Very rude . Fraudulent . scam. they rip peoples registered tags off and tow them as if they never had tags, they lie . That’s illegal in its part , and they use people for their money. The worst towing company possible . I woke up this morning to my car nowhere to be found , when I called they said it was because I didn’t have registration, although I have a paper proving I did and when my next bill is due . I was just driving the vehicle , and never got pulled over for “nonregistered” tags. I had to pay 160+ to get my car out . DONT USE THIS COMPANY .

This place is horrible! Came 30 minutes out of their way to illegally tow my car because they failed to see the parking permit on the dashboard instead of it hanging on the rear view mirror. Then charged me to get my car back. They came without any warning or letting anyone know they were towing cars. Didnt even contact the complex. Their phone number doesnt work, had to contact the police to get ahold of them. They are not a 24hr service like they claim to be. Too much more to keep typing but yall get the point. Go to hell Eagle Towing.

Most janky tow company I know ! Literally read my plate wrong towed my car without letting me know anything looked out my window seen them driving off with my car even after having a officer come and prove they read my plated wrong they didn’t apologize still charged me 200 just to get my car out when it shouldn’t been with them in the first place !

Yeah my cousin is going to sue them for stealing her car taking her tags off her car illegally that as a crime and they will be sued tomorrow after I got off work to get her car if they dont then they will be hearing from my lawyer they a scrappy people and ill make sue they will not be able to do this to others period 💯

They are a bunch of crooks. They tow cars that they shouldnt and then charge you a mint to get your car back. They have gotten me 2 times. If I could give negative stars I would. They are just very shady.

Towed our car from in front of our apartment for “expired tags” . We just bought the car and don’t even have the title yet(we literally just got it , we were heading back for the title). Called they initially wanted 180 for us to get after explaining we just bought the car. We were told you only need an ID but when we got there they wanted an ID and a title and 290!!! They even tried to tell us at first our car wasn’t there! Shadiest tow company around!!!

The young gentleman that helped me out was very friendly.. He did an awesome job in helping solve our problem.. I would highly recommend them.

Wasnt told closing time, you knock on door if no one answers you call number. They returned 3 calls firsy returned n call was at 502pm told us the price it would be that had to be exact & in cash. He ask if we had the police release. I wasnt told till now. (You think when they ORd bf at 430pm they would had said something.) So we go back to HPD. Finally got police release at 645pm. Called number when we arrived back at a little past 7pm knocked again and and called at 706pm got a return call was told the office was closed they would get someone to meet me there so I could get my vehicle. Waited & waited called back left messages no return call to inform me no one was coming or that I would have to come back in morning. Waited till 830pm still no call or anything. Returned in morning only to be told it would be over $20.00 more. Tried to explain what happened. It didnt matter had to pay to get vehicle. No apologies for what happened or explanation. Im sure they have heard it all. But I was just the vehicle owner. I had nothing to do with it being towed. I felt it was disrespectful & unprofessional the way it was handled.

Late night issues with truck. Called and he was out within 15 minutes. Towed to auto repair shop then gave me a ride home. Excellent service and super nice guy. I wish all business people operated like him. Made My Day!Excellent price for a flatbed of $65.

An absolutely predatory business! They apparently have a contract with a mobile home park to tow abandoned and unregistered vehicles. So their driver prowls the park looking for expired license plates. I witnessed, in shock, as their driver towed a car from right in front of the home because the license plate was expired by 6 days! He did however make a generous offer to not tow their car if they could give him $160 in cash within 10 minutes! What a pathetic and shameful display of humanity!

Professional. Simple process. They tell you when exactly to come get your vehicle from impound to avoid an additional day of storage unlike most places hoping that you procrastinate getting there so they can stack up on daily storage and additional fees. They also offer very reasonable towing services with very nice new tow trucks!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. They are quite possibly the shadiest company I have ever seen. They towed my car from my own apartment building while the engine was running. Before I could stop the truck the driver drove off. When I got to the impound yard the guy that towed my car said that they only accepted cash, weird request in todays age but I went with it. I got the money and came back to the place, then the guy said that they never give out change and said that they would accept my 180 but could not give me back any change. This business and everyone that works for them are crooks and deserve to be investigated.

You stole my car from a half empty lot at 9 am on a Saturday when I had only been parked there for a single night. Not only that but when I try to get my car back I find out its 35 minutes drive away and now I dont have a car. So after working all afternoon to secure a ride to where you put my property, I arrive only to find that no one was there. I have to call and sit around for 15 minutes waiting for someone to arrive. Overall the whole thing was very unprofessional, and since that incident Ive seen your drivers patrolling the lot daily. Its clearly a predatory practice aimed at picking on college students who just want to have a friend over for the night.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. When I called to figure out if the car had been towed it took them forever to figure out if they even had it, and then they told me I would need to bring in $155.49 in cash only with EXACT change to retrieve it because they did not give out change. AND their office was 35 minutes away. Super sketchy and super rude.

I seen alot of bad reviews but i got the tow notice and got a hold of them. i politely explained my situation and they were understanding. If they keep thier word then i believe they deserve a good review. Will update my review depending on results.

They towed my car from my home because they said I was “street parking” when there’s never been a sign and I been parking there since I moved in (8 months) and never had this problems before. They towed my car when I was getting ready to leave for work without me knowing, so I this point I though my car has been stolen. So the only way I found out was by calling the police station and ended missing work.

