Good services but better be at their prices

The workers came out, told us what they were going to do and went to work. It was just raining when they got here, but they went to work anyway. They answered any questions we had about the safety of our pets as they were treating both indoors and outdoors. They were professional, respectful and friendly.

The technician who conducted my recent inspection was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Pride and professionalism are important to me and what I look for in customer service. This technician was well equipped in these areas.

I called made appointment on day of appointment tech was no show no call.He did show up 2 days later. We had sort of a unique problem and when we explained it to him he seemed very un interested. Terminex is not your one time treatment they want you for the long Expensive contract

Technician returned 3 times to complete termite treatment. Project completion was delayed due to extensive rainfall, drill bit broke, & ran out of white grout. Company retreated w liquid around slab to insure protection after heavy rainfall immediately following initial treatment. I am satisfied with their dual termite abatement system.

Aaron Howard is awesome and professional! They got rid of our roach problem when we moved into our new house. I havent seen one since. Great job!

Excellent and professional service. Arrived in a timely manner, provided a thorough inspection inside and outside of premises, carefully checking all bait stations.

The technician that provided our service was prompt and professional. His service eased some of pain of the yearly rate.

Have asked numerous times to bury the new defend system lower in the ground, I have tripped several times and too old to keep tempting fate!! So far no one has responded and several of my favorite employees have assurued me they requested service at my address and still no response!!!

Had serious and costly mitigation of Formosan termites 6 years ago. Added Sentricon 3 years ago... Still termite free thanks to Terminex. And, added Terminex insulation too. James, the spray man, went above and beyond duty, during the mitigation process... And, Craig Coursey has been very helpful, as he stated we conducted a very extensive reconstruction of termite damage, of whichTerminex gave us a transferable warranty against future problems.Most recent inspection by Zack Z, was most excellent; very extensive -took time answer a lot of questions I asked - please pass along my genuine sentiments to these outstanding employees...Yours truly,Steve Gibson

Terminix is professional and reasonable. I can call on them if I have concerns outside of my normal quarterly appointment. It is great having that access.

It is hard to get in touch with them and the dont show up on appointments. However the pricing is great.

I use them for Termite, Wildlife and Pest Control.If any issues arise they correct the matter immediately without question. If any damage is found they honor their contract without question.Obviously, I highly recommend them.

Had to take 2 hrs off of work to have an inspection done at my home for a bat removal. The guy coming to inspect the home called me right at the end of the 2 hr mark only to tell me because of federal law they cannot remove the bats until September due to it being their breeding season. Would have been nice to have known this when I scheduled the inspection, before I took 2 hrs off of work. I then followed up with some other companies and was told by 3 other companies MS does not have a blackout period for bat removal. I would have preferred Terminix to be honest that they were not fully aware on how to remove them, then for them to tell me a bold faced lie.

Sam arrived on time, polite, articulate and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions, never rushed me to make a sale. Provided all the information I needed so that I could feel confident making an informed decision. They actually came that same day and got my property all set to fight the termites. Highly recommend.

This company is very professional

I noticed a difference almost immediately after the mosquito treatment. I trust terminix with my termite and regular pest control also. I have been very pleased with the results. With new technicians, I miss the rapport I had with Steve. But, each new tech that comes out is so personable, yet professional.

James Compton did our pest control treatment and the process was accomplished quickly but very effectively. All areas of the house were treated along with “hidden” areas that pest love to hide in. The outside perimeter was also treated along with fire ant mounds. Thanks James Compton for helping us stay pest free!

They were the provider when I bought my home, we had a serious dispute to begin with when the local branch assured me they would take over it and I never needed to deal with the call center again. After paying another $700+ to recommence the service, they breached the contract, raised their rates automatically (against the terms of the contract) and then refuse to respond to any emails, phone calls, text messages or letters. Stay away and use a local provider, they are more affordable and will provide you the customer service you deserve.

They are always on time and show great customer service. They treat you like you are very important and not just another customer. Very good at their job.

