Had an appt scheduled through fieldprint for fingerprinting. Person responsible called off. Apparently fieldprint was supposed to be notified when that happens so they can contact people and reschedule. According to the fieldprint agent this wasn’t done. So I wasted my time driving out there. I understand call offs. Stuff happens. What I don’t excuse is not following a procedure put in place to reduce the inconvenience to people. Looking at the other reviews here I would have picked another location since it looks like you can’t count on the staff here.

Very bad service. I had an appointment for notary service and I reached UPS on time but the notary official saw me coming and went back inside, then a receptionist asked me to come back tomorrow for no reason. Such a waste of my time. Its better to go somewhere else.

I go in their no help at all I know more than that and then they urge with me over a label they call a manger it was lady no help they need some tranning and the field like I been there for 30 min for a lane that we can ship and they was going to charge me a paper that 1 page like that’s no lane I know u guys policy and u guys make me sick hope u guys get fire like real talk if I see u guys again I never step foot in that store tell your manger next time she leaves u guys in charge their no way that u guys will handle the store point blank!

The definition of laziness and/or incompetence. I showed up there around 6pm yesterday, intending to drop off a package. I can visibly see two workers in there at the main desk. I try the door, locked. (Open until 6:30, right?) Im able to get the attention of one of the workers, she comes to the front to tell us were closed.Okay, fine. I dont like you guys closing early when everything says youre open until 6:30, but fine.I went over to Jimmy Johns to get a sub and I see her in the door again doing a dance like Im so glad I told that guy to GTFO. This store is a nightmare and rip off; do yourself a favor and just go direct to the UPS Customer Store on Derry Street. Youll pay half the cost and get way better customer service. The employees at this store had no idea what they were talking about, had severe attitudes, and severely poor customer service. But hey, if you want to go somewhere and treated like your wrong and dont know what youre talking about, this is your place! I got chased out of the store while being yelled and sworn at; great customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Went online and make an appointment for this particular store to get documents notarized. Went in with my confirmation information in hand to be told they dont have notary services at the store. This is the 2nd time for us that the website says they provide a service and we got to the store to be told no.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve had in some time. Number one, if you don’t know something that a customer is in need of help with you should probably go ask another employee for the answer instead of leaving your customer there to figure it out on their own.. Two, how do you greet white customers with a smile and good attitude but when I (a woman of color) enter your establishment you remain back behind the counter out of sight. No “hello”, no “do you need help”.. nothing! Sad

Its not ups the company. The store by my house is like family. Its not even the women who work at this location. Its this old dude who works there makes my whole ups experience go bad. I just hate dealing with him. Today he interrupts my transaction with the lady i was dealing with then snatches my item out my hands. I dont like loud and aggressive men acting like they got a problem with me. He reminds of somebody who beats they kids.

Super- inconvenient!! Closes earlier than store hours posted due to covid. How can closing 1 hour earlier protect the public better? Its an excuse used to provide poorer service than your customers deserve.

I have purchased AirPods that should had been delivered today but due to ups poor delivery service i was not able to receive them when I should had. The app I ordered the AirPods said to me that the AirPods has been given to UPS but now it is 9:19 and it is the day I was supposed to get my package and now my package location is unknown.

This store has been without a doubt the absolute worst experience I have had in regards to delivering a package. For your own sanity please avoid at all costs. To start, I was having a package sent out overnight to this store to be held and picked up out in Harrisburg. When the recipient of the package got there, she were told the package was sent back four minutes prior to her arrival at the store, to the original shipping destination. She was told this was because she didn’t call ahead to let them know she was coming to pick up the package. She did call ahead, four times in fact. Nobody at this store location seems to know how to operate a phone, because each time she called it went to voicemail. I proceeded to call the store to try to figure out what happened. I called 12 times in two hours, each time going to voicemail. The past few days I have called to speak to a manager about the issue at hand, and whenever I am lucky enough for the phone to actually be answered, there is never a manager working. I guess a ghost runs the store, although if that were the case it would probably operate better than it currently does.

