Took our expedition there 2 yrs ago and paid a ton to get a lot of work done. Went back before our cross country trip and they said it needed all the same stuff again. Would not recommend for simple fact their work doesnt last.

Midas is not the place for African Americans The manager Chad was very rude I took my car for a tune up paid 408 for it they didnt drive my car to test it out soon as I pulled out my car started shaking real bad check engine light came right back on took it back to Midas they wanted me to pay 89 dollars to run the check engine light literally after I paid all this money smh and to top it off took it to autozone and it said my spark plugs misfire so explain Midas how is that possible ? They dont care about black people

Horrible oil change rude manager, spilled oil a good amount if oil on the engine ( its a 2016) Reset Everything on my info on my car dash even my average miles per gallon. No they didnt unhook the battery because radio was fine. Scuffed the interior of my car on the drivers side. I know it wasnt there as I cleaned and wiped down my vehicle the night before. Once again very rude store manager named Chad. Was Even yelled at. And I was there 3 hours for this oil change.

I had been to 2 other shops including the jeep dealership who refused to work on it.They managed to get me ligned up and on the road. Mine was a difficult fix and they did the best they could with what i brought them.Extremely thankful i took my jeep to midas for less than dealer cost, better service and honest feedback about my new purchase.I took the time to read some other customer reviews and in response to that i just want to add that Chad was helpful and informative and i was treated with respect.If bring them parts that wont fit on the vehicle and then want to be disrespectful and yell about how they cant magically make it work, you cant expect them to spit sunshine and rainbows at you.Thanks so much!!!

These guys have repaired tires for me before and when I ask how much, they just say ... Come see us when your car needs work. That day came courtesy of some of Cincinnatis legendary potholes. I had what I thought were bent rotors and asked for an estimate. Set an appointment and brought in my car. They confirmed my diagnosis and I authorized all new rotors and brake pads. Upon return, my brakes are smooth as silk. The estimate was not exceeded and they didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt need. The price was even lower because of a coupon they applied that I was unaware of. Top notch work, great customer service, and fair pricing. What else could you ask for.

Horrible service. I purchased 4 brand new tires, paid for alignment etc paid over $800 total. While driving the car, the wheels would still move to the left on its own, l called in to make an appointment. After waiting for over 30 minutes, they havent even check my car. I asked and there was NO empathy, they just said they been busy nothing they can do about that. If l dont ask they dont say anything. Theres lack of communication and professionalism. Date: 2/17/2021 time appointment supposed to be at 2:00 Pm. Not recommended!!

Had my brakes replaced front and back.. they were honest and very reasonable with the pricing.

I had originally set up my car for an alignment at tire discounters, upon their inspection they told me I had bad ball joints and quoted me over $600 to replace and align.I decided to take my car to Midas for a second opinion who thankfully are honest mechanics. Not only were my ball joints fine they were impeccably tight even a new tech couldn’t mistake these ball joints for bad. It is just a common sense diagnostics technique.I’ll continue getting my car serviced with Midas over and over like before in the past for the continuing outstanding service and upholding integrity and honesty in their work place.I have no doubts that you guys go home and sleep good knowing that you were treating people right and that’s hard to find.

This place is a joke they tried to charge me $785 to repair a small section of my exhaust that has broke off they claimed I needed a whole new exhaust system and I think it was just because I was female they thought I didnt know any better I took it to a local shop I just got it done for $200

DANGEROUS!I had a delivery here, and after waiting more than the 10min timer, simply stuck my head into let them know I was a delivery person VS customer waiting for their car.The supervisor started screaming and cussing at me and threatening me. 👀I would like to speak to someone higher up ASAP.

They helped me out with breaks. They had it it done in less then 2 hours and didnt charge me much and was professional as could possibly be. 3 days later went back to have my transmission looked at and they went above and beyond they showed me how to check and add transmission fluid made sure my car was just a little low on fluid but no major repair was necessary.

I recently had the rear end replaced in my truck. Chad and his team are very professional and not only explain what the issues are they also show you. They research all options and find you the best price available. I highly recommend service at this location.

