They aligned the wheels on my jeep but didnt center the steering wheel, I had more rotations one way than the other. Told me it was the pitman arm and it needed turned on the steering box. Went and did it myself and realized the pitman arm could only go on one way and they messed up the adjustment on the tie rod that goes to the pitman arm. Instead of realigning it correctly they tried to get more money out of their mistake.

Great people, great service! They have always done work correctly, and in a timely manner. Work is completed on time, and for the estimate given. They were able to squeeze in a last second major repair just prior to a long road trip. Best local shop in area!

Have used them before, and were happy with the service until recently. Wife needed her vehicle inspection done. Front brakes failed, okay, never made any screeching/grinding noise but was told it was metal on metal. Alright, I can justify spending the money on new pads for peace of mind. However, when it came down to finding out what brake pads they were going to put on the vehicle, they would not give me the part #. Theres only one reason why. I get it, you need to make money as a business. However, dont give your customers an attitude for ensuring quality parts are being used. Found out they used brake pads that I couldve bought for 29.99 and charged me $68 for them. Again, I get that you need to make SOME profit. Also, we had an oil change done and they did not reset the oil light or give an oil change reminder sticker. How petty. Ive recommended these guys to others but will not going further.

If I could give negative stars I would. I took my nissan maxima there almost 2 years ago to have a sensor replaced, everything was fine until about a week or two later when my car completely shut down on the highway. I had to park my car on the shoulder and order a tow truck. The tow took my car back to JLS auto where I was told that my car needed a new motor, starter, trasmission and alternator this would cost about $5000.00. Im not a mechanic by any means but I have a fair understanding of cars and knew this was fishy. I then had my car towed back to my house where it sat in my driveway for almost 2 years as I had to buy a new vehicle. Today I had my car looked at just to find out the only thing wrong was that both wires to the battery terminal had been loosened. Diagnostic picked absolutely NO CODES. My car is now running fine. The part that disturbed me the most is the works for the fire department as do i and this was made known during the time of service, One of my so called brothers in service completely tried to scam me knowing the importance of having reliable transportation smh.

A month after getting a timing belt service completed at the location my vehicle began to vibrate. I honestly did not think much of it as it was a old car. A year later the vehicle is having some noise from the engine. I was told there was major mechanical issues and the engine was needing to be replaced. I got a second opinion who advised the timing belt tensioner needed to be replaced and the belt had skipped two teeth. The other shop did the work and advised that the tensioner, water pump, and bolts appeared to be from the factory. He did say that the belt was new although a little chewed up. The guy pointed out the green thread lock and advised that was from the factory and said he did not see any other signs of new thread lock. After the second timing belt change in a year the issue was resolved. Could this be a case of one shop just miss understanding the work of the first shop... sure. But after the second repair it was fixed. The people at JLS are very nice and their prices are reasonable, but this experience has soured me on bringing my vehicle back. I am not saying I will never bring one there but I will shop around a little first.

Bought 4 new tires and wheels for a car I purchased, 2 tires came one day and 2 came 2 days later, they fit me right on both days. Mounted and balanced the tires at a very reasonable price. The ladies working up front were very nice. If I cant fix it Ill be back, thanks

I went to Firestone for auto work and they charged me $1,700 to replace a few things in my car. After three attempts to fix my car, my car breaking down as I left the shop, and having to deal with a rental, I came to JLS. It took a few times to fix what Firestone messed up, but JLS did it. In the past 4 months I have been to JLS more times than I count and every time they are courteous, hospitable, reasonably priced, and most important--honest. JLS has me as a customer for life!!

Towed vehicle 70 miles to this shop on a referral. Advised them of the problem. They diagnosed the problem and gave an estimate of $1700. One phone call, and found a shop that would do the same job for half the price. JLS people are always nice, and friendly, but if they dont want to do the job at hand, they will give you an FU price, instead of just saying that it would be better to take it somewhere else..
