The email after no response from cordial original email, no response to the 2 cordial voicemails, no response to the cordial written report immediately after the incident.What a hack. Avoid this place, much better options to clean your car.Not a single returned phone call at any point from anyone at the car wash, after calling over 40 times.But yes , it’s me not you#boycottposhwash

This place is garbage. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t return phone calls, they mess your car up, the jerk then runs it just sits there and sends emails and responds to comments - support your local car wash. This is not one of them

I’ve been going to this car wash for several years with my vehicles as well as several company vehicles. I Went there today with my Jeep (as I have many times) and this time I was turned away because some rust holes were spotted on my hood, I explained to the man that I have been here many times with this Jeep and have had no problems to which he states “hmh I don’t know” and then starts to walk around my Jeep looking for rust (which there is none besides on the hood) only to come back and still say no and that I now have to back out of the wash. I plan to repair my hood come back and see if I’m greeted with the same disrespect. Also I gave them 3 stars simply because I’ve been going to them for years and they replaced the vacuums and they work amazing!

The vacuums alone make this review a 5 star, and its a great wash and there are towels provided afterwards to hand dry.

I love Posh wash. I get the 30.00 for a month and its awsom. My car looks brand new after the wash. Well it is one year old. Sue and all the people that work there are wonderful.🙂

I initially reviewed this car wash at four stars but I have since come to they understanding that if you have an issue they will not handle it in a timely manner. I purchased a new used car and needed to have my membership sticker switched over to my other vehicle. When I arrived I told the individual that was working that this was what needed to be done and he said in order to look it up he was going to need my credit card I opened up the account with to look up the account. I specifically asked him if it was only for that purpose or if I would end up being charged considering I already have a membership and he said absolutely not its just to look up your account. Then I asked to have tires added to my wash because thats not part of my plan and typically Im charged $5 for this service handed him a 20 only received 10 back and change. I assumed maybe it was because it was a much larger vehicle that they might charge more? The following day I checked my account and I was charged for the wash even though I have a membership for unlimited washes. I called repeatedly about the issue and no one ever answers and when you leave a voicemail They Dont really reply either. I eventually ended up getting a hold of EJ I believe his name was and he said that he would be looking into it and get back to me as soon as possible . This was well over a month ago to get $17 refunded to me. Still looking to see if I can have the issue resolved but I thought that people should be aware of these circumstances because Ive been overcharged in two separate ways, and I dont feel like theyve handled the situation appropriately or in a timely manner. Still waiting posh Wash!! Brightway is looking better and better.

The vacuums aren’t the best but they are upgrading them. Regardless of that, I truly appreciate the wide space offered when cleaning your car as well as the angled vacuums! Super close and affordable as well.

This is a summary of one visit only, today, Monday, May 10, 2021. Parking regularly near a pine tree, all sorts of needles get under my cars hood, tracked into foot wells, and can infiltrate trunk space. Removing them is a chore that sometimes does not get completed. However, as some kind of apparently big bird(s) left droppings on my drivers side window, a trip to a full service car wash was in order. Pleasingly, the vacuums were free of charge, which was great because extensive attention was needed due to accumulated tree debris. The car wash itself cost $12 for the cheapest service, in which a motorized conveyor brings vehicles through hoses, suds, beater brushes, some sort of air dryer, and other services. Given that vacuuming otherwise would have cost $3+, it was a particularly good deal in consideration of what was accomplished.

After several years of pleasant experiences at Posh Wash they started over charging my credit card and not returning phone calls. Ive had to have them blocked from charging me. As of this writing I still have 3 unanswered phone calls to them. KEEP AN EYE ON WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU!

Came to use vacuums, saw that theyre getting new free vacs which sounds great. However, the old ones are still there and appeared to be working until they get the new one since there were no signs saying otherwise. One machine ate a few quarters and two others started up but were clogged. Come on guys...Wasted time and $.

My truck was a bit extra dirty. Cleaned it well enough the 1st time through. I had some water spot concerns, the attendant let me run through a 2nd time. Cleaned it even better. A lil rough on my antenna tho. Ill have to remove it before the next trip through.Overall, really good car wash, courtesy towels to wipe it down after, & offers free vacuum cleaner usage included in the cost of a wash. Ill be there again & would recommend.

