Matt Stone came out to set us up on Termite Service. He was very professional and friendly. He scheduled for our termite service within a few days. We were so happy with our experience that we had him take a look at our camp and signed up for termite treatment there also. Very happy customers.

Great service and reasonable. The only gripe I had was that I referred several neighbors, who based on our recommendation got their services too. Our friends received a follow up visit from Redds to review their services but we didn’t receive any enquireies about ours.

UPDATE: After posting a one-star review the vice president of the company reached out to us by email almost immediately. We also spoke with a manger, in person, who profusely apologized and assured us that this is not how they conduct business. They gave us a refund and scheduled service for the next morning. The service was completed on time the next day. We also received a follow-up email from another manager to ensure the service had been done. Therefore I am upgrading my original 1 star review to 3 stars.My Mom signed a contract with them and they have not rendered services. They have failed to show up for MULTIPLE appointments back to back that they scheduled. She even called to confirm the appointments the day of and they assured her someone would be out . No one EVER shows up. When she calls the next day they just say Oh no one called you? We rescheduled you. They have her phone number and email but they never call. Completely unreliable service. Do not sign a contract with them. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

Redd’s Pest Control is very thorough with their inspections. The technicians will report any changes and will follow through with your instructions. Their products are human, pet and environmentally safe. We have our yard thoroughly sprayed which keeps the house bug free. We do not have to be home for applications and an e-bill is sent to my email upon completion. Thank you Redd’s!

I needed a pest control service to spray my tiny rental home every quarter per the recommendation of the technician, Matt in October 2020. The service has always been fast and well communicated up until I have to move again for work. Per our discussion over the phone back in October, Matt told me that I would be able to cancel my quarterly services at any time for any reason. I am moving back to Las Vegas, NV at the end of July.I called today to cancel a month and a half before the next service was supposed to be scheduled and was told that I still have two more quarterly services before the end of my contract. I was told by Matt that there would be no early cancellation fee or termination charges which is what made Redd Pest Solutions stand out from the rest. I thought it would be ideal for my situation if I decided to break my lease early and move back for work. I probably rushed through signing the one page handwritten “contract” while the technician was getting ready to spray my home and explaining to me that I am “not locked into any plan, they will just call to schedule a visit every 4 months.” I totally get that I should have taken more time to read everything before signing, however, I have a digital copy of the contract and it doesn’t even have a starting date on the “annual contract” if there even is one. This entire situation feels sneaky and I wouldnt take the time to write this review unless I feel like I was truly lied to. It was a complete bait and switch. I was told that I was not on a contract by Matt and then found out 9 months later that I was in a contract which is infuriating. I still have to pay for a service that I dont need.The service is great and deters bugs from entering my home but I feel the person, Matt shouldnt have lied to me about cancelling my recurring visits without a penalty. In the big scheme of things, $70 doesnt seem like that much of a loss but when youre having to move and spend $1700 on a moving truck, $400 on pet boarding, $1200 on hotel stays, etc... The $70 for a service that I dont need for a house I dont live in just seems like a proverbial middle finger from Redd Pest Solutions.The polite pest management supervisor, Arik explained to me today that I signed the paperwork and at least my charges over the past months were less than what most other people are paying. Most people are paying “$80 per spray” so I should feel good about that. Lol thanks Arik, that really helps make me feel so much better. Just kidding. Everyone, this is another reminder to read what you sign and ask questions to have proof to back you up in these types of situations. I was tricked into something I didn’t want because the technician was friendly and probably receives commission making him more driven to get another customer.Redd Pest Solutions5/5 stars for keeping bugs away & fast service1/5 stars for misleading employees and hidden contracts

Redd Pest Solutions is off to a great start. I emailed Redd late one evening, hours after dinner, not expecting to receive a response until at least the following morning. Only an hour later, I received an email response detailing all of the answers to the questions I had. We carried on a discussion about their services and agreed to schedule service for early the next week. Like clockwork, I received a call from their office and spoke to a scheduler who had the technician out first thing the next morning. The technician was friendly, professional and efficient and took care of all of our needs and answered any questions and concerns we had about treatment. We have signed up for quarterly services.Would recommend this business to anyone in need of pest control services.

Mr. Randy is my favorite tech, he comes to my home with a smile. He’s wonderful to work with. He’s kind to my children whom love to follow him around to see what he’s doing, he talks to them while he works. He’s quick, efficient, and friendly. He doesn’t waste time but doesn’t rush off either. The funny thing is, my husband has a pesticide license so he could buy the chemicals and treat our home. But he’s too busy, Mr. Randy knows what he’s doing and it works, we just love him!

I got the Pest Control and Termite. They come out about every 90 days for treatment and inspection but the best part is they’ll also come out in between for any surprise issues so I don’t have to worry about the fire ants anymore.

I have been using Redd’s for five months now. The home we purchased did have a lot of different types of bugs. After Redd’s did their first visit, the amount decreased dramatically. Within two weeks, we only had a spider here and there. After the second spray, GONE!!!!! We have not had anything. I 1000% recommend Redd’s if you have any type of bug issue.
