Terrible. Have had nothing but bad experiences at this place. Had a starter replaced several years ago with a lifetime warranty and he gave me such a hard time about exchanging it. I told him just to look it up on his computer. He doesnt have this information on a computer cuz hes too cheap to pay someone to log this information into a computer or too lazy himself. He goes and lies to a friend whom I sent to pick it up and says hes been calling me and leaving me voice mails. I would not recommend this place to no one everyone I know who has been there has had problems with his work or him.

Called letting him know my OBD port connection is broken. Guy said I need to bring it by so he can connect his computer to my OBD port and then said he can’t repair it

I take our cars here whenever I need a repair and have never been disappointed. Friendly, reasonably priced-- so totally unlike Tipton Ford in Brownsville.

Fixed only what he saw as the problem, a leaking hose. This lead to another leaking hose, and another, which wasnt discovered until AFTER I had driven my truck home. With more effort, he could have diagnosed this without my having to come back. But, I just took it to Dominguez, who fixed the other two hoses in a matter of hours. Joe does not only NOT communicate with you, he mumbles and speaks real fast in Spanish. He always seems to be out of the shop when I went there. He doesnt call you when the work is finished. His mechanic was never working, just on his phone and wont acknowledge you when you walk in. There is too much of a grouchy, serious, macho ethos in this shop. Sort of a cultural mindset, not good for business. These guys are just phoning it in and dont seem engaged in interacting with the customer. I strongly advise you go somewhere else to get service.

Took my car to cut the rotors, they did a good job and they were fast and affordable.

If I could give a negative review I would. This guy here supposedly fixed my suv and my husband work truck, we ended up paying $300 for mine and $500+ parts for my husbands. The vehicles after 2-3 weeks or less started messing up again. My husband called and the guys told him it was something new, that he would have to pay another $500 or more. Dont go to this guy. Find someone else.

It took them 4 days to replace 2 cylinders and fix our window. The car still runs badly

Got me back on the road, but failed to diagnose a leaking water pump. Be careful around this bunch, wanted to sell me a new Throttle Body when the one on the truck only had just a little outside corrosion, mechanic called it rust.
