Ash was our technician and he was fabulous. He was so friendly and he really knew his stuff! No matter which technician comes to our home they are all top-notch! We also do not suffer with bugs at all - and the few times some of those little buggers came out Alliance would come out again! Love these guys and gals!

They always provide such wonderful service. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional and responsive. We use them for quarterly sprays and if there are bugs between scheduled services, they will come out and treat. Highly recommend them.

Service is always prompt. When ever I call they come within a couple of days. I have a yearly contract. If I need service in between scheduled time they always come quickly. Our service technician Michael. He is always prompt. Very friendly and professional. Always will do what is needed even if it above what service was scheduled for. Fees are very reasonable.

We recently had our termite inspection done prior to buying our property. They were efficient and provided a 10% discount for their regular contracts. We had our first treatment done for ants, wasps, general pests by Ash and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, didn’t mind my annoying dogs, and educated us on each of the products used and how they’re effective.

I have been using this company for a few years now. Maybe the office staff was having a less than perfect day, but they certainly could use some customer service training. Apparently a contract was signed at the beginning of service (years ago) for quarterly treatment. Never has anyone shown up to my house without scheduling with me, because no one is home during business hours. I have always had to fit treatments into my schedule, and they have always had to make note for the technician to call me when on the way so someone can be home. I have also sometimes scheduled the treatments more that 3 months apart, as my home hasnt needed treatment every three months. I received an invoice today for quarterly treatment, even though I did not schedule it. When I called to inquire, and voice my concern, there was zero effort to remedy the situation. I would have been willing to meet halfway, and pay half of the invoice for treatment of only the exterior since I do not want the inside treated now. It would also be great to be told a note will be made in my file to not show up in the future, unscheduled. Instead, I was told I did not uphold my end of the contract by scheduling with them in a timely manner, my poor lack of communication with them over the last month was not their problem, that my contract will now be cancelled, and that I will be sent to collections for the full invoice. That is certainly shocking, and horrendous business practice.

I highly recommend Alliance for any pest needs. The office staff is very helpful with scheduling treatments, and the guys who come to treat your home are very knowledgeable and thorough. They are also quick to come help if needed. I’m happy to know that my house is protected because of their services.

We have used Alliance Pest Control monthly for over 2 years having our yard sprayed for Mosquitoes . I couldn’t be happier with their service, always friendly and professional!! We enjoy our outdoor spaces with little to no pesky mosquitoes!! The price is great and monthly spraying is definitely the answer to a pest free yard!

Very unpolite an older man hung up the phone on me because I asked him why was the prices so expensive And I even wasn’t rude at all about it Knowing what’s going on with Cove it 19 there was no compassion whatsoever Besides the ridiculous prices Poor customer service .!!!

Wow! I forgot to set up the pre treatment for a house slab we are constructing in a timely manner. They made my afternoon!! Person who answered the phone jumped right on the issue and was able to send someone right out so my concrete subcontractor could wrap placing rebar & wire mesh on the job like we had planned.
