Worst! $100 dollars a mth for the smallest storage 5x5. Rat & Roach infested. Holes & Cracks in the wall.U can literally push your way into someone else unit. And when I left, they wouldnt even give me a discount, because my things were still in there 2 days after the 30th. Their more concerned about the money than customers satisfaction. I will never rent there again.

I had an issue with my storage unit. Rome was absolutely wonderful with helping me out. She was able to fix my situation very quickly. She did everything professionally. She even walked with me directly to the storage unit to show me where it was located. Will definitely recommend her to anyone.

Hated it. I had storage here. The girl was ride disrespectful. Prices are too high. I moved my stuff to a better place. Any they have 24security. They actually have police security where my storage is now. There there 24hours. I dont advise anyone to here.

This place is not good. I paid online and when I came there no manager was at the place and no one pick up the phone. I have canceled their service at the same day because I dont like it. Than they call me next day and told me that I will not get my money back because that is the policy of their company. RIP OFF.

I can’t remember the name of the woman that helped me there (I think it was on 12/1/16 - this review is long overdue!) but she was SO friendly and got me set up with a unit quickly right before closing time, and just had a willingness to get the job done efficiently and with a smile. Really such great service.

This place is very unprofessional. My mothers belongings were missing and she was never informed that her insurance had expired verbally as she comes monthly to pay her bill, it was stated that she received correspondence in 2018, it is 2020 and now that her belingings are missing, she now doesnt have insurance to cover it.The manager was rude and nasty and did not go the additional mile to assist my mother being that she is a senior citizen. The locks on the storage were changed without notice, whereas, I never knew that your personal lock can be removed and or replaced by their lock, My mother is seeking to get her belonging out of the storage, again, There is no assistance. It is suppose to be a place of business, Customer Service is horrible. There is live security on premises as well as cameras, we inquired about playing them back to actually see what happened to the alledged missing items, it was stated, there is construction and it can not be done. Other measures would have to be taken in order to reach reconciliation. It is a experience, no one should have to experience when paying your money to intrust them with your personal items.

My sister has a rental storage here. So I decided to go in to look at a unit. When I tell you the Customer Service was EXCELLENT! Shay was very knowledgeable and helpful. Called their general service center #. Very friendly and willing to help. After service person helped me they transfered me to the Pembroke location. Then spoke with a black 20 somthing female that was not helpful at all! Very short handed and rude. Had to come in if I wanted to know anything. I literally did not get one bit of information other then the forementioned. Wow....

I have been to this facility twice and both times I interacted with Shay. When I walked in, she was prepared to communicate/interact with me (she was not playing on a cellphone or tablet). She was knowledgeable, friendly and showed that she had a sense of humor that complemented her self-confidence. Honestly, there is not enough space here to elaborate on what a positive experience I had interacting with Shay. She exceeded my expectations and there is doubt that she considers the quality of her work to be of the utmost importance. Her agreeable personality and the fact that she noticed small details is what makes a business like this a success.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! The manager (and I use that term loosely) called a few minutes after I reserved a unit to tell me that I need an EXACT TIME for move in. I explained to him that that is incredibly unreasonable since I have no idea how long the movers will take to load the truck and I do not control traffic in South Florida to determine the exact time I will be there. I asked what happens if I say I will be there to move in at 12:30 and there is traffic and I get there at 12:45 and he said I may not be able to move in then. How incredibly unreasonable! He just kept saying the same sentence over and over again like a parrot until I got so frustrated that I just cancelled. DO NOT book this storage facility unless you want to deal with a lazy, rude, idiot

Went to public storage today, looking to rent and was very pleased with the two young ladies. Plan on renting next month, was comparing prices. Went somewhere else before I got to this store and the employee was not as nice. The ladies not only showed me the space but gave me all the information needed. Even if I decide not to rent storage, really hopes this helps someone.

Shermika and Destiny were very friendly and helpful. The first month was $1! Well plus some fees, but they were like $40, which was still a huge deal compared to the monthly payment. The storage unit was clean and customer service was Amazon! Location is also very easy to access. When you go ask for Shermika or Destiny, and they will be of great help!