This is location is super helpful. Came in to do some prints around 1230pm and the gentleman was very attentive and the other 2 workers were very friendly! I even lost my receipt that I had to keep for work and they were able to email me a new one! Super kind. Thank you to the staff!

Best Customer Service. The Staff is very courteous and always very welcoming. If you are new to something, They explain and ensure how the process works and how much is it going to cost before they charge you. I would especially mention Parry and the other female employee who seems new but I didnt get her name. They are always very professional and go that extra mile to help out customers.I don;t understand why people would give a one star rating, I have been going there for a year now and they have been wonderful every time..

I had very poor service at this store. I received an email from UPS saying that my item was at the store (including the guys name at the store who signed for it.) When I went to the store, they said that they didnt have it and that UPS corporate does this all the time. When I asked where my package was , they told me to go home and call UPS. Customer service was non-existent, and I felt that the employee was rude.

The new employees are not friendly and professional, and the owner was rude to me on the phone too. Last time, I didnt realize that my return didnt have a barcode and I needed to print the shipping label. I asked her if I can print there & she said yes. After all the printing and affixing the labels, she said your total is $3.71. I said you didnt tell me about the fee. Without saying sorry, she showed me an attitude and said that you just used our service. I said I will pay. I paid and left but didnt like the whole experience, so called and asked for the manager. He said he heard us from the back and shes right, I used their service. He said I can print the labels and bring back to get a refund. There was a storm outside. I requested him to told my packages. He refused to give me his name and store information over the phone and gave me a phone number where I cannot actually submit a complaint! He told me to call that number to complain and tell them I wanted something for free! I went back the following day and no one approached to help me because she was on her phone. She grabbed the packages as she was approaching me, and I could see the labels were gone! There was a storm that day too, so what would they do to my packages if I didnt go back?

The creepy and rude manager REFUSED to take my PREGNANT wifes fingerprints for her new job. ONE of her fingers didnt work after a couple attempts, and he rudely told her that her hand was too difficult and asked her to leave. I have gotten prints done MANY times before, and everybody knows that sometimes it takes a few attempts. But this man was so desperate to not have to work that he rudely told my wife to leave, which has had a very negative impact now on her ability to start her new job - all because he didnt want to do his job.I called and left my information with one of the employees, and guess what? The manager never called me back. From what Ive heard talking to others, this sort of despicable behavior is not out of the norm for him. Go elsewhere, where people actually do the job they are paid to do.EDIT: Thanks for the response, Bud. You must have an amazing memory if you can specifically remember who I am referring to an entire 30+ days after her visit. I know for a fact that you did not spend over 20 minutes helping her, because she messaged me before and after the ordeal, and 20 minutes had not transpired. But nice try. Its also a curious thing that you claim her prints were nonexistent, seeing as she had no issue whatsoever getting them taken elsewhere. She also said that you were incredibly cranky and made her feel uncomfortable. She is one of the kindest people in the world, so it takes a very special kind of rude to not get along with her.Heres a free business tip: Do your job, and dont be rude to people - especially pregnant women - simply because youre irritated that they are making you work. Were not the only people who have had negative experiences with you. Youre the problem, be an adult and own up to it.

Read this if you want to laugh!!Terrible & weird customer experience! I showed up at $7:59 and the doors were already locked theyre suppose to close at 8.. The lady behind the counter wouldnt open the door & on top of that had an additude & pointed at her wrist.. I did loose my cool & tell her shes a miserable b*itch who obviously hates her life... I was wrong for that, but hey were all human, right? The next time I went into the store. I was told I couldnt come back because. She told the manager I told her Im going to end your life 😂 Cant make this stupid stuff up.. I mean seriously 😂... just weird all around.. Like Im going to take the time to end your life instead of just going to Fed ex.. because that would be a better use of time.. We had multiple items to ship back to our house after cleaning out a family storage unit. Michelle was amazingly helpful and was very patient in explaining how the process worked. I had to go to this store to have a document notarized. The clerk was very friendly and attentive. But I do have one great concern, WHY dont your notaries keep a journal of their transactions? All notaries are required to keep a journal of all their notary acts. Thats pretty scary to me.

