I cannot say enough amazing things about the repair service at coastal Volkswagen! Our car (2015 Volkswagen Passat) suddenly broke down it was shaking and thick white smoke was pouring out of the exhaust. We took it to a mechanic up the street from us after seeing our car sitting in the same spot for 2 days we finally called to see what was going on. We were told our engine had oil all in it and that basically our engine was toast. This is our only car we were devastated we definitely were not prepared for that news. The following day we had it towed to coastal Volkswagen in hopes of trading it in and getting a new car. It didn’t end up that way so we decided to get a second opinion from the mechanics at coastal VW. A few hours later we got a phone call from them telling us they believed our issue was a fuel injector and not our engine at all. They put a new fuel injector in and did another procedure to clear all the smoke out from the exhaust they also gave us an oil change. We got a phone call the next day telling us our car was done and ready to be picked up. We couldn’t believe it our car went from the engine being destroyed to having our car fixed and as good as new thanks to coastal VW! We just don’t even know what to say your mechanics are amazing and we literally cannot thank you enough for saving and fixing our car! We will definitely be coming back (just hopefully not anytime soon lol!) Thank you so much!
