I went there yesterday while spending the day with my daughter for Mothers Day. I went in for a manicure with gel polish. I have recently used dip and I am not impressed with it so I wanted only gel polish. The gentleman who did my nails refused to accept that I didnt want dip, I stated 5 times I do not want dip I want gel. Needless to say I was only given the dip colors to choose from and ultimately dip was done (this is more of a charge so I was very upset that I was forced to do this, I dont get my nails done on their budget!) Second, he did not do a manicure nor did he shorten my nails like I had asked. The whole purpose I was going in was for a manicure. I now will have to find another place to get my nails done within a week or so because my nails were dipped very thin (2 layers) and were not shortened. I left there very upset to put it mildly and still very upset today, every time I look at my nails I get upset. For a place who does not listen to the consumer I would never go back there personally.

I will never go again along with a few others they booked too many appointments for the staff they had and I waited in cold water for 30 minutes before anyone started my pedicure. The tech was doing my nails super fast and she was a bit rude, probably way over worked. The shellac isnt even covering all of my nails. I paid 55 bucks for the massage chair but then again I was seated with no barrier next to 2 young children. Not relaxing and way too expensive for the service. Very sad they went down hill.

Inconsistent...my daughters nails were great but mine were so thick my fingers ached....I had to have them fixed at different place. While we were there several calls came in for a Holly....she must be great...

I absolutely adore this places i have been going here for about 4ish years. Lan was my nail tech for the cow nails and Katie did my bestfriends green nails. All the nail techs are incredible, but I will usually make my appointment with lan as she is able to do exactly what I want even if she has never done it. I have never been dissatisfied with something i’ve received from this establishment.

The ladies here are all amazing! Prices are comparable and the atmosphere is nice! My go to gal is Melody but they are all great!

I came here from a friends recommendation - I couldnt be happier. I received a powder dip manicure when I was in Nashville recently and fell in love with the process and the results. I searched for someone to perform the service here in Gresham, and wasnt having much luck. Tried two other places in town that were a complete disaster (chipping and lifting days after with one place and a horrendous messy application at the second). Kelly did my dip manicure and a pedicure and my nails look and feel GREAT! If youve never had a dip manicure, do it here! You wont regret it. Long lasting and more natural than acrylics or shellac.

Pedicure was ok but the manicure was terrible had a nail already chipping they cut my pinkie nail which caused bleeding and didnt address it they also didnt speak English well or at all which made a barrier when I tried to ask questions and also let them know we wanted manipedis

I love this place Ive been coming for 2 almost 3 years. They are very nice and friendly. They do a great job. Theyre very clean and as a previous nail tech myself it is extremely important to me. I highly recommend LV nails. Call first to make an appointment, they are pretty busy and it can be hard getting in just off a walk in. But they always work hard to get you in as soon as possible.

I’ve been coming here for a while now due to the conveniences of the hours of operation. I love that they have a huge selection of colors. However the quality of work done, the lack of professionalism is terrible. Pedicures particularly, they will rush it and paint very sloppy and expect you to tip them.I wish they took more time and pride in the quality of work. It is a nice looking nail salon, just service/quality and customer service sucks here.

Went for for a pedicure, the individual doing the pedicure did a great job.I did have an issue with safety concerns. The public was allowed to walk into salon without having a mask, then told to walk past every person being worked on by staff to the sink in the very back of salon to wash their hands, then to return to the front of salon once again passing all of us being worked on. It wasnt until customers returned to front of salon then tempatures were taken.The person without mask then started having a manicure, I brought it to the attention of the person working with me about my issue the person without a mask including the young daughter without a mask, it took a while for staff members to get the individual to understand she had to where a mask (customers should not be monitors).Continually, customers where allowd to walk past those of us being worked on to wash their hands at the back of the salon and told to return to the front to the front of salon exposing every one in the salon.When I was ready to leave I spoke with the manager about my concerns, safety guidelines were not correctly in place and that everyone should be told to put on a mask as soon they enter salon and tempatures must be done as soon as customer in the salon.I left feeling like my concerns were not a serious matter. At this point I will not be returning to this establishment until officels work with management to implement correct safety guidelines.

I felt so safe receiving a pedicure today. This was my first time back since Covid. I am extremely impressed with the procedure LV nails have created to keep their customers safe. There are signs on the door reminding you what to do. When you enter the facility they check your temperature and ask you to wash your hands. You are presented with a form to provide your info which allows them to contact you incase of exposure. The form also has you acknowledged that you have no symptoms and have not been in contact with someone in the last 14 days with Covid.There are physical plexiglass barriers between you and the nail technicians. The pedicure chairs have plexiglass between the chairs as well. There are no barriers between the customer chairs at the manicure stations. However the staff makes an effort to keep customers away from each other.As for the service. Loved my pedicure, I loved it. They did a great job.

Went to this nail place because they offer the dip powder. Called ahead of time, on a Monday... in the later afternoon. Made an appointment for 5pm. Arrived at 4:55 and was asked to wait for a few minutes. About ten minutes later- after helping two others, who came in AFTER me- one employee brought over the dip powder color options, for me to look at and choose from. At 5:18 I was considering leaving since I had been waiting for 20 minutes at that point. I decided to wait another few minutes. At 5:23 they finally brought me to a chair. I showed the lady (never got her name) the color I chose. She went to find the color and came back with another color and in very poor English informed me that they no longer have the color I chose and said this one the same this one cute too so I said okay. She then proceeded to do my manicure and ripped my cuticles and area around my nail beds to the point they are sore and a few fingers were left with blood and tore up. She filed my nails very roughly and hard, so much that they hurt!!! It was the most awful nail experience I have ever had. The color is NOT even similar to what I originally chose. I hate the color and I couldnt tell until she was practically done. Unfortunately with the dip powder you cant tell its true color until close to the end of getting them done. I told her I didnt like the color and she just said oh I think cute and like sparkleI am so disappointed and frustrated!

