That baboon at the walnut street branch is really stupid.

Ive never had any issues with this establishment until today. I walked in , package in hand ... right after a young lady at 11:02 approximately. before standing in line ... He informs me that they close at 11:00am. In disbelief and in shock.... I leave... didnt want to say anything because Im upset .Here I am .. down town Harrisburg, carrying a package going into work. Totally unexceptable. On Google it says absolutely nothing about closing early. smh who can I speak to about this matter??

Recommend going to another location if time is a factor. Convenient location if you are downtown and not in a rush.

I frequently go to this post office. I am never disappointed in the service I receive. I pickup many packages. Never hear a complaint always helpful. I buy stamps and buy money orders. Its my full service post office and I love it.

Went in this morning to get money orders which I’ve never done before. I met Marc at the window who explained the process to me and was extremely personable. We had a nice conversation. He should be recognized within the company, he was really great!

Called and called.... impossible to speak to a human. Automated system is absolutely terrible... postal service is a disgrace

DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE!!!!!!Older man who works at the front is a tyrant. He had declined my packages saying they weren’t right.....clearly he had no idea what was going on. I will gladly drive over the bridge to the camp hill post office where I have been going for 15 years with no issues.

Gave a lot of helpful information, the woman there at the time was just very abrasive in doing so. Maybe be kinder to people, you never know if it is their first time mailing a package.

We had 3 appointments scheduled for passports on February 2nd at 2:15, 2:30 and 2:45. There was only one person at the counter and the other person Gloria would not come out to assist us but instead continued to take her lunch. Again, we had scheduled appointments and we were not taken care of until 2:58. I would like someone to respond to this review. It is not right or acceptable for this kind of service when we had scheduled appointments.

Their carriers will damage your packages if they’re having a bad day...?I have cameras at my house and have seen it. Good luck contacting anyone here! Phone line doesn’t even work.

The post office is absolutely horrible. If I ever need a box mailed out a rather send it UPS and spend the extra money at least I know the package will get there. Half the time when I get packages mailed to me from the post office they’re either damaged or they get mailed to the wrong address.

There’s never anybody in there don’t waste your time

I cant believe I live three block from this post office and still they cant find my address !So they they have a GPS system in there vechicles? Come on now u can do better !

Had very bad luck with customer service there. It seems that Gloria only waits on people when she wants to, and that lunch is more important than customers.

Seriously a line of 10 people. One clerk doing passports and everything elae. I hate this post office. Unbelievably understaffed. Wasted my lunch waiting to get one book of stamps.

I have never received worse customer service in my life. The man had no idea how to help me with my lost package.

I went in a little after noon. I was helped rather quickly by friendly staff.

Phone line doesnt even work. Ive tried calling for days, now, but the memory is full. I was sent a direct number by USPS, and they still duddid answer.

I had to click one star or it wouldnt let me post but, I would give this place a negative 2 rating. There were a couple people in line, 3:00 in the afternoon...crickets. Maybe there was a medical emergency...no service.

Postal clerks get to know the customers and go above and beyond to help them.

Normal post office, most state workers use it on breaks. Staff is friendly.