Not too happy I ordered something that was coming through UPS come to find out that the driver didn’t even have my flipping package on the trusk when it said on the app that it was loaded onto the truck. We asked the truck driver if he had it and he claimed that he didn’t. The truck drivers are lazy.

Do not go here. Very rude customer service. Folks there is something called customer service. You need to learn on how to welcome your customers and not just be there with no expression on the face. They also have USPS here. I tried to mail regular mail and they said it will only go through media mail and will cost me $4 and some change. The postman was right there and I asked him and he said only two stamps would do it. I bought the stamps and gave it to him.

This place lost my package. I repeat LOST MY PACKAGE. I had a very important package delivered to this ups store - the delivery was CONFIRMED with tracking - when I showed up to get my package - no one there could locate my package. They had confirmation it was received by them - but not a single person there was able to locate it.. THANKS UPS.

I usually dont post about my experiences but felt compelled to do so this time. I went to the store to ship a tv and a box full of random items for my move to NYC. The employee weighed all my items and added a bunch of fees, and before I knew it, I was paying $360! I left the store and checked my itemized receipt and there were $100 of charges just for boxes. The employee did not let me know which boxes he would be using. Otherwise, I would have altered my shipment...or packed my stuff in my own boxes! Within 5 minutes, I returned to the store but the employee said it was too late. Huh??? I will never return to this place, nor would I recommend it if you need to make a large shipment.

Sent a $450 phone to the insurance by way of UPS on Union Deposit Rd. They sent the phone the wrong address, had me calling everyone but them, cell phone provider, insurance, Apple Support, UPS Customer Care. Never in my life have I been run around like this when the service was in the wrong. Their associate mispunched the Apple repair number in and since it went the wrong address anyway its as good as a paperweight. Mind you I have every piece of Tracking info and prrof that it was delivered to the wrong address, yet UPS is stating that its not their fault the computer is automatically set up in the system with their partners. To add insult to injury, when I asked them how they were going to fix this (as they were the ONLY party to physically handle the package and sent it to the wrong address) I was told by the store manager Youre not our customer, your Apples customer, youll have to take it up with them. You are ABSOLUTELY right, I am not your customer nor will I EVER be your customer again. Horrific service, just as a side note I sent the phone back 12/27/18 it has now been a month with zero resolution and even less help or support from this store. Went to this store on November 5th 2018 around 5pm to drop off direct tv equipment get a call November 30th from direct tv never received equipment unfortunately I don’t have the receipt now but I know when and time I was there just called ups store union deposit road at 5:50 pm explained what happened the girl on the phone says if you don’t have your receipt I don’t know what to tell you so I explain the day and time I was there still can’t help you she says so I ask for a district manager number she says we don’t have one just an owner and I’m not giving you his buy so I say fine let me speak to a manager once again told no that they are all managers so I said someone has to be above you nope we are all managers and hangs up on me I will be contacting the better business bureau very unprofessional sorry I ever went to this store girl who answered the phone definitely needs training in people skills.

Do not book a FieldPrint appointment at this location--the rude staffer ignored me, walked away from me to wait on other customers (even though I was in the process of being fingerprinted by HIM) and became easily frustrated that fingerprints would not take easily (which has happened to me using other fingerprint software). After 10 minutes the employee just gave up and told me Id have to figure something else out, even though I had already paid for the appointment, and even though there was only one other customer in the building.

My daughter had an order there so she tries to pick it up with her package slip Friday evening around 6pm and the personnel clerk refused to give it to her because she didnt have an ID with the address on it. She then told her that if she doesnt pick it up by tomorrow (Saturday) shes going to throw it away. I decided to drive there myself and it was approximately 6:34 pm and she refused to allow me to pick my daughters package up. I am very disappointed and I think it was very disrespectful of her!

Be aware WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and on top of that if their employees make a mistake you as a customer HAVE TO PAY the won’t be responsible for anything and their favorite word is “there’s nothing that we can do” and then you will get an answer saying call Bud but he wont do anything for you so is pointless.
