Alert to anyone reading these reviews. Do not use this company. 0 stars is what this company deserves. Nora, Whom i dealt with, is as unprofessional as they come. Extremely unreliable and does not keep to her word. But as I read all the other reviews it makes sense that us the customers aren’t the issue and her and this company are. Hope this message gets out to as many people as possible to save yourself all the grief and aggravation, and most importantly the money in your pockets.

Hello everyone, With the holiday season around the corner i have a bunch of family coming down for thanksgiving dinner and such then my Refrigerator breaks down the absolute worst thing to happen right now, I decided to give RBS a chance and what a surprise it was they told me they will be there the next day at around 2-3 he was on time and not only that Rey is a friendly person that got the job done and quick. He is an absolute miracle worker. I have no complaints only praise all my repairs will be done from RBS from now on!!!

Purchased refurbished ovens from RBS after they told me that my oven could not be fixed. Delivered them and one did not function and they told me just waiting on a part that came in wrong I had to call them several times to inquire about the lemon/Refurbished(non-working oven). Every time I got a hold of someone it was a new story but they were going to fix it. After not showing up multiple times and over 4 months of empty promises I have a oven that still needs to be fixed. Buyer beware they knew that the oven did not work before they delivered it and now they have no intention of fixing it. Very disappointing!!!!!!!

I will use RBS Mechanical for all my future HVAC checkups, repairs, installations, etc. Knowledgeable, on time for appointment, friendly, and priced right! This is the A/C repairman Ive been looking to do business with.-Alexia R.

This company basically stole my money, they came to fix my refrigerator and they replaced the wrong piece, when I try to contact them they never ever answered me again. Be careful

Most unprofessional company Ive ever had to deal with not only did they make a promise they knew they couldnot keep that woman had a stink attitude we lost thousands of dollars waiting on them Im going to make sure that the better business bureau takes a good look ahh them...

I have never been so wrong about service in my life of Business in 30 years! Stay away from this Company which works out of its House? Over 3 weeks ago i contacted RBS Appliances and requested someone take a look at my Electrolux Commercial Medical Dishwasher. Art comes out an finds the problem and said he would take care of it but could not for a couple of days because he was busy. no problem. A week later after an APOLOGY, well take care of it. In the mean time ,$200 worth of broken Crystal Glasses i n the Sink, we fix it. A week later still no one but a call saying well fix it? The next week, being a superbly patient person, I was told by Art, the repair man, that he would pick up the machine on Friday and have it back to me by Tuesday. Again no Problem. Fridday passes, no one shows, I call for two days in a row 20 times and no reply!Fed up i let them know that ebveryone in South Florida From the Mayors office, Better Businees Bureau , Yelp and 20 other venues including my email list of 12,000 guests were all going to be aware of this Pathetic Service! Wouldnt you know 2 minutes later i get a phone call apologizing saying they didnt know of the pick up?! Imagine that! Stay away from this Phony Service and do your self a Great Favor!

We have hired RBS Mechanical several times & have had nothing but great service.The 1st time our A/C broke @ our home & you know in SFL you can not live without the A/C. Rey came out the same day & fixed the problem. Nora, RBSs Dispatcher, is on point, so nice, & professional.The 2nd time was for our freezer in our refrigerator/kitchen. RBS came out the same day & did such a professional job. Any mess or dirt that was lurking or made in the area was cleaned up by RBS & my freezer is colder than ever.Thanks to RBS we didnt have to buy a new fridge/freezer or an A/C unit.Saving us over $5000..... Thanks RBS I am so glad we found you!!!

RBS Mechanical is a very unprofessional company. We hired them to put in a gas line in for commercial ovens. The job was done improperly. We found out after the job was completed that it should have been permitted, which RBS Mechanical never mentioned. We failed inspections because of leaks everywhere, wrong size pipes used and several other issues we were made aware of by the city inspector. They are not licensed plumbers to do this type of work so we had to hire someone who was to redo the entire job. RBS Mechanical lied several times to us about several things and even accused me of lying to them. When dealing with them, they were argumentative in all aspects, which makes for terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
