I had lost my original shipper and had to start over to find another. Galaxy Auto had good reviews and good price so I gave them dates to pickup bike and was told it was a 2 day trip. They were suppose to pickup Monday but driver accident delayed, told would be there late Tuesday no show but would be there Wednesday so took to job site to get it pickup and no one showed up until Friday. 2 day trip to deliver but didn’t show up until the next (8 days) Saturday afternoon. Bike was in great shape no issues and they did reimburse me $100 which was nice. Communication not good, not kept in loop what was going on, where bike was bit frustrated but able to ride in sun and warmth finally

Im hoping that your company are good on their word. So far theyve gave me the lowest quote at $895.00. To transport my motorcycle from Orlando Florida to Clearlake Oaks California. Im little nervous. So I hope if I pick you guys that you do a wonderful job.

I had prepared all my paperworks regarding my motorcycle and everything else regarding out of state move from NE to down S, hence did not have to deal with cancelation. Dates were very tight and Galaxy rescued me from Roadrunners disastrously frustrating experience and price was lower/way more reasonable.

Will not refund my deposit. Vehicle I was purchasing had title issues so I called to cancel and was told I was not getting refunded. Not once did Jason Dominick on the phone or email say that my deposit was non refundable when setting up. There was never a date set for pick up because the owner didn’t have a title. The only thing done was contact information was exchanged. When Jason Dominick called car owner he was told he didn’t want to ship car till he had title in hand. So nothing was ever setup on time or day. I also explained to you that I was not in any hurry to get car neither. Not sure why you would hold truck up if a time and date where never setup. You say the driver waited two days but when I spoke to Jason after he called car owner and owner wasn’t ready to ship he told me the truck had already left. Galaxy transport needs to get their lies together cause nothing lines up with y’all’s story.

Transport of car from NC to MA went very smooth. Jason at Galaxy was attentive, flexible, and responsive. First time Ive shipped a car before, but Im happy I chose Galaxy. Per other reviews regarding charges on additional items in car, I worked with Jason up front to understand how much I was allowed to ship with the car without additonal fees; its worth asking this upfront, as it seems like the expectation is the car is empty. Again, Jason was happy to find a solution and be upfront with cost of having additional items, so no surprises!

Its amazing but you cant complete a post unless you give at least one star. What a joke! Beware....Jason Dominick is a lying unprofessional jerk who cares nothing about service. Lies on top of lies from the very beginning. My car was parked waiting on him to find someone to bring it to the finally destination. He promised to reineburse for an extended rental day because my vehicle was late, but never did. He cursed me and basically gave not one care because he had my property. If you look carefully that five star rating is only from 9 reviews...check out the BBB, thats where the real reviews about Jason and this company are located. I filed a complaint there and soon to file with DOT. Next step will be breach of contract... same driver, same truck lie. I beg of you to please research the real complaints and not trust Jason.