Only place I will ever trust my feet with! They are absolutely amazing, have wonderful prices, and they truly take care of you. Everything they do is super through and honestly customized for you personally. Theyre also super nice & clean. I love this place so much.

This is my preferred nail spa in Gresham. The staff is unfailingly polite, professional, and do quality work. Its very clean, though not over-the-top fancy, and each patron is asked to purchase their own emery files and brushes during their first visit (then bring them back for return visits), while the other tools are stainless steel and sterilized.

Always treated well here; fantastic job on pedicures.

Worst Mani I’ve ever gotten. Took five minutes painted my nails, no lotion or massage. Painted and done. Lady talk on her phone the whole time and was super rude. I will not be coming back here. I use to love this place very disappointed.

My nails look horrible... one broke after leaving the salon, went back to say they didn’t look right and see if they could fix my nails and they didn’t fix them they just fixed the broken one and let me on my way. They’re thick acrylics, uneven (blotchy), left over glue all under the nails, and just terrible :( so unhappy with my nails. Will not be going back.

Handed them a 100$ bill for a toe nail. was rushed. Poor service. Then the Asian lady had the audacity to say and take a 5$ tip for herself. Confronted her about being short on money. First was 15$ short then she gave me a bigger bill and was 5$ short. She spoke to another Asian lady in her native language and under the impression she said to charge us for 5$ extra for French tips. DO NOT COME HERE.

I truly wish I could give this place zero stars. I went in for a gel polish change and I wish I would have just kept my grown out nails and waited til I could go to my normal nail salon. The lady that did my nails did not speak any English, she took over an hour to just take the gel off and never asked what color I wanted. I finally was able to communicate I wanted white and she couldn’t find the white for at least 5 minutes when it was literally right in front of her. Then she only put two coats on of the white (never asked if I wanted a 3rd) and only put one top coat on when you always put two on...she honestly seemed like she had no clue what she was doing. Someone had to basically be walk her through the entire process. There are plenty of good nail places in Gresham...I would highly suggest you pick to go somewhere else.

I took my close friend here for a Manicure and Pedicure..Her boyfriend of 5 yrs just got Deployed... I wanted a place that did not reek of nail polish and acrlyic. Ventilation was great. Loved this place... Everyone was friendly... they tried as much as they could to not speak in Vietnamese, they didnt talk around us constantly... they tried to conversate in English.. the place had nice calming music and it smelled clean... they had there sterilizer out where we could see they use it. ( which i personally appreciate) they let us bring some wine and treats to relax with.... I was so pleased and now will only go here to get my nails done... this is the First nail place I have been too that i will be going back.. BTW.. prices outstanding.. did my homework and glad i did... Happy experience!

I really liked this shop it was my first visit and Ill definantely return. They have great prices, selection and staff. Did I mention they offer alcoholic drinks too! Only thing that could have made this a 5 star experience for me is if they would have taken more time grooming my feet.

I came in and asked for an acrylic full set and they gave me solar and made me do shellac polish. I never asked for that so not sure how they got confused but I’m more concerned with how they look for the price they made me pay. It’s sad because I liked this place.

We usually like this salon but we got two staff who were out of sorts. We paid for the extra luxury pedicure. One staff seemed grumpy and didnt help me put on my sandles and my sisters toe nails had ridges from the toenail polish.

Ive had bad luck with other nail shops in the area until i found LV nails! Staff is pleasant and did an amazing job on my mani & pedi and even matched my lacquer polish with my shellac polish! Can you say winning! :)

They do great work and give great service! The only time Ive had something not be absolutely perfect is when they are in a rush and busy, so schedule an appointment.

Used a motorized file on my bare nails, and let me walk out with my fingers bleeding and nails done. They were nice to talk to, but they brutalized my hands and filed the nail bed down too far. Too harsh!

This place was the worst when it comes to charging. Normal things you get at other shop is charged for extra here(pedi is washing and lotion your feet and color is the spa)..... never come here again Ill stay in Beaverton where the pedi are amazing and customer are pampered. If I could give 0 star I would.

My best friend and I went in to get our nails filled. All went well with the nails. Then it was time to paint my nails. I only get a one color on my nails nothing to serious. The thumb nail was not drying. After the gal had realized that she had used the gel top coat and not a regular top coat she repainted the nails. SIX times! You can imagine how long I had been sitting there. We had decided to go to dinner after. The nails were still wet. They told me that if I messed them up to come back after dinner. I had to use the restroom at the restaurant and guess what? Yep my nails were a horrible. I drove back to the nail salon and they wanted to charge me to fix with Schelac. I asked for them to do Schelac so I can get it done and be on my way. Not wanting to waste more of the day. They wanted to charge me more money on top of the $30.00 I had already paid. I left there unhappy messed up fingernails.

Everytime I try a new nail salon I regret not going to LV. This place is clean and tecnicians are thourough. The owner is even involved in operating this nail salon. Been going here for years. Would highly recommend.

This place has the worst customer service! Painted my nails a not like the picture I showed them! Then when I said thats not what I wanted she kept going and I said it three times. Then I finally grab a different lady who worked here, and told her thats not what I wanted, so she said foe her to take it off is $10 more dollars, and then they will charge me again to repaint my nails how I wanted them so I would be charged $60 for gel nails, and $10 to take off what I didnt want in the first place!

Grinded up my nail beds and cut me. I left bleeding.
