Great dry cleaners. I needed some buttons sewn back on. They did a great job and a great price. The lady that does the sewing knows what shes doing.

I didnt know about this place until earlier today. I found them as i desperately searched for a place that does alterations. I have a last minute business trip on Monday (today is Friday) ... first one since covid and none of my clothes fit 😱 I found a dress but its too long. Called them this morning, and they had it completely in a couple hours. Im truly blown away! Ill bring them all my business going forward.

We had a prom dress altered and the wonderful seamstress was excellent. She did a great job abs turned it around quickly. The lovely girl behind the counter was super helpful, kind and welcoming. Great place and highly recommend!

I went to Lapels in Hanover, MA to have a zipper replaced. They handled the job well, within a reasonable amount of time and for a good price.

The past few times the shirts have come back with creases not done properly and when wearing to work it makes me look sloppy. Have requested that is paid attention to, but today picked up the shirts with the same problem. Was told today nothing more could be done.

Dry cleaning of dress shirts-good experience will return.

Orders are always ready earlier than promised which is much appreciated.

Good service. Would recommend to Lapels to contact via phone call in addition to email when the pick up is ready. I dont often check my email and didnt see it until 3 days later.

Excellent customer service! They did same day cleaning and alterations for us. Great work, great service, fair price.

I was surprised that I had to wait so long to be served. The clerk was no where to be found. I waited about 10 minutes and then the seamstress went looking for the clerk. When she appeared she never apologized for the unexplained wait.

Everything was perfect. From the gentlemen who waited me to my shirts and blouses.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB,IT WOULD BE BETTER IF THEY WERE OPEN UNTIL 7 PM ONE DAY A WEEK FOR PICKUP DURING THE PANDEMIC.HOPE THAT CHANGES SOON.
