The service person arrived on-time, and the day after I called. Great service and fast. Our washing machine was fixed and running within a few days, for a fair price.

I am disgusted with this company! 1 month and a half for my washer to get fix. This appliance is very important to run my business. Every time I called the owner answering the phone would tell me he’s not in the office and he will call me later. I had to be persistent and basically beg for him to finish the job. After waiting weeks the day of the repair he had to cancel. Big surprise. On top of being unreliable he made Derogatory! Inappropriate! comments to my employees about myself (I wasn’t present). My business is also mobile so naturally I cannot wait around for an unreliable company to maybe show up. My employees were very uncomfortable. So unprofessional, and just a disgusting person who is angry at the world. Price is rarely high also. Be prepared to pay for the diagnostic right away with out 20 seconds to decide!!!! Unless you want to meet the unprofessional rude side I had the pleasure of dealing with! Will never return and never recommend..In response to owner: Nothing about my review is dishonest! I usually don’t leave bad reviews unless I’m appalled. I was influenced by the inappropriate comments made to my employees, unprofessionalism and the attitude. My washer is still not fixed, it still does not dry towels. Please have the owner of the company contact me.

I have been using Maxs service since 2018. He worked on my refrigerator and washer. He was very responsive and communicated with me before he arrived at my house. After he checked my appliances, he explained thoroughly what went wrong and how much it will cost to fix the equipment. His pricing is fair. My appliances were fixed and function very well. I recently had an issue with my ice maker in my side by side freezer. It was not producing ice, had a musty odor and there was freezer burn all over. Max did an awesome job. He helped to get all the ice out and get it clean and replaced the parts needed. He then went above and beyond to teach me how to properly use my fridge and freezer, showed the optimal settings on each and how much to store in the freezer to avoid having less problems in the future with freezer burn and to not overload it.He also repaired my sub-zero wine cooler that I thought would never work again! He was innovative as I had others look at it and he was able to tell there was a blockage to the air flow and diagnosed and fixed it quick! So glad I chose gator repair. I am so satisfied with the professionalism and advice they give to keep my appliances running.

I just called them to ask if they could come out and fix my dishwasher because it was not filling with water and they told me what to do over the phone at no charge and it worked. It was as simple as turning on a valve. It is so hard to find good, honest help and now whenever I need someone to come out, I am definitely calling Gator Appliance!

When our wall unit over range RV microwave/convection oven decided to power off we were not too happy. Most of the videos and online articles spoke of a fuse or grounding wire and the nightmare to reach them. As we began to investigate removing it from the holding bracket we chose to make a call to an appliance repair shop to see if we could drop it off. I found “Gator Appliance Repair” on the map and called. The man that answered the phone agreed the power off is probably a fuse or ground. When I asked if we had to unscrew all (what seems like 100 screws) to get in it???LoL “NO” he says “see the face plate across the top, it will come off and so will the one over the button pad”.3 minutes we had that all opened up and FUSE BLOWN!!!!!He could have duped us or shown us how easy himself while charging us but instead he was a good businessman and offered great advice.I hope we won’t need his services but if we do for larger home appliances Gator will be who is called on. THANK YOU.

Max is GREAT. Highly recommend. He quickly diagnosed the problem on a very old washing machine and fixed it quickly and for not too much money. He responded to my call on a Sunday and was here on Monday to do the work. Cant say enough good about him and the quality of his work. Also happens to be full of knowledge about just about any appliance.

This company was referred by a neighbor that used them. I called and they came out the next day. Max was the repairman and showed up when he said he would. He throughly explained what he thought was the problem and gave me a very fair price to fix, he had my ice maker apart and fixed within an hour, including defrosting it with a hand blower. I had 2 companies come before him and was very impressed with Max and his knowledge! I highly recommend this company! He also cleaned the area before he left. Use them you won’t be disappointed.

We used Gator Appliance Repair services couple of times for our old washer dryer. The technician has always been very responsive , would explain the problem and what needs to be fixed, would give the prices in advance and would do a great job.Not easy to find a honest, professional technician in the area , its a number to keep!