I just used this carwash for the first time yesterday. My Dad was with me and we both agreed that it looked like a nice high-end carwash. My Dad was anxious to bring his car in as he is in the area daily. This morning( the very next day) I went out to my garage and noticed soap residue and streaking and spotting on all my windows and on the passenger side door. I had to clean my front and rear windows before driving but left my others so that the business could see for themselves. I paid $17 for a carwash which is more than I usually spend so was expecting a nice result. The man that ushered my car in yesterday was beyond friendly and professional. I thought right away, this is my new carwash. I noticed they had posted, if youre not happy please let us rewash for free. I went out of my way to go back today because I didnt want to just leave as an unhappy customer. I wanted to give them a chance to make it right. Every business deserves this opportunity I believe. I asked if it was possible just to run my car through with water and that I didnt want any more soap applied. He informed me that that wasnt possible. He said I would need another wash. I explained and showed the employee( different from the prior day) the residue, spotting and streaking he then went to talk to a manager. When he returned, he explained the only thing they could do for me is another wash and I would need to pay because it wasnt the same day. I cant help but wonder if the owner was aware of this situation how he would have handled it. What originally was going to be 2 new customers has turned out to be 2 lost customers and a bad review online and to friends and family. Poor business decision. I still feel good I did the right thing and gave them an opportunity to make things right. Since they chose not to do the right thing, I believe they deserve this bad review. If I was the owner, I would not be happy with my employees decision. In life there is grey area. Their decision was made on a rule. Clearly, he could see what happened and didnt make an exception. Back to my old carwash where I never had a problem and now will continue to be a faithful customer.

To whom it may concern: We came to use what appear to be the newly installed vacuums and weren’t able to get any of them to work. The only one that appeared to turn on and be functioning was occupied by someone already. Is there a trick we are missing?

Won’t go out of my way for this. Pulled in behind 1 car and was definitely open, waited in Bay Area in back for over 10 minutes with Not an Employee to be seen. A truck pulled in behind me and finally he backed out and left, so they lost the business of 3 cars ($25ish a wash) in less than 30 minutes! In this time of uncertainty w so many businesses trying to survive, how/what consumers spend $ on has changed. Not sure $$ car washes will be high on the list.

Pretty good car wash. Attendant lines you up, you pick the package you want, pay and your off. Took off all the caked on pollen for the last month, my car way yellow, its grey. Came out the other side looking fresh and sparkling. Love the warranty they give depending on the package purchased. Now when that bird craps on my car I just take it back and get a run through for free during warranty.

I had some damage to my car from car wash. The attendant was great in getting info and pics of my car. I called the owner and he said there were cameras thru out and would call me back. He did and the insurance took care of it all. He took care of the problem. Was very happy with results and the owner of Posh Wash and especially the attendant in duty that day.

I go to Posh Wash the most because they have the best hours 7am-8pm. While most car washes open 9-5, those are the same as my working hours; useless. The hours were enough for me to buy their unlimited monthly club.

Great car wash. The system does a thorough job. The entire place was rehabbed in the last couple years. Very modern. The guys inside Do a nice job, and there are still always a nice stock of towels at the end for drying off your car. Self serve vacuums on-site.

Had to back out of carwash because it wouldnt come on. After a 15 minute wait the gentleman finally got it to work

Unbelievable car wash. Best in south shore easily. I highly recommend the $22 which is wax, wheels and undercarriage. The staff was a pleasure and respectful. Will be back

Ive visited a few times in the past couple of months; some of the equipment is not functional. For example the passenger side spinning brush is still not operational since last visit a month ago.

This is a hidden gem in Brockton. It has a vacuum with shampoo. The shelf wash bays are modern, with the ability to use paper money, cash and credit.

Fantastic customer service! I took my pickup truck through for a wash and forgot to remove the rear hitch. I asked for a hose to rinse the residue and the attendant told me to pull up for a second wash on the house. Free use of vacuums with any wash. Quick and convienant.

A good car wash for a decent price. Ive never had a problem getting my truck washed. Just have to remember not to have anything in the bed of the truck.

Their unlimited wash program cant be beat by their competitors. But, sometimes their air dryers dont blow enough requiring you to run your windshield wipers when getting back on the road. That said, they offer complimentary microfiber towels.

My mini needed a good wash. I was able to save on gas with the purchase of a wash. Only sad thing is I lost my Buzz lightyear antenna topper during the wash.

Its very gental on your car and they provide clean dry cloths to wipe you car diwn after its washed

Last time I was at posh Wash almost all the vacuums did not work and they suck that clog theyre broken and the prices of the washers are overpriced

My favorite place to go to have my car wash, the beauty of this place is that for a monthly payment of $29 or so you can wash your car anytime you want if you want to wash your car 3 times a day for a month you are welcome to do that, what a saving when other places you may spend either $15 or $20 each time you go to have the car wash , since discovering this place it has been my favorite place to go.