We are very pleased with Ashley Bussard as our service tech. He is always on time and willing to work with our schedule.

This is an automated call and then once they send your call to another place, they ask the same the questions. I was looking to do business with someone local only to have called four times, and never talking to a person, other than to tell me to hold after I answered those questions, yet again. Poor, Poor customer service. Like to do business with a person and not a computer. Taking my business to someone who has the time to answer the phone themselves.

Both the telephone service and on site service were friendly, professional and inviting. It was like asking a friendly neighbor for a hand. I only wish I wrote down their names. I think our tech was Kevin. I cant remember the name of the nice lady on the phone.

Mainly I trust the Terminix brand to stand beside me and be there should there be any problems down the line. Plus they come every year and do a thorough inspection of my home...Sam was here just 2 days ago. They are always polite and professional. Last year, I had them insulate my attic and my power consumption has dropped radically. I just retired so the reduced utilities couldnt have come at a better time. My power bill last month was $77. I only gave 4 stars b/c I just started this treatment on 8/13/19. However, I have seen improvement but also I am still seeing a few bugs but Im guessing I have to give it more time. I will update this review accordingly in another week or so.

Very happy with the services provided by Terminix of Gulfport. Kevin came in and treated our home, let us know what he was doing step by step, and told us what to expect with the treatment. Well be staying with Terminix for continued treatment because our big problem has been resolved!

As with any ‘insurance’, it is best to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. Because I started with Terminix in 2002 when my house was built, I will stay with Terminix relying on the Terminix ‘PROMISE’ to repair damages caused by termites while under Contract.

Workers show their ID at the door.When they are friendly informative and answer questions about the customers issues, when they go over their plan of action before hand then go over it again when the job is finished! They show up on time or in the range of time they stated and have a great can do attitude.Keep the prices as low as possible by only dealing with the issues at hand or very near future issues and not trying to prep you for armageddon then charging you for it. Good Job Terminix good job!

The inspection is not the issue. The increase in the renewal rate is the issue. Each year it continues to increase without notice. These are hidden fees that are not discussed during the initial contract signing. I have to dispute these fees each year. However this year my dispute was not accepted. They stated everyones conteact fwe went up sue to increase in termite infestations. I feel the persons whom filed those claims should have an increase the rest of us should remain the same.

I work at a casino on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and Terminix has been contracted with them for years now and there are tons of roaches everywhere. Raid and combat work much better than this company, I know because I also clean houses and see how well these products work. We used to have Ecolab at the casino, and never had roaches.

Recently purchased out home and have not been able to get a straight answer out of anyone about pricing or getting a technician out to the house, I cant even get them to fix my name in their system from the old homeowners name. We have scheduled twice in the past 4 months to have someone out for an inspection, get emails saying they are on the way but they never show up. Unacceptable.

The technician was reliable, courteous and the service is cost effective.

Door to door salesman misrepresented their service. I called the next morning and checked to verify what he told me and found out it wasnt what he represented. I told the phone person to cancel the deal and she said there would be a $99 contract early cancelation. I told her that I had the right to cancel and not to send anybody to my house. I never heard any more.

We had a scheduled appointment 2 weeks ago, weve been trying to call on a daily basis and all we get is an auto voice who just keeps transferring our calls. I WANT A REFUND!! Horrible experience, Id rather go back to Stark!!!!

Came out the very next day and took care of my problem. it has been a year and no sign of the problem i had before terminix. always very kind. they make me feel like family. i honestly believe they genuinely care. the communication is excellent. i always know when they are on the way. i wouldnt recommend anyone else. i have used several companies before terminix but none of them could do what terminix has done for me.

Very professional atmosphere and the branch manager was very helpful.Only issue wasnt with Terminex but with google maps. Fastway ln is not the turn off of Seaway rd. Its White rd that turns into Fastway Ln. Almost didnt find it.

Very expensive... $600 to treat bedbugs

Told me my price was going to be 211 a year and surprise its going up to 400+

Renewal rates are insane. Have family with other providers and they arent having to deal with this.