I was really happy with the service I received . Max responded really quickly and we were able to set up an appointment . There was a problem with my washing machine . I called Gator Appliance Repair because one of the burners of my stove was busted and Sears Home Services didn’t know how to repair it! Max was very professional throughout the process, came on time, and fixed the issues pretty quickly and the prices are competitive. Definitely using them again...actually had to call him again this very week because the start panel of our dryer broke as well. They’ll be our go to company for all of our appliance needs in the future.

Cant say enough great things! Honest and very knowledgeable. Not only fixed our dishwasher issue, but taught me a few things in the process about basic dishwasher and wash machine care. Probably saved me money in the future too! Would definitely recommend and will use again.

The most rude and obnoxious repair company. First scheduled and confirmed appointment twice then they canceled my appointment for no given reason I scheduled one week later with my broken Appliance. Once arrived the repairman checked the appliance for two minutes deemed a problem within the Appliance I received a call back five days later and they stated that because they cannot see the issue clearly they would not replace the part they said the next time this happens I would have to wait another two weeks to get an appointment and then they would replace the parts even though they have the parts on hold because that is what the technician that was a problem. Horrible attitude of this lady that takes phone calls. Just gross

I had Max from gator appliance come out again to the house to check the washer as there was a small leak coming from the hot water hose. He came back out on time and fixed it within minutes! What a terrible experience. My washer was making a noise. Technician came out and when he opened the washer it seemed that what was making the noise was a metal nail that must have fallen inside the washer. When he goes to put everything back together he said that the belt broke and had to order a new one. 11 days later I get a my washer fixed and when I go turn it on my entire hall way is full of water. I left a message never got a call back. I call the office again and the receptionist Brenda was rude put me on speaker so that everyone could hear our conversation. I guess it was funny to them that a customer was asking not to be talked down to and to please explain what the next step would be. Sad. Don’t have a choice but to finish what they started but will never call them for another repair. I’m going to stick to Glyn’s Appliance Repair from now on.Hope this review helps.

Punctual, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE (Gave me full tutorial on proper refrigerator care--Much Needed), Meticulous, FAST & EFFICIENT (was like NASCAR Pit Crew). I was concerned about my items melting in freezer while he worked on it (rear hose clogged leading to ice accumulating at bottom--common problem). He assured me hed have problem done so quick it wouldnt be an issue--IT WAS NOT! PRICES are also VERY COMPETITIVE. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND using GATOR APPLIANCE REPAIR. I know I will again.

This is the appliance repair to call. He was early for the appointment and very professional. He charged only $129 to clean my fridge coils and he did my wine fridge at no extra charge. He could have charged me much more for a recharge but said I probably dont need it. He also serviced my gaskets and made sure every screw was replaced properly. Im a big fan of Max.

I contacted Max to see if he could repair an old, broken refrigerator. He spent hours on a diagnostic exam and then more time installing a part. He advised me to monitor the machine, at which point I saw the problem was not solved. Without hesitation, he returned again with another potential solution. This didnt bring the old beast back to life, so we discussed and agreed not to pursue further action. He refunded me for the part that he installed because it did not solve the problem. You do not find honesty like that from businesses unless they truly care about the customer and hire stand-up employees to perform the work. What I will remember most about my interaction with Gator is the experience, and that was superb. For that reason, Gator will forevermore be my go-to for appliance repair issues.

My Bosch washing machine wasn’t working properly, they came to check it out, charged us, said the machine was fine and left. The same day the machine kept getting the same problems, they said if they go back we have to pay again even though the first time they did literally nothing. 2 weeks later machine doesn’t work at all, they don’t want to help. What a waste of money.

Slow to send technician to get diagnostic, slow to order needed parts, slow to resend technician with parts. Still waiting for technician to repair washer. Some times no one answers phones.

My stovetop was working fine however my oven led me to believe that it was heating to my desired temperature but wasnt! I found this company on Facebook and my husband gave them a called. Max came out within 24 hours and accessed the issue. He ordered the part that was needed and three days later Max has me baking again. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Terrible customer service did not clean up after visit. Had to change multiple 4 parts at my cost and still does not work. At the end advised to get a new unit..Dont believe the above reviews these are not accurate probl friends. You have been warned plenty of companies out there find a good one dont get bit by a gator..

Very disappointed with timing of service. I was told by Monica that the technician would be there at 8am, and he didn’t arrive until 10am. Monica the receptionist rerouted the technician to another job. I was very upset because I should have been notified before of rerouting the technician.
