not bother to turn it on. Part of the reason I continue to get pedicures is also for the back massager. It really helps me a lot since I have arthritis. That was disappointing. The long wait time could prove to be inconvenient for some. Just noticed today that my toes are Not the same Color as my nails even after asking to use the same color!

I love this nail place its always busy but its worth the wait. Ive gotten both acrylic and gel and they were both quality work and the staff is really sweet.

Very impatient. Didn’t listen to what I was wanting, just kept firing questions at me so I couldn’t make it clear what I needed. Didn’t use the color I asked for and the quality of the work was awful. The only good thing they had going was the number of colors to choose from if they’d used the right color. I will not be going back.

Spent 3 hours here NYE, didnt get what I asked for at all. Plus dug into my big toe, cut two of my cuticles and I only asked for gold tipped nails(explained this like 3 different times)instead got full nail gold nails. Worst experience Ive had in a nail salon in a long time. Will not go back. Language barrier definitely an issue.

I got my nails done yesterday and two of them have already broken off. I came in and showed them a picture of what I wanted and it came out looking nothing like what i wanted. One of them are crooked and the other is filed too much where it looks like i broke a piece off. I would not recommend them

Not enough people working to cover the customers coming in. Spent $50 & left with 2 toes messed up. Was rushed from the chair to under the light so he could move on to the next customer. Wasnt asked if everything was ok or to my satisfaction, was just left sitting under the light. Waited for the man who did my toes to fix the ones that were messed up and he had already started on someone elses nails. Was rushed out so they could accommodate the customers coming in. Was a regular here...wont be going back.

Went a couple weeks ago and wasnt satisfied. I had nail clue caked up under may nails, they were uneven and the polish was put on badly.

Left several times with nails not completely dry had to go right back in and get fixed. Not best choice for getting nails done in hartselle
