I just purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo On 08/16/21, and everything went smoothly that day with the purchase; and I will give probs to Salesman Hector Martinez kept In touch With me Even after making the sale.I had a bad experience with the finance department. As I reviewed my contract the next day, I noticed my trade was not listed on any of the pages signed, which I thought was wrong. I tried to Contact Adam Garza person I sing the contract with, on 08/16/21, and I never heard from him or upper management until I threatened to report my truck was stolen. I was filing some complaints With the Attorney General and county. After doing that, the salesman calls me and promised that a manager name J.R would contact me on 08/18/21 and fish everything up for me. On 08/18/21, the manager calls me and said that everything was correct. The reason is not listed on my contract since I was not the truck owner since it was leased , but he will provide me with documentation either way on 08/19/21. I waited all day long on 08/19/21, and he did not reach me at all, so I text him for an update.The update I had to go back to the dealership to sign more papers as they were not adequately trained on how to handle lease trades.Everything got sort out on 08/20/21, and very happy with my purchase except for how his finance person never contacts me or anything. I will be giving them a 3-star review. I also contacted the general manager and he agreed that some documentation had to be given as the other bank still doesnt know about our deal and accepts it was wrong on their side.I would lower my review to 2 starts now as they made me go and sign one more paper and this is the third time.I live about 60 miles away so is not great and I still need to go again for my plates

It is a shame so many nice things stated about this place. They sold me a Jeep Rubicon Price tag $56,000, straight out of the dealer no DEF fluid was added by them broke my sensor, then my auto/start does not work because it literally states start/stop not ready they stated the battery was draining due to a burnt fuse so they swapped them, and now They are stating it has to do with cabin pressure and keeping My a/c at 65 degrees will make it work. It’s a diesel vehicle. so they stated it’s working properly, when indeed does not work. Pic below, I’ll post daily picture until it decides to be ready. ..........UPDATE......................The response from the service manager, sales manager, and communication manager have not been pleasant, in fact there were no responses at all, so let’s not pretend you all have been great to us. Please. you all were giving us the run around and would not answer our calls, I had to pretend I was buying a car just to get a manager on the line and when I did, still no results, after moving heaven and earth, keep in mind the Jeep was 60,000, We were able to sit down with the general manager who had no idea of what was going on because when I would ask for him they pretended he did not exist. Be Aware where you buy your car.

The finance team really didnt want to budge when it came to the price I was trading in for the same year truck with far less miles and at one point I was going to walk out on the negotiations. If it wasnt for Daniel who was very honest and personable I would not have gotten a new truck. I recommend asking for him when you get there he is new to the team but has stayed in touch with me constantly since to follow up with the care of my truck. In years to come this is the salesperson I will bring my business too.

I came to this location for 2 things: 1 to replace the fuel filters on our 2500, and 2 to view a Durango we were interested in purchasing. I was met with 2 employees for my appointment, a male and a lady named Cristy. Right off the bat, they both did not seem interested in helping— absolutely no customer service. I exit my truck to get my INFANT off the vehicle from her car seat when this male decides to spray what felt an entire can of Lysol in my truck without warning— while my INFANT was still in the truck. I express that I wish they would have told me they were going to do that, and Cristy proceeds to state it’s mandatory. I explain my infant is still in the truck, and she sarcastically states, “well, you know.. covid”. I understand that each place of business has different policies in place, but what I don’t understand is how you can be so incredibly disrespectful. A simple, “I’m sorry ma’am” would have sufficed, but she made it a point to NOT apologize. I am seriously at a loss of words.

I had a wonderful time when purchasing the Jeep Cherokee. Hector was a delight. Very professional, competent, and friendly. I did not feel pressured to buy. I was amazed by how it all went well. Part department is the biggest joke and has the worst customer service ever!! the parts department rep has got to be the rudest most belligerent person that I have ever spoken with on the phone. he not only has no concept of someone elses time other than his own, but expects you to drop what you are doing just to go leave a deposit on a part that he knows you need but doesnt have. I am sorry but I have had the worst service at this place. Mr. Dayton is a very nice manager, he tries to help as much as he can but he does not have good staff to help get that service area into shape. One staff member is very rude and the other was just lost, she didnt know what was going on in service. I was treated like what I was saying was not true. They waned to look for the problem at my cost, my 2014 Jeep has issues when filled with gas. The service advisor admitted that there were many concerns with other people with the same problem on the data board or something like that but there has been no recall or nothing to let them know how they can fix the problem, my Jeep sputters and turns off when I fill it with gas. Since the engine light does not always turn on they cant look for the problem. When the engine light does turn on they fix other things but not the main problem. Thr one person I thought I could turn to was Mr. Lipsey the general manager but this last time he accused me of wanting to cut in line when I was just asking for a status on my Jeep that they had in their shop for 5 days, no one ever called to let me know they have not gotten to it, all I asked was for a status and he said that he could not move my Jeep to the front of the line that I had to wait my turn and apologized for being understaffed. I just wanted the status because calling and trying to get someone on the line was very difficult. He made me feel so little and unimportant. I will not bother him again. Mr. Dayton thanks for always answering my questions. I will just not be able to fill my tank until it clicks when I put gas, I have learned how much to put before it fills to the top. Hopefully soon someone will find what is causing this problem

