We use them to provide propane for our pool heater. Signing up for their services was very easy and they were very friendly and accommodating. They delivered and setup a propane tank in a timely fshion. They always deliver propane quickly when we call for a refill. A good company.

Unbeleivably rude customer service.

I called to set up an appt to have them come out and give us a quote to install propane tanks. Nobody called and someone just showed up one day without prior notice. My wife was home at the time and not aware of what needed to be done. The tech that was there told her where everything would go without consulting/asking what we had planned. When I called the office to find out why someone would just show up without making an appt, I was told thats just the way it works. I gave them a chance to call me back and set up an appt so I could be there to go over everything and I never heard back. I have since been in contact with two other propane companies and they both said that Blackwell is a good source of business for them due to their poor customer service.