My daughter was getting her brakes changed in our complex. Our mechanic left to pick up the brakes as well as brake fluid for her vehicle. Before he could even get back this company is towing the vehicle. My daughter goes out and ask why they are towing the car they woman states because its on jack. My daughter explained that the car was getting the brakes changed and would be off the jack soon. The woman even stated its in our lease that it cant be on the jack so we followed up with our leasing office who told us they have NO PROBLEM WITH US HAVING THE CAR ON THE JACK AS LONG AS IT WAS DOWN BY CLOSING WHICH IS 6:OOPM!!!! Not only are we filing an official complaint with the BBB but we will also follow up with a lawyer concerning any billing for the towing. This company is a joke and should be shut down for the amount senseless towing they do!

Most unprofessional people I have met in quite some time. They disrespected my fiance and when we were trying to find out why they took her car and whos responsible for saying it is a valid reason to tow, he said he doesnt know. He kept avoiding the question and was extremely disrespectful. DO NOT RECOMMEND, EVER.

This company towed my vehicle from my apartment complex where I reside. Ive lived there since December and have consistently used the same handicap parking spot. I had forgotten (first time ever) to put my placard up upon returning home late Friday evening. When I called about it Saturday, I spoke to a man who had a rude tone of voice right off the bat. He told me they were closed until Monday and I let out a why me laugh and he said Whats so funny?. I explained that Im truly handicapped and forgot my placard. He seemed to soften up a bit and arranged for Mike to meet me that evening. Mike was very apologetic and said it wont happen again. Yet, he still charged me $100. Thats one expensive mistake! I just find it interesting that they pretty much admitted wrong doing yet still charged me. Plus, they patrol the lot often, according to Mike. So it seems like they would know my car is usually in that spot with a placard. They could have easily confirmed with the landlord that I live there and he could have contacted me that my placard was off. Now Im short this months rent. $100 isnt chump change when youre living on a fixed income. This place obviously preys on people for money. Even handicapped ones.

I just called about retrieving my car. I called half a dozen times only to get a recording to leave a voicemail but the voice mailbox is full.I finally got a hold of a man after many minutes of calling. I asked about the car and the retrieval process. He told me that the owner himself must come, and that it cost $17/day. I told him that I was far away, and was giving him my name and contact phone number when he hung up on me!!!! I couldnt even get to ask him what hours he was open or if he was open on the weekend. I couldnt believe how rude he was. I need to talk to an attorney to see if I can sue him.

They towed my truck at my apartment. Said expired plates. They were renewed 2 months prior. Lied and said my landlord told them to tow it. Also they towed it outside the reason of towing that was listed on my lease. These people are criminals, illegal towing. Im in the process of taking them to court and my landlord is about to drop them. Thank god!!!!!

Gave my girlfriend a 24 hour notice to get new tags or have her jetta towed. Tags have been expired less then a week. Its sitting in our apartment complex parking lot which the car is registered to the complex. Come home at 4 from work, dmv closes at 5. Not to mention she put it up for sale and has a new car already. But they said they cant put a hold on the tow... THIS IS PREDATORY

I caught them towing my car from my driveway, when I asked why the response was that my tire was low. I looked at all 4 tires before they took it. I dont know how they determine how low your tires are. I couldnt find a law or state regulation governing that. To this is legal car theft.

When i arrived to pick up my vehicle with my handicap permit i could not park due to one of their cars for sale parked in the only handicap spot WITHOUT A PERMIT! When we confronted the lady working at the desk (on july 5th at 2pm) she was unprofessional and told us its my lot and i havent complained. Her demener the whole tinme was arrogant and trashy some might say. Maybe they should stop and look at the kind of people they hire and try to obey the laws. I took pictures of the car, i wish i could post them.

Got a note at my apt complex (Lakota Lake Apts) that my car would get towed in 24 hours due to a flat tire. Im not leaving my car parked there daily; I use it for work and it may stay there a day or two where it gets low but it gets filled up the day before I go to work. Called and the guy that answered, Michael, was rather rude: Get the tired filled and you wont get towed!I wouldve liked to leave a review or post on their Facebook wall yet they dont have a page. Funny, they dont have a website either.

My car was towed unlawfully on Saturday 29th of October 2016 around noon. Called the tow company and during my conversation, that lasted 6 minutes, I was trying to explain to the tow truck driver why my car was lawfully parked according to the Ohio Revised Code, he called me a liar, pinhooker, and that I was doing illegal activities, and that the person that gave me the information was lying too. He also mentioned how he has a contact at an Ohio public office that he can call to get information on cars, plates and owners, and that he has a personal cellphone number that he can call him, that he has been doing this for over 15 years, and the he actually own or works at a dealership so he knows everything.At that point I just decide to call the West Chester Police Department and file a complaint, which is going to be accompanied with a Small Claim Court complaint for the amount that I must pay to get my car back, the amount charge by my attorney, compensation for my emotional and physical stress, and any damages found on my property and car when recovered.This company has proven to be one of those company that thinks the can do whatever, and that they have a perfect excuse, and knows everything. That since I have an accent I will not go to the law to get justice, they have been doing this to my other friends where my car was parked and being work on. But this time the law will do justice.

Owner helped me get into my car, I locked the keys inside on a pizza delivery. He was there in 20 minutes, got the car unlocked within 5 minutes, didnt scratch the paint, and was very respectful.

When we called to ask for their address (because there a multiple locations) the guy said, Google it and hung up. When we called back he said hes not open on sundays, when obviously his hours says 24 hours a day. Very unprofessional and extremely rude to customers.

They towed my car because the tags were bad okay that was my fault but when i went To go pick it up my driver side door was completely damaged and they said they didn’t do it that’s ridiculous they have no integrity and ripped me off and now i have to pay for the damages they did SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!!!
