We love this place today was great my son got most his hour to himself. My wife has been the one taking him so not being there for a little while it seems different. I understand all the safety rules liability all that but it seemed way extra Im going to guess someone got hurt.But my son loves the place the staff is friendly the vibe wasnt the same but it wont deter us we will be back.

Bitterroot Bouncers is the best. It has been a pleasure to see this small business grow to what it is today. Its a family affair with them and they treat you like family. We love coming here. Both my girls have a blast and I love that you pay for the hour. They know how it works and heres never a tear to leave cause they know they will come back and have more fun next time. The coffee is great and seating is always comfortable for the parents.

Great place to take your kids. Very reasonably priced and very helpful. My son loves the place and its something indoors you can do in the winter.

Really fun place for kids to run off all of their energy. We had our daughter’s birthday here and she had the greatest time. We were an hour early (my fault) and they were so accommodating. There wasn’t a party going on at the time so they let us have ours early. They called and made sure the pizza would be in time for when the kids were done bouncing. They were so efficient, nobody would’ve known it started earlier than it was supposed to. It’s very clean and the staff is super friendly. All of their drinks are always good. It’s also a good place for adults to catch up while the kids play. We definitely recommend this to anyone with kids. It’s a pretty awesome place.

We recently rented a waterslide for a wedding / reunion. Staff arrived on time for both drop off and pick up, were very efficient and courteous. Equipment was clean, in great working order and everyone had a ton of fun. Received a thank you note a few days later from the owners. Not only would I recommend BB, I applaud them for running the business the way they do. Trust is important when renting inflatables, and these folks certainly have earned our trust and future business.

I recently had my sons birthday party here and I was very impressed! The facility is very clean, beautiful and well thought out. The coffee is wonderful and the staff is great! It was very nice to have everything already set up so I could focus on enjoying my time watching my son and his friends race down the slides and bounce on all the bouncies. I have several food allergies and they were able to accommodate me so I could still participate in the party. My son had a blast and couldn’t stop taking about it for days. Thank you, Bitterroot Bouncers, for opening such an amazing place for our son to play!

If your kid is over 4 or exceptionally adventurous, this place is great. It is extremely clean, reasonably priced, and very comfortable. You wont even notice that hour flying by. Also, the smoothies are really tasty.Only 4 stars, though, because even though they allow younger kids, there isnt anything for them to do and no way to keep them in the play area. It would benefit enormously from some kind of gate to get into the play area and maybe a bouncer that has a ball pit for littles.

Had such an awesome experience today with my kiddo’s birthday party. We were a very large group, and everything went perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the cupcake cake was so cute, and the kids all had a blast. It took all of the hassle out of throwing a party. I’m sure we were a little bit of a handful, but they did such a good job taking care of everything. We will DEFINITELY be back to bounce and take advantage of date night!

Great place! My daughter had her birthday party here a few days after they opened and I was impressed. They keep everything nice and clean, had a couple monitors making sure all the kids were being safe, and had comfy couches for the adults. All the kids in our party had fun and the owners did a great job helping coordinate the party with us (they work with dominoes to get pizza for the parties and they work with a local baker who made us a cupcake cake shaped like a dress). To not have to coordinate or worry about much for a kids birthday was fantastic! Also, my wife loves the coffee from here so much (says it’s the best in Hamilton) that we sometimes go just for the coffee.They also have gift cards and my kiddos grandparents gave my kids a punchcard good for 10 visits...which has been an awesome gift!

A beautiful and clean facility with a very friendly staff. Our kids love their Date Nights and their staff takes all the work and stress out of party planning! Did I mention they have an amazing coffee bar for the parents?? Highly recommend for a play date or just a fun way to get the wiggles out of the kiddos! Fun place for kids/Unappreciated behavior of owners:The place looks great and is a lot of fun. However, we were really disappointed by the owners behavior. On our first visit, we were asked how old our children were. I said my son was 2 years old. Immediately one of the owners said sarcastically, Hes an AWEFULLY big 2 year old, raising her eyebrows. Turns out 2 and under are free with a paying sibling, so they must have thought I was cheating the system. Unfortunately, I did not appreciate this, as my son is in fact 2 years old, just large for his age. It was our first visit and I was completely unaware of the pricing system. So, I certainly wasnt trying to scam anyone. Unless you want people to bring in birth certificates to prove age, you should probably just accept the age clients state. Its not worth alienating clientele. It was a strange interaction and left us with a bad taste in our mouths. Now every time I go back I cringe when they ask me how old my child is, as I wait for their unsubtle backlash.

Family favorite! Kids have a blast!! The Bouncing Been inside has a great selection & tasty coffee! Birthdays are SO easy to host here also. Literally you book, tell the theme & show up. They do the rest! I was finally able to enjoy my kids party instead of stressing about all of it.

We decided to do my sons 8th birthday party at Bitterroot Bouncers here in Hamilton. I was a little unsure about how to go about booking and what all was included but their easy to use website and booking options made it super fast and simple! They required a 50$ deposit to hold his reservation. We ended up needing to change his party time and I was able to log on to the website and change it myself! My son wanted a shark birthday party. I emailed with some questions about providing my own decor and got a response fairly quickly. I was able to purchase our own decorations and use them for the party room. I dropped off all the party decor a couple days before hand and they took care of all the decorating for me! I even changed my package last minute to add on some pizzas! The day of the party we showed up about twenty minutes early to make sure the room was ready and I was blown away! It looked AWESOME!! Heather, and her team at Bitterroot Bouncers did an amazing job at taking care of everything. It was so simple and laid back!The kids had so much fun and the amount of time is perfect!Thank you so much for helping make my sons day awesome!I highly recommend Bitterroot Bouncers. I promise you, it is totally worth it! One busy mom, to the next!

I have taken my 4 grandkids here & they absolutely love it. They range in age from 2-8 yrs old but,every age group loves it! Always clean,friendly staff, and overall great place. Havent used bday room but,looks awesome! Comfy couches for the adults & great drink station too!

Had my sons 4th birthday there today. He and all his friends had an absolute blast. The place was very nice and clean. They had everything thing I ordered made and ready to go on time. The staff was very nice and courteous and went out of their way to make sure we were all enjoying ourselves. The owner even came out to personally thank me and get my opinions on how things ran. Will absolutely be back again.

Bitterroot Bouncers couldnt have provided us a better experience!!! We celebrated my step-daughters 7th birthday in their Purple Room and it was fantastic. We loved all the bouncers they had to offer for kids above and below age 4. They were welcoming, extremely helpful, and amazing with teaching the kiddos the rules of the bouncy park to make sure everyone had fun, including the littlest of children. Their cupcake artist is phenomenal and far exceeded our expectations. Their party package made it worth the drive from Missoula, left us with a memorable day, and will definitely have us back for more bouncing fun soon! We 100% recommend this business!!!

They were easy to work with, showed up when they said they would and were super professional and courteous during set up and tear down. We will certainly use them again!

Brian and Heather are awesome. You wont regret taking your kids here. Hamilton needed a place like this for kids of all ages to go and play. The birthday spaces are awesome too. They also do rentals that they bring to your house or event.

Great place for younger kids but over the age of 7 and they get board fast need some games or something to keep older kids wanting to come back.
