Absolutely friendly and efficient. Well stocked!

Visited this location last week and found the staff very helpful.

I walked in the door and I was singled out immediately by the cashier and she loudly excaimed Wheres your mask? Everyone turned and looked at me (about 6-7 people). I said, Hang on, I got something better than a mask. I walked out to my car, and got my official doctors notice, saying that, for medical reasons, I am exempt from wearing a face mask or anything covering my face. I showed it to her, and she says, You still have to wear one or you cant shop here. I told her to call her manager. She calls her manager. The manager was friendly and polite. I showed her the doctors note, and she said I could shop this time, but next time I needed to have a mask. She proceeded to tell me what was said at her latest meeting about the face coverings. When I was walking toward the checkout line, I heard the cashier talking about me to the customer she was checking out. She was telling the customer how I refused to wear a mask and she couldnt believe it, and so on. The store is great. The managers are very nice, but that young cashier girl needs a BIG reality check! This girl was assumptuous and very judgmental, and if I was still the way I used to be, things wouldve gotten very heated in that store between me and her!

Unlike the other Dollars Tree stores in the area, this one is well stocked and neat; no boxes in the aisles here!

This store is the cleanest well stocked Dollar tree in Hamilton. Bridgewater falls needs to take notes.

Its always clean in there cashiers are always friendly Im so short distance to walk from home.

Everything is coming back together so well. This is one of the cleanest Dollar Tree Ive been to in a long time. Keep up the good work guys and gals.

Always find what I need in this store

Pretty normal for a dollar tree. They dont have some of the neat crafty stuff like others do but all around keep lots of good on the shelf.

I shop here frequently and find things that cost much more elsewhere. It is generally well stocked and you can move in and out quickly.

Clean, organized, well stocked with what I was after. Basic essentials available.

Shelves are bare but the cases of items are stacked everywhere. Very dirty location.

Awesome store and awesome staff

Friendly staff. Great selection of items all for $1!!! Down side is you cannot take shopping carts from store, panhandlers outside and occasionally in store. And the items are not always on the shelf due to time truck comes. But!!! Staff will look to see if they have it in. Like I said awesome staff! Worth the trip due to great savings!!!

Always have stuff i need

Always find something I need here. Greeting cards are 2/$1 which I try to stock up on for holidays and birthdays (Im surely to forget)... Sometimes, I find a surprise like gourmet quality foods, but this location is typically well stocked with cheaper priced necessities thats usually pricier in a typical drug store or grocer, but still at a dependable quality of product.

Found everything I went in for and was surprised how neat everything was in each aisle.

It is always packed and they usually only have one cashier. They also have poles on their carts so if you buy a lot it makes it hard to carry all of the bags out to your car. I understand why and honestly with the multitude of pot holes in the parking lot you probably wouldnt be able to push a cart, but its inconvenient at times.

Great place for nice gift wrap. They have decorations for any event/season. The selection of affordable good quality party supplies cant be matched. Great place to save money.

Dollar tree is great! You can get so many items in here. Some brand name, some not so much but everything is $1. Cant beat that...

The $🌳 on the West side of Hamilton (Butler County, Ohio) is larger than the Fairfield or Liberty Twp locations. It usually appears well organized. However, they have poles on their carts which means if you buy a lot, you are going to have to carry all those bags by yourself. I can understand why they do it, they dont want anymore carts stolen. But they could make the poles removable by an employee, so that an employee could help disabled or handicapped individuals by letting them take the cart to their vehicles and they follow and bring the cart back in themselves so they can reinstall the pole. Otherwise, if you are disabled (like not supposed to lift over a certain weight or cant lift heavy bags) bring someone with you who can.

Friendly employees and great price!

I know its a dollar tree but still... cashiers should not be eating chips and drinking energy drinks in the middle of scanning items. Its completely unprofessional and I dont want their cheesy fingers on my stuff. The two cashiers also were discussing opening the front door to allow air to flow in, but were worried about it causing more foot traffic to come in.

Great little store, just about everything you could need from food to health and beauty aid products to household items to everything else in between, they have name brand and off brand items, only down fall is there is usually always a line at the register, so you may run in and get your items quickly but plan on a few minute wait to pay, staff has always been friendly to me

Luv me some Dollar Tree! Can find all kinds of neat little things. Always buy things I dont need but they are so cute. And their greeting cards cant be beat and theres always such a large selection.

Everythings a $! I love this chain of stores; this one in particular. They seem to be better stocked and just a little more organised than the others.

Love the variety of items and the store is very organized. Usually the employees are kind but today the chick with the mustache was fairly unpleasant. Otherwise, my shopping experience is always great.

Went there at 10:30 am on 12/2/18. Found some cute things and went to get in line to pay and there were 20 people lined up for one cashier. The other 2 were outside on a smoke break. 2 different customers asked them to come in and help but they would not until they were finished smoking. The one cashier looked liked she had just rolled out of bed with shaggy hair. But they both came in complaining about people asking them to come back from their break. I am also a smoker and I was appalled. Had I ever acted like that at my job I would be unemployed! I will never shop at that location ever again!

Everythings a Dollar how can it get any better not like other dollar stores where some things are dollar and other things are same as anywhere else.

I work here. Its a fun place to work. We love to keep it stocked for our customers.

Had with grandkids tonight going to the store picking out dollar hats dollar bracelets dollar little guns for the boy we had a really good time to clean store and the people are really friendly

I love my dollar tree on Hamiltons Westside. They keep it do nice. A lot better than the one in Fairfield and the one at Bridgewater.

Female manager very rude, i simply called inquiring about a job, she was very unprofessional in giving information only to say theyre not hiring but yet u spend 30 minutes in line to be served... Yeah ok.

Undate!!They have redone the parking lot this store is 10x better then the ones close to it! I have been on truck day and everything was put on shelves they work hard on the store.

Clean and nice but I do not believe return policy is fair. If it hasnt been opened you should get your money back not have to exchange for something else.

I saw the manager and worker in a isle and they crew member needed a band aid but instead of buying one or using a first aid kit they (should have one in the office by state law)opened up a pack of band aids use two or three of them and place the pack of band aids back on the counter for sale . That’s just wrong smh . Lines are always wrong nothing is ever stocked and the crew members are rude and don’t greet you when you walk in the door they just stare at you like why are you here and roll their eyes . It is so ghetto

This Dollar Tree is very clean and organized compared to all of the other Dollar Trees that I have ever shopped in before.
