Last night was a bad night for Rex so couldnt get my car out till after clothes do do a bit of a running around but once we got past the process of releasing everything else was okay

I went to retrieve my daughters car. It was an absolutely nasty encounter with a guy named Brian who was extremely rude and cursed at my family and was very unprofessional and had to be relieved by another professional associate. I wish we were in a different setting and I would have taught this uncouth individual some lessons of life experience. I hope this employee is fired and replaced. The owners niece was with us so hopefully this will be resolved.

Had to help my car get her out of the impound they were very nice but would not bend the rules for one minute had a wheelchair in the back of the car needed to get it out but they would not bend the rules so I could get it out for my friends son other than that they were fine

They picked up my motorcycle from its location and delivered it to my house all while I was at work. Very helpful!

Great experience,great people will go way out of their way to help if they can. Some of the customers I witnessed first hand were very rude and way out of line. I understand getting upset if your car gets impounded but its not marcells or their employees fault they just do a service for the community! If youre car gets impounded I guess you were breaking the law! Abide by the laws and stay off the drugs and alcohol and youre car wont get impounded! I feel bad for marcells employees having to deal with some of the people that walk in that place!!!

Great experience. Car broke down at 7 at night. They came and towed it and talked me into trying them for the repair and I did. It was done the next day by 11am! Good price too. Ill be cheating on the place I take my car to and bringing it here in the future.

Information says charges are $35 impound fee + $15, however, when we called we were given a release price of $149.50! Rediculous price and require a release from police before you can get you car. Very unfriendly and short on phone and in person! Dont get impounded in Hamilton. Also police were very unprofessional and tried to get me angry so they could take me to jail! THIS TOWN SUCKS!
