I couldnt be happier. I have white berber carpet and have had them cleaned by other companies that were just ok. These guys from Chem-Dry were outstanding. They got out all the stains that I cleaned myself with a pet rug doctor that had resurfaced. I am astonished as to how bright and clean my carpeting looks. They use all green products which is a plus! It smells so good too. Its hard to believe this carpeting is 23 years old! It has never looked better. I wish I took before pictures. I had an old area rug (8x10) that was completely stained with old red wine stains. I honestly didn’t think that they could get the rug clean until I saw the stains disappear with my own eyes! Dave arrived a little ahead of schedule, explained what he was going to do and went right to work. These were older, good quality w2w carpets which have been cleaned 6 or 7 times but intermittently lately and have seen a lot of use and pets. I had considered replacing them.This was a new process for us and I would say it came out quite well. It was a very humid period but the carpets were able to be walked on late in the day. The pet stains were pretty well removed in the area I figured was hopeless. We also did a large oriental area rug which had been cleaned a year prior by removal and it came out really nice. Very professional. Reasonable price, Good results. What else is there to say?

Showed up on time, introduced himself before entering my house and explained exactly what equipment hed be using and how long it would take...very professional and neat.End result was a very reasonable fee for very clean carpets and my white sectional couch, or as I refer to it as my very expensive dog bed.Service was done at 3-5pm and by next morning everything was perfectly dry and smells so clean and fresh!Will definitely refer to my clients and friends getting ready for those spring cleaning efforts. We are SO happy with the service we received from South Shore Chem-Dry. Dave is highly knowledgeable and took plenty of time to explain to me all of our options and the process he would be using. We have a white cotton couch that was quite dingy, the arms were filthy, it had a pet stain, a couple of mystery red stains - we even had gum stuck to one of the cushions. I never thought I would have my beautiful white couch back. But Dave worked miracles and got all of the stains out - even the gum! The price was very reasonable and even came in under what I was originally quoted. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Dave did a very good job cleaning our large sectional couch. They couch was very dirty and looks brand new now. It smells fresh and clean. What for a difference! No bad chemical smell. The couch dried within one day. Scheduling the appointment was easy and Dave arrived on time and explained the whole cleaning process before he started. Dave was very friendly, informative and professional. He was able to come earlier than expected (which worked great for us) and communicated via call/text. Our wall-to-wall carpeting existed when we moved-in and it was looking dingy and didnt smell very fresh. Our dog also got ill on one of the rugs and we werent able to clean it ourselves. Now, the rugs look brand new! All the stains from before we moved-in, as well as our dogs accident, are gone. They smell fresh and they arent soaking wet like Ive experienced w/ other companies.
