My search for a used Honda Fit with a manual transmission and low mileage took me to this car dealership all the way on the other side of the state from where I live. There are few things I hate more than buying cars because people always try to con you and do the hard sell. Additionally as a woman I will say that more than once I have experienced chauvinistic, condescending behavior from car salespeople, which is pretty appalling. When I spoke with Bob on the phone, he understood I was coming from Western Mass. and he said he would put the keys aside for me and if someone else wanted to look at the car he would explain I had first dibs and was on my way. When I arrived he handed me the keys and said go check it out and if you like it bring it around to the front and Ill put plates on it and you can test drive it. The hands off approach was so refreshing and lovely. The car was great and he handled the rest of it with me from across the state with clear communication and responsiveness. When I returned to pick up the car, everyone was ready for me and I was in and out of the dealership in an hour. Bob and the rest of the staff treated me with respect and did not play any games. The car is in great shape and everyone there was so professional and straightforward. I would glady drive two and a half hours again next time I need a car.

Ive purchased mutliple cars from Dave and we couldnt be happier. From Sales to Service the experience was bar none. I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car.

I am a relatively new customer however when I purchased a new car I wanted to find a certified repair shop in my area to ensure quality service. After looking into a few places I stumbled upon Columbia.I cannot say enough good things about this business. They have an incredibly helpful and intelligent staff. One of the technicians came out and spoke directly to me to explain the work needed on my car. This business is very clean and even has a window for you to see the technicians working on your car! It also has a large comfortable waiting room with a television. I would recommend this service center to anyone that is looking for honest and reasonably priced work.

I just called to get the requirements on renting. Didn’t know dealerships were so discriminatory. The guy answering wasn’t pleasant so suggest saving your money people and going elsewhere.

I came in to the shop for a new starter and a brake issue. After it was evaluated the service manager called me with a quote that seemed reasonable to me. A few hours my car done and believe it or not the price was actually under what they had originally told me. Car is running like a top at the moment and I will for sure be back!!

I bought a Ford F-150 from them a little over a month ago, and I have to say they were great to me. Sarah and Dan were so helpful: Dave was a really great guy providing me with great service/ deal too. I will definitely be going back here in the future for a vehicle.

I did not buy a car here, but did a few negotiations. I have been shopping cars and have been to a few dealers. They were pretty good and mellow comparatively. No crazy sales tactics either.

Worst experience ever! Disreputable!! Stay away! Sadly, this is a long story short: Agreed on a price, told us he would do the work and be ready in a week for a test drive. Over a month of us calling and emailing every week to see if the car was ready. Finally get in for a test drive (checkbook in hand), took it for a drive, stopped at my brothers and had him take a look, said the timing belt needed to be done but not a problem for me to suck up the cost of that, as I tried to leave, the car would not shift into gear. Finally after several attempts by my brother and I, it shifted into drive. Drove directly back to the dealership. One of the sales staff greeted me and when I showed him the issue (had him get in and try) explaining that the car was for my teen-aged daughter and I didnt want her becoming stranded somewhere and call me crying for a ride - to which he responded Just get her some tissues....I said that being a safety issue, that it would need to be fixed. We went into the office where I explained to Dave (who eventually looked up from his cell phone) about the issue. He said that hed have it fixed a.s.a.p. and give me a call when ready. I went home and a couple of hours later I recd an email from Dave stating that while he was out looking for more inventory someone came in and bought the car. Really?? Oh, but theres a car of lesser value that we could look at, it just needs to go through the shop first! The classic bait and switch. A real man wouldve just said you know what, can we re-negotiate a price since the car needed more work than originally anticipated? To which I would have readily agreed. But NO, hed much rather play me for a fool and send a chain of completely asinine and unprofessional emails back and forth, basically stating that WE waited to long, that WE hesitated and lost out because some phantom person came in and paid for a car that wouldnt go into gear (and if they did in fact come in during that two hours and buy the very car that we had agreed upon then Delaney obv. didnt tell them about that little intermittent issue). Shouldve done my due diligence with the BBB BEFORE heading there. Potential buyers beware!

Purchased vehicle from them and couldnt be happier with my 2007 jeep, even after I had a problem they took care of it for me. Dave Delaney is a very nice guy and wont screw you over. I love my car!

Always fast service here. Ive never had to wait more than an hour for them to complete work on my vehicle. I was told by multiple other places that the job I needed done would take at LEAST two hours and Dave Delaney had the job done in under 1!Cant recommend them enough!

Bought a 2008 Impala from them. Came with a warranty I cant even use because the people who sold it to me wont even give me the correct number to contact the people. So if you want a decent car with terrible and idiotic customer service and staff, youve come to the right place. If it were humanly possible Id give this place ZERO STARS!!!!

I went to this dealership hoping to buy a 06 chevy 2500 hd. I am recovering from credit fraud and unfortunately things did not work out. Through out the entire procedure they were kind and curious not once did I feel like they were rude to me because of my credit. They returned all my phone calls never felt pressured. I put a 500 $ hold on the truck and they returned my money the day I decided ur would not work. Highly highly recommended dealership. Both Dan and Sarah were fantastic to deal with class acts!!!!

So my boyfriend bought a car here in July. Two days after getting it, the fuel pump exploded and we had to fight Dave Delaneys to fix it (their customer service was terrible, and one of their employees called me a bit*h). We mentioned MA Lemon Laws, and the employees said that Lemon Laws are not important in the used car business.They fixed the car, or so we thought until last week the fuse box on the car caught on fire after a lazy repair man did not fix it properly. The fuse box was so messed up that the repair man fixing it said What fuc*er would do this to a car?! and even suggested my boyfriend consider suing seeing the car could have killed us if the fire was any larger. After my boyfriend called Dave Delaney’s and asked if they would do anything to fix this situation, they said they had no record or repairs and could not do anything to fix it. They scammed a poor, hardworking college student out of so much money and nearly killed him with an outrageously unsafe vehicle in the process. I would rather not have a car than come here to buy one, sleazy businessmen only focused on money money money!

So you have no problem taking 3000 from a hard working mother and selling her a jetta that had a blown motor prior to her purchase (your techs suck at cleaning by the way), two weeks before the warranty expired the airbag light came on and she called you to set up a warranty repair and magically your new scan tool that scans airbags wouldnt be in until after the warranty expired and you wouldnt work with her. Now in the last day, where your techs cut the exhaust to do the motor swap, the pieces of pipe that were a shady repair from the get go, expanded so much that the exhaust rattled loose and now the jetta sounds like a damn tank. For a company that claims execptional customer service, it is exceptional, except when you need repairs done.Stay far away from these sleazes. Only care about money, not customers

Finally a used car dealership that isnt full of crap while trying to sell you a lemon that wouldnt pass inspection ever ! Well that isnt Dave Delaney dealership he was more than helpful and stands behind his vehicles ,who has the best mechanics ever who know what their doing and fix the problems !
