They didnt receive my Walmart return small package. .I called twice to ask if they could print the return label there. The first day I talk with customer service and they gave me the address. Next day I called that exactoffice wanting to confirm and the phone attendant said that I could go.That FedEx office is hidden inside a hotel and it took me long to find it.They didnt help me but sent me to another office!

The agents must have a script because no matter what I said they just kept repeating the same apology...no answers to my questions or help with my issue, just repeating the same phrases over and over again.

On website it mentioned 24 hrs service at Walgreen Hallandale but no one is here to help me out. It’s been almost 20 minutes at FedEx drop location in Walgreen but staff available in Walgreen is not aware about it that how to process and she is also waiting for customer service to help me out.I think there should be dedicated person for help and immediate service. I think I need to go back home and try in day time if someone can help me.

It’s not 24 hours.I went on Monday at 8:45 am and opens at 9:00 am