We just purchased at jeep on 9/4/21 and the lights in the online ad were taken off. They windshield is cracked and they said they would fix it last week and haven’t done so. Buyer Beware!When I first made my purchased I thought I had received a great vehicle. Well, I was wrong. I am pretty sure that the salesman & dealership sold me a Jeep Grand Cherokee that had pre-existing problems. I have tried to reach out to the dealership, but surprise, surprise, they are unavailable to assist me. I did finally manage to get ahold of the service dept. who then said that they would need to keep my vehicle for at least a week! I am so disappointed in this dealership 😔

They will lose business due to lack of people skills in service department. You are treated great before purchase then you deal with service. the other service guy that left should go back and give a class on people skills. You would go in for one thing and it wasn’t covered by the warranty you bought there he would advise you before you had a diagnostic now they charge you then they tell you it’s no covered. Funny service department didn’t know if it’s covered if that’s their job to know what their warranty covers.

This is specifically for the service side. I hate to put a terrible review when it won’t let me narrow it down to the service side. Looks like everyone writes great reviews for the sales department. Again apologies this reflects against this place as a whole.I really hope the service managers get it together. I hope someone reads this and trains them on the importance of costumer service. My experience wasn’t good at all. I was even laughed at before I walked out of the building.My wife brought in our car to be worked on. the blower motor module was out (I think) and she took it in on a Tuesday at 0730. They told her they will need to wait until the part arrives and gave us a date the part would arrive the next week on Wednesday. They also told her we will not receive a loner vehicle and there’s nothing they can do. This was concerning, why do I pay for this service if it cannot be offered? My wife called back multiple times about the loner vehicle becuase the lady “helping” us stated “we should have one available soon”. This never happened. We were without transportation.They never called us to give any updates. They texted my wife stating something about the part arriving Wednesday. This is were I called to speak with our service manager handling our case. I asked what she can do to make this right. She said unfortunately nothing. I asked ok can you please make sure they check the radio, I think something is wrong with the antenna and please also check if it needs serviced (oil change, tires etc). She stated she would put it in the notes and it wouldn’t be a problem to check. She stated the car would be ready on Wednesday.I called multiple times on Thursday as I hadn’t received anything nor my wife on the car. I got ahold of our service manager again and she stated the part arrived today and she would call me back to let us know when it was done. She said she would squeeze us in? Never received a call back... I call again on Friday and it took quite a bit of time to get someone from service on the line. This person explained to me that my service manager is the only one who can handle my case and she will call back by 130. She calls me at 535 that night 30 min before they close and say the car is ready. At this point I’m just done with the whole situation so I don’t say anything about the issues I have had thus far.The next day Saturday I pick up the car. I ask the lady at the desk if they checked/serviced the vehicle? Also did they check the antenna/radio? She walk over to our service manager and asks her. Our service manager replies stating she has no recollection of any of these requests. That’s were I chime in: I say yes I have spoke with you multiple times and requested this get completed, you stated it would get done. She continues to say she never spoke with me about this. Nothing in her notes..... I asked what she could do to remedy this situation? She said I’ll bring it in for service now. I said will it be free? Another service manager behind her laughs. She says no. I said ok well I’d rather not wait any longer.Before I walked out of the building I let her know that I was unhappy with the entire process. That the costumer service was very poor and we didn’t get any help from any direction. That I will be reporting this. I did say thank you for at least fixing the original issue. To her reply she said “go ahead and report it” “have a wonderful day”.I could not believe someone could be so rude and unhelpful. That title comes with a whole lot of costumer service. I have never delt with someone like this before. Someone who is supposed to help me. I will not be coming back to this place ever again. I’d much rather drive another 30 min to McAllen for better costumer service.Crazy thing is my wife ran into someone else who just had their vehicle serviced at this same location recently and they said it was “the worst experience” they have ever had.Do yourself a favor and drive further. You will get much better results and save yourself a huge hassle. 0 stars...

I wouldnt take a car here to get fixed. I had a abs sensor that wasnt working, assured that my Jeep would work after it got replace for 300 plus dollars. The part only cost 54 so that rest was labor cost. Went to go pick up to find out the problem was still present after driving it around the parking lot. Left it another day and was told it was another sensor that would cost 69, the exact same sensor in a different tire. Only when I pointed out the sensor cost 54 dollars yesterday did they change the price. Be on your toes if you decide to take your car here.
