Simon was an absolute pleasure to work with and did an amazing job fixing a rear quarter panel, tail light and bumper damage. The work was finished exactly as promised and I was charged exactly as quoted. The car looks like brand new with a perfectly matching paint finish. After visiting a dozen body shops in the area I felt most confident with Signature Auto Body because the owner showed me around his shop with great pride and his price just happened to be the lowest which was a huge win for me! I highly recommend Signature Auto Body and will use them in the future if needed.

I give this body shop 5 stars but would give it 10 if i could. I was about to give my car back to the dealership, it was just a few days before the lease was up and we had the examiner coming to look at our car. I did a quick walk through & noticed some scratches on the rear end of the passenger side. These were not small scratches & I’m not even sure how they got there, probably one of the times that we valet our car. So I stopped in to Signature and the owner happened to be there. He was so nice and so helpful and told me that they can fix it and make it look brand new. I was so skeptical because of all the previous experiences with body shops but somehow I had a really good feeling about this time. I explained that I needed it to look identical, the color , the finish and most importantly for the examiner not to be able to find it. And I was on a budget. The whole team there was so nice and walked me through the entire process from start to finish, worked with me on my budget and even let me speak to the person who would be buffing and painting the car. The whole experience was so pleasant that I was in shock honestly. I left knowing that my car was in good hands. The whole job took 1 day, they knew that I had no time and the examiner was coming and they made sure to make me a priority. When I picked up my car, I was blown away by their work. Great body shop! I have been twice, for insurance paid repairs. My husband and I are very happy with quality and timeliness of work. Best part for me is that the shop is run by an organized, friendly, responsive and very well mannered woman. The shop staff are all courteous and the shop is clean.
