They replaced the fuel pump, I had previously left a bad review but it was a misunderstanding on both me and them totally not their fault but when we cleared up the issue it was done quicker than I expected I will use them again if ever needed.

I didn’t use them but honestly if they plan to have their businesses name on the truck it’s probably best to not drive so fast to where they have to swerve into the other lane to avoid an accident. I was driving in front of your truck and if you didn’t swerve into the other lane I wouldn’t have a working car any longer. The light was red ahead of me....pay more attention.

The employees are always professional and kind. I have had no problem getting an appointment that is convenient for me. My vehicle has always been fixed correctly the first time. Honest and fairly priced. If another trouble is noted, you will be advise you and let you know what needs to be done to fix the problem. Its great to walk into a business that treats you like Norm! The ole boys come in for coffee and start talking to you about whats going on with your vehicle. Did a tow was charged 75.00 was fair! Fast and nice new equipment. Tax is added just in case you need to know so it wasn’t a flat fee! Nice gentleman came out!

Took my truck there to get fix because it kept cutting off when I would start it up. Got charge of $600 and it still does the exact same thing. My problem wasnt fixed. I wont go back there.

They say when it rains, it poors. Luckily the group at Waynes is there! I have multiple cars in the family having issues and I know they will be taken care of properly and quickly here at Waynes! God love em!

Nice guys. I pulled in, concerned about a check engine light. They ran a diagnostic right then, to determine if it was safe to drive. When I asked what I owed, they said no charge. Very polite, even though they were so busy!

I want the single mothers, working young couples, the unknowingly deceived from other car repair places...anyone and every one who needs to have work done - I want them to have the same experience I do.This small family business provides an experience that makes you understand what a true small, family ran, customer focused business should be.From the second you walk in, you are greeted by a welcoming, smiling face (usually Cindy or Brandon). They will never tell you that you need something that you dont. They are upfront about the costs (always provide a pretty darn close to exact estimate) BEFORE they do the work.When you call ahead of time to just ask questions you will always be greeted with a welcoming voice that truly sounds as if they CARE and WANT to be talking to you. Very impressed with the service at Waynes! My insurance company had scheduled a tow truck (not from Waynes, from another local towing company) and the driver arrived later than expected. I was not able to make it to Waynes before closing, but the staff that was still there when I arrived was very helpful and took my information down anyway.I received a call detailing the issue by noon the following day. Waynes had the problem fixed and my car ready within two hours of my callback. I will definitely be coming back for any future work on my vehicles. Thanks again!

Had my transmission go out on the way to work one day and didnt know who to call. I found Waynes Garage online and noticed they did transmission repair and also towing. They were there in under 20 minutes and got my vehicle right into the shop. Turns out my vehicle didnt need a transmission it was an axle. I feel really lucky to find an honest shop to tell me its a simple fix and not always the more expensive one. Thank you staff at Waynes!!

I do not like towing people that over charge. They wanted 100 bucks for 3.7 miles totow my car. Do yall think thats a fare price for the distance. I gotta buddy that charges 50!Eagle towing is beast an best!

Ive used their towing service in the past without any problems. Used them today, and when they dropped the car off at the house and came to the door for payment, my 19 year old son went to door to take care of it. My son came back in the house and commented on how nice the guy was.... seemed very genuine were the words he used. Glad Im giving them my business!

Very bad service. They did not fox my transmission like they said they did. Charged me $350 and I still had to take it to another mechanic to get it fixed right! Poor poor customer service and horrible quality work!

Best mechanic around honest people and if it gives you a piece of mind they have a contract with the Hamilton and Butler County Police Department so theyre not trying to nickel-and-dime anybody..

Waynes Garage is the very best. I had taken my vehicle to 2 other locations that could not correctly diagnose the problem I was having. Waynes correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired me car at a minimal charge. I will continue to use them for all my future repairs.P.S. They were very friendly and helpful as well!!!!

I took my car to these people and I loved the service I got from them. I had to get new tires, shocks, struts, brakes and all my normal routine maintenance. they are very reasonable people to work with and the prices are great, one of the most reasonable garages in town. I would recommend these people to anybody. Im not sure if the lady that gave a bad review is completely competent because this is truly one of the best garages in town with the quality of service they perform and the prices of the services. I know for a fact that they give you a 6 month warranty on engine repairs after that its on your part just like with everything else you buy, in 14 months there is no telling what all you as the driver has done to your vehicle. My question is have you done normal routine maintenance to help keep the car running. what kind of engine did you buy new or used? If it is a new one then they usually have a even better warranty on them, if you bought a used engine well then thats a chance on you are taking on your part.

I wanted my car towed today because my alternator went out and they gave me an estimate of $150 to take my car from Middletown Ohio to Fairfield Ohio, to be more specific the drive would have been 24 minutes (15.9 miles) from my house to my mechanic. Shouldnt have cost that much at all, thats ridiculous smh