You know out of all the bad reviews i see on here i would have to say it was under different management or something, i went there this morning for an alignment on my Jeep an was told they would look it over an once they hooked it up to the alignment machine that they would then have to charge me , so i agreed , well everything looked good an was hooked up to the machine ready to start the alignment well the mechanic brings me back to my Jeep an him an another guy explain in great detail whats going on an my tie rods are seized an that they could continue an get it done but it would be a little more than the alignment price , i rescheduled for another day that i would have the rest of the money , but they didnt charge me even after i agreed to pay once it was hooked up , thats the point im making , they are not out to get your money as some say , they could have easily charged me after i signed agreeing to it but they didnt, thanks guys ill see ya soon

Changed review as of July 6 2019: AVOID. LIARS AND DISHONEST CHEATS. Tried to sell new brakes on 7 day old brake job.I went to this shop because in the past I BELIEVED they were honest, and I had a coupon for an oil change. I called, and was told they did not have any appointments but if I wanted to wait they could fit me in for an oil change.I went in about 2pm as recommended. I had working brakes, with new pads on the front brakes from 7 days prior from another mechanic. The rotors DO NEED TO BE CHANGED but there is a frozen rusted on bolt that needs to be cut off. Midas will not use my already purchased parts so I am having the rotors done elsewhere.The back brakes are fine (per another mechanic 1 month ago), recently a brake line burst and was replaced. No leaking, no issues other than vibrations when braking due to rotors. All known.I was told the car has 1 worn tire (I know about that). I went in with 2 new tires on the front, 1 worn back, and 1 almost new back tire (former full size spare).The paperwork stated all 4 tires have the same wear measurements. Verbally I was told different that one tire will need replacement.The service manager named CHAD told me rotors need to be done (I knew this) but that the BRAKES WERE WORN. I asked what he meant. He told me that all 4 brakes (the 7 day old front brakes, and the recently checked back brakes) were worn.I told them I only wanted the oil change. (It was on the rack.)I got the car back, not stopping as well, but still ok. I told them the brakes were not worn and only 7 days old.I checked the paperwork and it stated that there was a non existent brake fluid leak. It stated my working windshield wipers were inoperative.I called the corporate number to report.UPDATE:NO CALLBACK FROM MIDAS CORPORATE. LEFT message on Saturday July 6, 6pm Eastern time.As of 12:51am Wednesday July 10 no reply back.

Great Service. The general manager is very friendly and helpful. Eli, who is one of the mechanics is very knowledgeable and professional. They dont try to sell you things you dont need. They are very honest about the necessity of the repair they are going to perform. They will tell you if it isnt urgent to do immediately. Nice to find a reputable car repair shop.

Oil change, liked better than MunroeUpdate 9/1/18. You can trust these guys. I just bought a used car. Battery died and I thought I needed a new battery. Im not a mechanic and they could easily have sold me one but instead they checked and said battery is fine and didnt charge me or take advantage of my ignorance. Tires on new car needed work. They got me a great buy. Most places would have gotten me for for tires but they told me Id need to change two now and the other two had some dry rotted but didnt need to replace now. Third example my other car was making strange clicking nose. Rather than run up a bill they flat out told me transmission work they didnt do. You can trust your wallet and car with them

I went in to get my oil changed here because they had a special. One oil change & tire rotation for $18.99. The employee at the desk was friendly but I had two issues.I was told on the phone itd only take about 30 minutes with an appointment. It took about an hour. Second, halfway into the oil change the guy came out to me and said my Oil Filter cap broke when he unscrewed it so I had to pay an additional $25 for a new Oil Filter Cap. My total came out to $50 which is $30 more than their advertised Oil Change. Ill most likely go somewhere else for the next one.

Chad is the manager and was who I dealt with. Hes very pleasant. They fixed a tire for me free of charge. I ended up scheduling an oil change right away and pricing 4 tires that Ill be going back for soon.

Did a great job on my exhaust, did a great job earning my business. While I was there I observed Chad working with a customer who had a car that was unsafe to drive and the person didnt have enough money to pay the bill. Chad went out of his way to help this person. They drove away in a safe car. Ill definitely be back.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. I took my car there for an oil change. A week later, one of my wheel bearings needed replaced. That seemed like an odd coincidence, but ok. However, today my husband changed the brakes on our car. What he found is, on each pair of breaks, the ground wires (I believe thats what they are called, could be wrong) CLEARLY and obviously cut. They both were cut clean, including the coating. I have pictures and going to see if I can post. So this place will intentionally cause damage to your car to get you to come back. They were the last people to work on my car before today, so I know it was the. Unfortunately cant prove it, but save yourself and dont go to this scummy business

Great service. Told me everything that was recommended based on Mileage. Also pointed out a few things to keep an eye on. Had my oil changed and tires rotated in 45 min. Which is acceptable for the low price they had. Would recommend this store to anyone.

Midas is great. Any time I can get my oil changed for around $20, its a good thing. Plus they do a safety check, rotate the tires and top off the fluids. A person cant hardly buy the oil and filter for that. A great deal, with great service.

Exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable staff! The got me back on the road safe several times! Helped me find and fix a couple transmission fluid leaks from a radiator replacement. They also greased my trailer axles and made sure we were road ready when we moved. Thank you guys and we know where to go when we are back in town! Again it was so pleasant they made the repair process easy and put my worries at ease.

Took our older minivan in a couple weeks ago on a Saturday for what I thought was an exhaust issue. They did a thorough check and determined it was misfiring in the engine and needed new spark plugs and coil. The manager was very helpful and careful to charge simply for what was needed to fix the problem. They have an outstanding mechanic at this location named Eli who did the work and provided guidance to other mechanics. You can tell Eli both knows what he is doing and I watched as he was very diligent in his work, taking the time needed. He talked to me personally to help me understand the solution and I felt good that the money was well spent. When Eli pulled my van around after completing the work, I could tell he was very passionate about making it run really well again. Great to see that kind of dedication to quality. Nice team there between the manager and mechanic. Truly excellent service and work!

Sat over an hour and hadnt even pulled the truck in their garage. They do alot of standing around and talking 2 one another. Very disappointing, we left.

Zack and Elijah made sure my car got the care it needed and did excellent work on my car. Zack even drove me home so I didnt have to walk for an hour to get home. Love this place.

Service was honest and prompt Went in for an oil change and an antifreeze leak. They did a visual inspection on the leak at no cost when other places wanted to do a pressure test for over $100! Turned out to be the water pump. Was pretty surprised at the price to get it replaced. Eli got it all done in a very timely manner Chad, who is the manager was honest and very friendly. Very satisfied with the service. Would definitely recommend Chad and Eli. Those guys will help you out and theyll even work with you on prices. Ill be going back for sure.

These guys did a decent job welding my exhaust system back together, but thats where the good experience ends.They offered to replace an oxygen sensor in the exhaust pipe, which I agreed to because it had failed recently. When I got my bill I discovered they charged me about 3x what that same part would cost at Autozone. Shame on me for not checking the price first, but these guys will gouge you on parts if you let them. They also did a crappy job installing it, as the cable was twisted and caused a little nut to bang against the bottom of my car. I had to take it back TWICE before they figured out what was causing the racket.As if that experience wasnt bad enough, I had them replace a wheel bearing that was worn out. The part failed within a month so I took it back and they replaced it. That one failed too, and I had to go back a third time. Guess what, two months later and the third bearing they installed is failing. I will never let these guys touch my car again.DO NOT LET THIS SHOP DO ANY KIND OF MAJOR MECHANICAL REPAIRS!!! THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND WILL SCREW UP YOUR VEHICLE

I brought my car before I bought it to get a used car check they told me the car was fine and needed nothing so I take it to my family mechanic to get a tune up and the radiator is bent and leaking plus my brake pads are screwed and my ballpoint is loose mind you it’s only been 2 weeks

This is the only mechanic we will go to. Reliable and fair priced, really trying to help the Hamilton community out. When they lost their head manager Rob, we were extremely disappointed. However the mechanic, Ely, is the reason we go back now that Rob is gone.

Im at the shop right now and have been waiting for over 2 hours. I have been talking to the manager I all week and he said that all the parts were here for my car and ready to go. Now he says he actually needs to get them from another location. Ive missed a doctor appointment and other plans because of the lack of communication Im the one that has to keep asking what the process is instead of me being informed whats going on. I asked if I could at least get a discount for the inconvenience and I was told No very rudely because he already spending enough money on my car. Horrible customer service! The only good part is that he did apologize for talking to me crazy.

They tried to get me to pay $75 to repair a nonexistent oil leak. It was only leaking because of a torn O ring that cost maybe $5. Also its not the only time they tried for a cash grab on me

Oil change all seemed good and fair

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Was there for 2 hours due to slow service and a lift being out of operation because a car had fallen off it. They told me my car was finished but never rotated tires. (Was watching through window). Spoke to manager about it and was basically told that because I was a girl I didnt know that they didnt need rotated. When I told him I am from a family of mechanics, he changed his tune, however Id have to wait for the rest of the customers in the lobby to be helped before they would finish my car.... Worst service, worst staff and worst manager Ive ever encountered

Sent my son to have one looked at it was getting exhaust in the cab. They didnt understand and charged him over $60 to took at it and never addressed the issue or did any work. They told me they would make it up on the exhaust issue. I supplied a muffler and they supplied a short piece of flex pipe. For their part they charged anouther $240 so at this point theyve made over $300 plus my $90 muffler. Dont think Ill use them again. If Im being unfair you can tell me.

This place is aweful.. Had my suv for over three hours and still dont got my tires switched out.. While one of the guys was talking in the parking lot to some girl. These guys act like they dont want to work. Flat out worst experience ever..
