Terrible to deal with, do not show up when they tell you they are. Do not call to communicate updates or tell you that they totally changed your delivery date and wont be showing up. also use other 3rd party people to deliver & pick up returns who arent provided any information. Terrible!!

Called several times to see/ sched a delivery. After all the hassle got a time and date. Waited. Nothing. Called and asked. Reported driver left at garage. They did. At wrong house. Luckily had a dolly or would have totally sucked getting it across the street. Glad it here. Hope they get their stuff together next year!

This shipping company outright lies. And they continue to change shipping delivery dates which is unacceptable. We pay good $ for their shippIng services and they don’t deliver on time. We called corporate on the Harrisburg office and corporate even admits they lying to us.Horrible company. Better be seeing a refund.

This company is a joke. We were supposed to receive a delivery August 25, 2018 between 3 and 7 pm. Nobody showed up, nobody called us, nobody emailed, nobody texted us. We DID NOT get our delivery. When I called the company, the answering service answered and forwarded my information to a person on call. This person could not help me because AIT contracts with someone else. To summarize, it is Sunday, August 26, 2018 and we do not have our furniture nor do we know where it is. If you ever purchase through a company that uses AIT run the opposite direction. Funny thing is though we PAID for this furniture, but there is not ONE person from this joke of a company who can answer my questions: why didnt our furniture get delivered, where is it, and when will it be delivered!!!! One star is too many for this company, but I had to click on something. Absolute awful awful awful experience.

Unfortunately I end up with this company doing deliveries for us but their scheduling abilities lack at best. They will have a product for a week before you ever get it and schedule an appointment without confirmation.

Worst company ever. Lost an expensive bed of mine. Everyone I called never followed up its been over a month. Oh and if you like speaking to people who cant speak english this is the company for you!
