My van needed the compressor to the AC. They were outstanding and the owner didnt have to accept the way my repair insurance handled it, but they did. They probably lost about $500 on having to accept that the insurance send them the compressor. Insurance really sucked. It took longer than expected but not because of Panchos. Yet my van sat taking the much needed space at the shop waiting for the insurance morons to do their job. It only took a days work to get my van back. My family and I are very grateful and will recommend their shop to everyone. 👍👍👍

I just bought my 2005 Lexus SC430 but didnt want to pay dealership maintenance prices, they were quoting me $1800 - $3700 at the Toyota and Lexus dealerships here in the Valley. I Knew it was a big job but also knew the dealerships where Screwing me over. I took it to two other mechanic shops in the valley who both denied to work on my Lexus due alone to its age. Finally after reading the reviews on here I decided to go with Panchos. I DO NOT regret it one bit, they gave me an instant quote for all the work I needed done, they allowed me to buy my own parts from rock auto and bring them to get installed there. In total I spent $850 for labor and parts on my timing belt job. I was happy with the pricing so I also had them do my transmission, brake and power steering fluids all at the same time of my timing belt job. It only took them 3 days to get the job done, after driving my car around for the same day though the check engine light had come on and I thought wow, was it too good to be true? Took it back the next day and the problem was completely unrelated, my o2 sensor had just gone out, Frank was able to get the part and get it done the next day . Overall Im extremely impressed on the mechanics knowledge and pricing of the jobs. Do not hesistate to try this shop out if you have an Audi, Corvette, Lexus or even a BMW. If they saved me $1,000, Im sure they can save you money too.

Took them an unusual challenge with my minibus AC electrical. They made good timely repairs and communicated well. Not cheap but Will use them again.

Towed my car to have them rebuild the alternator, it worked for 7 days then the alternator goes out again, I asked them about it and what they would charge me and he said he had to look at it. I just checked all the belts and they seem fine. The alternator is out again

I took my restomod 1955 Ford F-100 to Panchos for a custom job that included installing a push start button to replace the key ignition. The only instructions I gave them was to make it look good and clean. They did a good job and the button works perfectly. I highly recommend this shop to anybody. The service they provide is good, so is the price. Unfortunately the customer service at the reception is not, this has been an issue every time we have been there. I know the lady is an important part of the business, but it will help alot to hire a nice person to welcome the customers. As for the service they provide no complaint at all.

Had my alternator rebuilt today brought it home put it on along with new battery. Then took it down to have system checked out to find out alternator is still bad. So now i have to take it back off and figure something else out. So car got impounded and now cant afford to get it out of impound. It was a waist of $65.00 to have it rebuilt

Did repair the problem, but there was no real attention to detail.. usually expect that when being charged for a job that the end result will be like it was before it was broken.. this is not the case here.. overcharge you for a shoddy repair job. When confronted about it, was told it works doesnt it? No real desire to make it right.. If service is an important thing to you, might want to avoid Panchos...

You take your car in and ask for one thing and then starts doing additional stuff to your car then calls you up saying he already did it without your consent, running up the bill.Better off somewhere else.

Alternator in our 2002 Foretravel with Cummins 400ISL failed on the highway, Removed the failed alternator and took it into Panchos around noon and they had it rebuilt before 5:30pm that same day, and at a good price.Thanks Panchos!

Took my vechicle in for one thing .. So called burnt starter. They rebuilt it and charged almost 300$ for a 60$ part and left me with major issues .. They ran my vechicle until it had no more gas . i droped my vechicle off with more then half gas .. Got it back on e and ontop of a burnt out motor ..Beware may seem friendly but will charge you an arm and a leg for a part that cpst no more then 70$

I took a starter to get repaired They put parts that were 24 votes not for 12 .Cant go back-to get it fixed because they are on vacation had to take it to maggies electric they did an awesome job there .And they show me that what they had did wrong waiting for them to come-back from vacation so I can show Em what they did wrong Maggies electric gave me a list what they did .
