Wow. The reviews ain’t lying… been here for over 6 hours and they haven’t even called me with a door… unless you’re in no rush and ready to do a 10 hr break, avoid this place.

Worst place to get loaded, it took 10 hours for them to load my driver.I would never recommend to book a load with CST Lines Inc (Chris), they will never pickup the phone after booking the load with you. Cancel it before sending your driver to pickup and find another load! This shipper have to learn how to load properly and being on time!

I checked in 14:16 and lady working there was nice talking, , the reason I’m writing this review is because of taking long time to get loaded just be prepared to wait long just some sleep, now it’s 20:30 and still waiting .

Appointment 930. Checked in 8 54 got to door at 905. Its now 11 35 still nothing and they are not my only stop 2 pm still waiting. Very slow and poor service. Avoid this place

Two stars for parking, slow unloading, makes me thing i have 4 trailers back there 4 hours going and out of the trailer and still not empty

We checked in at 10pm and checked out at 12pm next day. It took 14 hours to get 11 pellets unloaded. There is no restroom. Front desk employee are very rude. Never coming back again. They dont care about drivers. This company is ridiculous to work with.

Unfortunately its a holiday weekend. When I checked in @2:00pm, long weekend brains had engaged. Check-in was a fail. Second shift was better. Got me & my equipment signed in correctly. Loading finally after 5 hours in yard waiting. Can finish your 10 here. Oh, and you need your cdl, load number, & truck registration to check in with.

Checked in about 6:20pm. Got a door at 3:20am. This facility is very slow. Too much freight volume & not enough warehouse & employees to handle it efficiently. Therefore, they take care of their own trucks first & outside carriers get wiggled in afterwards.. generally. Headquarters needs to take action to make major changes [get a larger warehouse... & with more docks...& a few more EXPERIENCED loaders]. This parking lot is also plagued with craters everywhere...my truck & floorboard always get filthy. GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR 10 HOUR BREAK IN!! 😥😆 Not allowed to use their bathroom inside here. Bring food & beverage! Youll get hungry & thirsty for sure!

If you’ an owner operator stay away from roadtex. . .is not worth it. . .specially if your broker gives you hard times when it comes to detention. I picked up at the one in Greenfield IN, spend 6hrs to get loaded and there was no restroom. Delivered at the one in Harrisburg PA and 4hrs passed before called to a door. Plain simple roadtex SUCKS!

This places sucs. check in at 11:30am for pickup at 6pm no door yet. I leave the place. and I dont think I will came back here 1 day of work lost.

FCFS. Trailer was laded around between 1 to 2 hours. A lot of space for parking and to get docks. Good personal.

From 4 pm to 1.30 am , only one dock worker , Broker CST (Chris) denied detention after delivery other broker pay

They used be the best warehouse for delivery or pick up recently they have been doing everything wrong. I mean 8 hours for unloading for my last couple of trips and the day staff is rude.

One star is tooooooo many been here since 10:45 in door since 12 they have not even started loading me and its 2:30 now bad attitudes dont make it any better then they want to make a copy of your registration and drivers license these loads are to cheap for all the hassle then the government wants to control you with elog but wont say anything to these places that hold you up not worth coming here

Worst place, nothing changes. Dust, dirt, no toilet, the stopover took 7 hours !!!! They do not know anything about the logbook (drivers working time).

The baddest Roadtex terminal in the whole country, they should change all the staff none works
